Thomas (9/5): Schönes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage im Besiktas - Personal äußerst freundlich; Zimmer modern und sauber; das Frühstück im sehr großzügigen, lichtdurchfluteten Raum war sehr, sehr gut und für jeden Geschmack stand etwas gesundes zur Verfügung. Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu kritisieren gäbe dann wäre es die Handhabung betreffend Alkohol. An der Hotelbar gibt es nichts, aber über einen sog. Roomservice bringt ein externer Fahrer auf Bestellung dann das gewünschte Feierabendbier… das ist befremdlich, vielleicht sogar unsinnig.

Kenneth (1/5): Do not waste your money. Unclean room and singularly unhelpful staff. Cheap and nasty sums it up. - Nothing. Don’t waste your time or money, and particularly so if you are disabled in any way. Totally not fit for purpose. The location was completely unsuitable for someone in a wheelchair as it was located on a very steep slope and the road.

Definitely 100% unsuitable for anybody with any form of mobility issues. We asked if they had any issues and were lied to. Indifferent and rude staff. The manager was very rude and unhelpful.

A good location very close to two of Istanbul`s leading deluxe hotels. We were upgraded upon arrival to a junior suite which was comfortable and comparatively spacious. Currently the hotel does not have an evening restaurant but there are a selection of food-outlets and restaurants in either directions - about a 10-15 minute walk away. There is also a bus stop close by with buses on a regular basis. A ferry terminal is about 10 mins by foot away. Also, the splendid Dolmabahce Palace is within comfortable walking distance - 15 mins. We should also like to thank three members of staff in particular for their excellent and friendly service - Ekrem, Nail and Sait. We found the breakfast selection somewhat limited - particularly in comparison with our previous hotel in Istanbul. It was just ok. Also, the hot food in the buffet was tepid and indeed cold on one occasion.

Nataliya (9/5): - Приятный отель. Комната у нас была небольшая, но все необходимое было. Очень чисто, нет неприятных запахов. Мебель и сантехника в хорошем состоянии. Персонал приветливый, общаться было приятно. Завтрак классический Турецкий. Было вкусно. Зал для завтраков просторный и светлый. Есть парковка бесплатная около здания. Отель смело рекомендую. На мой вкус матрас на кровати был слишком мягкий

наталия (9/5): Я рекомендую этот отель. - Локация - прелестно! Рядом с Набережной, где расположены лакшери отели. Выпив чашку кофе или заказав small lunch можете воспользоваться великолепной прогулкой на набережным этих отелей. Сам отель понравился. Нас было трое, выбрали номер с двумя комнатами, что было оч хорошо. Несколько раз предупреждала , что при выезде мне нужен счет на проживание, Уехали вечером вместо утра/ был проплачен доп день/ ничего не подготовили, сказав , что мы выезжаем не вовремя. Предложила им вернуть деньги за эту ночь - чтобы получить счет. Недоумение полное . Предложили чашку кофе бесплатно вместо этого Кроме этого от booking было предложение на такси, оплата была сделана заранее , машина не пришла. Пришлось брать другую с доп оплатой! Booking , надеюсь на возврат денежной суммы и извинения!
