• Swee How (9/5): Good climb up fourth floor for a surprise - The unique wooden structure at this highest fourth floor of an aged building, and the large space with a separate room, living room, loft etc. Looking for the address on the first day. The picture featured the open stairs up but the entrance of no.10 is right before the entrance. This miss led many to climb up the open stairs... please mention in your direction picture that the main entrance of no. 10 is right before the stairs in your picture.

• Anton (10/5): Incredible and authentic apartment in a beautiful city. Coming to Krems I can not imagine a better place to stay (outsid - Great location; reasonable price; very spacious apartment; nice view outside of roof-mounted windows. Apartments are located on 3 floors, which are connected by rather narrow and maybe even claustrophobic staircases. Anyone having problems moving should probably consider another location. I also found a few spider webs around, but that’s no biggie for me (personally, it made an apartment feel more authentic), just something to keep in mind.

Fácil check in/check out Tal vez, las almohadas son muy blandas, pero eso depende del gusto de cada uno. Advertencia : no Apta para personas con movilidad reducida. Hay que subir escaleras un tanto complicadas si vas con maletas!!
• Daniela (10/5): - Krásny, čistý, voňavý apartmán v srdci Krems. Nachádza sa v podkroví. Ak máte zdravé nohy a kĺby, ľahko vybehnete celkom hore, ak máte problémy s kĺbami, radšej si vyberte iné miesto :-) Nám sa tu veľmi páčilo. Určite by sme sa vrátili. Nič nechýbalo.

• Birgit (10/5): Altstadt Appartement - Tolles Appartement mitten in der Kremser Altstadt. Tolle Architektur! Sehr hübsch eingerichtet! Geräumig und alles vorhanden.

• Martin-Booking (10/5): - Skvělá lokalita i nádherné město! Ubytování bylo perfektní – čisté, útulné a s krásným výhledem. Všechno bylo na dosah, ať už restaurace, památky nebo příroda. Personál byl velmi milý a ochotný, komunikace rychlá a bezproblémová. Pobyt jsme si užili na maximum a rozhodně se sem rádi vrátíme. Doporučuji všem!
• Steffen (10/5): - Die mega Ausstattung bzw die außergewöhnliche Bauweise ist einfach richtig schön. Ein Besuch auf jeden Fall wert . Wenn ich das nächste Mal in Krems Urlaub mache und es frei ist werde ich es wieder nehmen
• Andrea (9/5): Empfehlenswertes Apartment in zentraler Lage - Die zentrale Lage am Marktplatz in einem historischen Gebäude, die geschmackvolle Ausstattung in Wohn- und Schlafräumen, die gut ausgestattete Küche. Ein kleines Manko: in dem an den Wohnbereich angrenzenden Schlafraum fehlen Leselampen am Bett, ebenso wäre im Wohnbereich eine indirekte Lichtquelle ( kleine Stehlampe) sehr angenehm.

• Alicia (7/5): Optisch auf den ersten Blick sehr schön, aber wenn man genauer hinsieht stimmt Preis-Leistung leider nicht ganz. - Lage ist perfekt, mitten in der Altstadt von Krems. Die Anleitung und Kommunikation verlief ohne Probleme, alles wurde einwandfrei erklärt. Apartment an sich ist sehr schön und besonders aufgrund der Dachschrägen und Einrichtung. Wir haben gut geschlafen, es war recht ruhig. Leider gab es offensichtlich dreckige Stellen: Brotkrümel am Couchtisch, nicht abgewischte Küchenflächen, verkalkter Wasserkocher, von den vorherigen Gästen übrig gelassenes u. angegesses Zitronensorbet, Geschirrspüler war noch voll mit sauberem Geschirr (sollen wir das ausräumen?), Haare im Waschbeckenabfluss und in der Badewanne, so dass das Wasser nicht richtig abfließen konnte, auffällige rote Flecken an den Türen (die man wegwischen konnte), billige Bettwäsche. Es sah einfach so aus, als wäre mur das Nötigste gemacht worden.

• WaScha (10/5): Geheimtipp im Zentrum, für fitte Menschen - Die Lage ist top, der Style und die Raumaufteilung ein Hit, die Galerie mit Blick auf den Kirchturm ein Traum! Für mich kein Problem, aber den steilen TreppenAufstieg solltet ihr erwähnen - den schafft nicht jeder, schon gar nicht mit Koffer.
