• Kristina (5/5): - Sauberkeit Zimmer leider viel zu klein, man kann den Koffer nicht öffnen. Bei einem anderen Hotel auch 3 Sterne mit gleicher qm Zahl, waren die Zimmer anders geschnitten und dadurch war es möglich den Koffer zu öffnen

• Woon Young (9/5): 괜찮은 호텔! - 주변에 편의점도 있고 마트도 있고 지하철역도 아주가까운 역 하나, 걸어서 7분거리에 다른 노선 하나 있어서 어디든 편하게 갈 수있고 방 안에 냉장고, 전자렌지와 물끓이는 포트 그리고 공기청정기가 있다는 장점이 있지만 방 크기가 2명이 쓰기엔 작았다. 하지만 이마저도 도쿄 숙소가 대부분 굉장히 좁기 때문에 특히 불편하지는 않았다.

All'interno della camera c'era sia il bollitore che un microonde (e tutte le cose base che servono). Intorno all'hotel ci sono diversi kombini Letto veramente molto piccolo per 2, è meno di un letto alla francese. La stanza è piccola, più della media delle stanze piccole in Giappone, se avete 2 valigie grandi non si sa dove metterle e dove camminare per spostarsi da una parte all'altra

• Monica Joy (8/5): Good value for money but bring your own pillow - Surrounded by convenience stores and train stations, restaurants and a discount supermarket are just walking distance Bring your own pillow. Their pillows are small and uncomfortable, and they do not provide extras, just one per person.
• Mihoko (7/5): Convinient and very reasonable hotel for the price. - It was close from the JR, metro and Yurikaome stations and was surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants as well as comvenience stores and supermarkets. There is no restaurant so no breakfast. But Lawson, Family Mart and Seven Eleven are just a foot walk away to buy coffee and breakfast which can be better than some cheap business hotel breakfast. Each time the room was cleaned, I found some hairs that are not mine in the floor of the washroom. The cleaning staff also use the only elevator in the building, and it was a bit annoying to have to stop and wait form them to load their cleaning stuff on it when I had to catch a train to go to work on time.

• MFH (7/5): - Direkt an der Metro. Family Mart im ddie Ecke das war schon super. Nette Lokale Fussläufig. Leider nur eine Decke, zweite gab es nicht mehr. Bad wirklich winzig. Als Doppelzimmer grenzwertig. Bett war leider nur 140cm breit.

Éramos um grupo de 4 e tivemos de alugar mais um quarto. Funcionários praticamente não sabem falar inglês. São simpáticos e atenciosos, mas não entendem nem falam inglês. Quarto demasiado pequeno, não tinha espaço para abrir duas malas (mal tinha espaço para abrir uma).

• Patrick (10/5): - This hotel is tremendous, really tremendous. A beautiful, modern place. Very high rise, very impressive. You walk in, and you feel it right away. Real class. The elevators are fast. Nobody does elevators better, believe me. You’re up in seconds. The location couldn’t be better. Just a short walk to the metro, and from there you can go anywhere in Tokyo. Anywhere you want. It’s incredible. The room is fantastic. Bed is very comfortable. Big TV, microwave, fridge. Very smart setup. Bathroom is modern, very clean. Hairdryer included, nice touch. The shower is powerful. One of the best, people are saying that. Strong pressure, just great. And the Japanese toilet is very high-tech, does everything. Amazing, frankly. Family Mart and 7/11 are located nearby. Overall, a great hotel. Highly recommend. Really top-notch. Just a winner.

• Blandine (8/5): Pas mal sur Tokyo - Situé non loin de deux gares. La chambre était plus spacieuse que bien des autres chambres que j'ai eu à louer au Japon , et mieux arrangée. Il y avait la place d'ouvrir nos deux valises, ce qui n'est pas négligeable. La salle de bain était petite mais fonctionnelle.Bonne luminosité de l'éclairage du bureau. Le personnel s'occupant des chambres, discret et efficace. Les axes d'améliorations seraient 1: meilleure isolation ! -de la porte vers les parties communes: on a trop bien entendu nos voisins de chambre Italiens (sans gêne du reste) et il y a un jour d'au moins 0,5 cm qui laissait passer les courants d'air en dessous de notre porte de chambre. -De plus, près d'un grand boulevard, un triple vitrage serait de rigueur .La circulation était dense assez tard. 2:Le plus :du café et du thé offert soit en sticks ou en sachet dans les chambres. Nous avions certes pris l'option Petit déjeuner mais nous n'avons jamais eu le temps de le prendre et personne ne s'en est aperçu.

• GerardoGM (5/5): - Lo bien cuidado y limpio que estaba todo. Varias cosas no me gustaron. Por ejemplo, depende de quien esté en recepción, es posible que sepa o no inglés. Eso es un gran problema y aunque a día de hoy existen los traductores en el móvil, no siempre funcionan correctamente. Otro sería la ventana de la habitación la cual pese a tener una cortina de color negro afuera en la calle hay una luz enorme que molesta un poco. Por último y más importante se informa en absoluto en ninguna parte que no disponen de servicio de envío de equipaje al hotel siguiente donde vayas a alojarte. Esto a día de hoy es extremadamente esencial y los futuros huéspedes deben conocerlo para que puedan previamente buscar una solución. A mí la solución que me han dado ha sido acudir a un Family Mark cercano y tramitar el envío con la empresa Yamato (Kuroneko). Este sitio además cuando he acudido, me han informado que no tenían los materiales para hacer el envío y me han enviado a otro cercano. En total he desperdiciado 2 horas en gestionarlo todo, con las posteriores consecuencias en los otros sitios a los que tenía que ir.
