Wygodne,duże łóżko no i wanna :) Super balkonik, cisza i śpiew ptaków a jednocześnie mega blisko do miasta. Duży parking 👍 Brak ręcznika papierowego i brak cukru Dwie rolki papieru na 5 dni to trochę za mało :D

• Magdalena (8/5): Polecam i pewnie skorzystamy jeszcze nie raz - Doskonała lokalizacja, czysto i jest wszystko co potrzebne. Cena bardzo na plus. Na minus smród z toalety, momentami nie do wytrzymania, niezależnie od tego czy się jej używa czy nie i kompletny brak kontaktu z gospodarzem, nikt nie odbiera telefonu, nie odpisuje na maila, sms… w przypadku jakiejś awarii to nie wiem jakbyśmy sobie poradzili, na szczęście wszystko było ok

• Kristina (10/5): - The apartment is cozy and clean, also in a good location near the center and bus station, but the neighbourhood is peaceful. We loved our stay!
• Cho Yui (6/5): - 房子很漂亮也很整潔，空間也很大，環境舒適，地點近車站，離市中心較遠。 房間在三樓，沒有電梯只有樓梯，搬行李上去會有一點難度。屋主沒有在入住當天給予入住資訊，後來要打電話才得知入住資訊。最嚴重的問題是第三天晚上完全沒有熱水，訊息又聯絡不到屋主，我跟女朋友只能用冷水洗澡，當日室外還是零度的低温，有穩定熱水供應本應該是基本。

Telewizor w drugiej sypialni nie działał 😉, uszkodzony kontakt w kuchni,zepsuta roleta w drzwiach wejściowych. Szkoda że tak goście psują....a tak naprawdę apartament godny polecenia 🔥
• Maciej (10/5): Komfortowy apartament w świetnej lokalizacji - Doskonała lokalizacja, bardzo czysto i komfortowo, dobrze wyposażony apartament, śniadania dostarczane pod drzwi - duże i różnorodne. Szczególnie miła łazienka z dużą wanną i prysznicem. Nie mogę się doczekać kolejnej wizyty :)

Procédure d’arrivée envoyée de manière automatique. 3 Télé non connectées à internet et une ne s’allumant pas du tout. Humidité au plafond dans la salle de bain et finitions non encore faite par endroit.

Zerowy kontakt z zarządcą!Mieliśmy problem ze światłem w łazience -próbowaliśmy dodzwonic się !nikt nie odbierał telefonu .światło w aneksie kuchennym -wogóle nie szło wyłączyć!Pilot w sypialni nie działał a w salonie trzeba było parę razy nadusić żeby szło przełączyć.W łazience czuć kanalizację.Brakuje czegokolwiek do odśnieżenia wejscia.Akurat napadało śniegu na schody wejsciowe i taras przez który się wchodzi-i jest to niebezpieczne .Ale i tak najgorsze jest to ,że jest ZEROWY Kontakt z zarządcą!!!!!!!!Apartament -nie wart tej ceny!!!!Nie POLECAM!

• Mityók (9/5): - A szállás dizájnja nagyon szép és otthonos volt. A környék csendes és található nagyon közelben bolt. A belváros körülbelül 10-15 perc sétára található. A legelső amit kiemelnék az az lenne, hogy megérkeztünk, de semmilyen beléptető kódot és információt nem kaptunk. A szállásadót hosszú időn belül sem értük el telefonon, nem vette fel..Majd miután sms-ben leírtuk, hogy akkor hívjuk a booking ügyfélszolgálatot ami meg is történt és a booking sem érte el, egyszer csak nagy nehezen elküldte a kódot, de itt sem hívott vissza minket vagy jelent meg a szálláson. A többi ezek mellett elenyésző probléma volt, hogy például nem volt felmosó amire a téli időszakban eléggé nagy szükség lenne.

• Arató (10/5): - Szépen berendezett szállás közel a központhoz. Tisztaság és rend volt. Kisgyerekkel a mérete nem teljesen ideális de ez nem a szállásadó hibája.
• Ayman (10/5): - مريح جداً سكنا عائلة من 6 اشخاص اخذنا استديو وديلوكس وكانت بجنب بعضها وكل شيء كان متوفر لكن لم يكن فيها مصعد اضطررنا لنقل الشنط مع السلالم الحديدية لكن لا اعتبره عيب لاننا استمتعنا جداً بالإقامة فيها نظافة وترتيب وتكييف وتلفزيون سمارت بالصالة وبالغرفة .. وقريب جداً من السنتر عدم وجود مصعد

• Márk (7/5): Kellemes - Közel van a központ, de egy cse des utcában található a szállás, ahol van parkolóhely. Minden kb új az apartmanban. Nincs minden jól kitalálva, pl villanykapcsolók, stb. Rossz volt a hajszarito es az egyik lampat nem lehetett lekapcsolni a 2-es apartmanban.

• Csilla (7/5): Nem ajánlom senkinek. - Nem tudtuk időben elfoglalni a szállást,nem volt név ki írva az apartmanra,a tulajdonos kb 1 oras késéssel ért oda segíteni. A lépcső,terasz kb 35 cm hó alatt volt,ugyanígy a parkoló is,a két nap alatt senki nem takarította le,vasárnap mi lapátoltuk el. Az apartmanban sem egy seprű vagy felmosó nem volt,törölközőt úgy kértünk mert az sem volt ki rakva. Én ezt a szállást ezek miatt nem ajánlanám senkinek,a ház jó helyen volt,a kialakítása egész otthonos de rettenetesen hideg volt ,a fűtés épphogy ment.
• silvana (1/5): Escada perigosa - Foi a pior pousada que fiquei. O acesso ao quarto era feito por uma escada de metal vazada, contendo 30 degraus estreitos, muito escorregadia. Imagine subir com malas pesadas na chuva e descer com elas na neve, que foi nosso caso. Além disso fomos acomodadas num quarto diferente do anunciado.

• Róża Rębisz (2/5): - Lokalizacja, apartamentu jest na plus, blisko zarówno do dworca jak i na Krupowki Porządek w apartamencie pozostawia wiele do życzenia, obcięte paznokcie po poprzednich gościach to przesada, dodatkowo pomimo opłaconych śniadań nie widzieliśmy ich na oczy, tak samo jak zwrotu gotówki za nie. Czuję się po prostu oszukana. Wlaściciel krętacz, po kilkukrotnych ponagleniach o zwrot gotówki, za niewykonaną usługę olał sprawę. Nie polecam

• Stojanka (9/5): Enjoyed my stay - Perfect location: just a couple of minutes from the bus station and about 10–15 minutes from Krupówki Street. The apartment is situated in a very quiet area. It features a modern style and is equipped with all the essentials. Upon my arrival, there were two bottles of water on the table – such a lovely gesture! Even though the apartment was clean, I found some nail clippings on the rug in the living room and next to the bed, which made it feel like the cleaning in those areas wasn’t done thoroughly. Minor issues that didn’t affect my stay or lower my rating included a leaking shower head, a loose sofa armrest, and a remote control that wasn’t working properly. These are small things, but fixing them would definitely make guests’ stay even more comfortable.

• Aleksandra (9/5): Przy kolejnej wizycie w Zakopanym na pewno zdecydujemy się na kolejny pobyt w tym miejscu - Bardzo fajny, kompaktowy apartament. Lokalizacja bardzo blisko dworca na czym nam zależało, około 10 minut do Krupówek. Sklepy również pod nosem. Bardzo ładny wystrój, w apartamencie było wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy Jedyne, czego nam brakowało, to drugi kieliszek do wina. Poza tym wszystko ok! 🙂

Kontakt z właścicielem był okej, do momentu, gdy 1 dnia pobytu(niedziela) nie było rano śniadania (które było defacto w cenie...) na drugi dzień okazało się że mógł to śniadanie ktoś ukraść z innego pokoju. Tak... Śniadania były dostarczane z diety pod drzwi bez żadnego info. Właściciel nie odpowiadał na moje zapytania w tej sprawie. Reszta była ok.

• Ieva.povi (8/5): Great location - The apartment was very nice, very good location. Bed was comfortable. Parking is a big plus. The owner forgot to send us directions how to enter into the apartment so we spent a good amount of time walking around the building and searching for some entrance as there were no indications that this is the right house (no Villowe sign). After calling a few times he answered and send us the directions so we could enter the apartment and everything was fine. As soon as we opened the fridge we noticed that it is not working properly, the freezer was full of ice and also someone left a lot of ice cream in it, i think the cleaner didn't check it during the cleaning. These are small details but still, better to pay more attention next time.

• Charles (10/5): Perfect cosy apartment - Really cosy apartment and a really good size with comfortable furnishings and really nice mood lighting switches. Good parking & location with a 15 min walk to downtown. The lock on the front door is so difficult to both open and lock.

• Dolores (1/5): Nightmare in Poland. - - It was the most terrible experience I ever had while traveling. The host asked us to leave in the middle in the night without much explanations given. Just said that it is some mistake by booking.com. So we end up without place to stay at night. After this host is not responding to my messages and not issuing any refund.
