Engelbertus (6/5): Mooi hotel en daarmee is alles gezegd - Hygiene prima (zwembad en rookgedeelte kon wel wat schoonmaak gebruiken) Personeel belabberd voornamelijk door het gebrekkige Engels. In de ochtend gewekt door stroomuitval, geen generator waardoor de airco bleef piepen. Rookmelder met fel knipperend licht. Kopje laten vallen per ongeluk moest wel 80 Baht afrekenen. Geen roomservice.

Єдиний недолік - це розташування, поруч нічого немає тому якщо у вас є свій транспорт місце чудове. Розташування готелю. Були проблеми з електрикою і кондиціонером, тому мені поміняли номер на покращений за що я вдячна працівникам.
Jenna (8/5): Lovely and comfortable but far out of the city centre - Lovely hotel. Good value for money. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you. The rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable, the best we had so far in Thailand, since they can be pretty firm. The 2 pools are beautifull and a very nice extra to have to cool down. The total resort looks beautifull with attention to detail with decorations and lights. Its very quiet, hardly no noise from outside and also hardly from other guests. The location is far from ideal. There is nothing in walking distance for tourists to eat. It takes 15-25 min to get in or out of the old city by taxi, espaccially in rush hours a Grab can be hard to find. Also the pools are not cleaned properly. They say it is cleaned everyday but this means only taking out the leaves. On the bottom you see dirt and green algen still after more than a week. They should be more keen on their pool hygene policy, since the pool is a place for many bacteria. The AC makes a lot of noise and is pointed directly to the bed. Our AC smelled bad, the filter needs to be changed. We told the staff, but they did not seem to understand. And the last thing; after staying here for a week, we ask to use the room for only 2 more hours after check out time but it was not possible without paying extra. This would have been a nice courtesy, since the resort was almost empty...

jeyda (10/5): Lovely resort i deffo recommend - This resort is amazing. The rooms are big, the bath is great! Pools are madssive and the staff are super friendly. I recommend getting a scooter, you are probably like 10 - 15 mins away from the main beach strip Nothing everything is great. We had some issues with the ac and bath tub but they came and fixed it straight away.

We chose this place because it was a good pick up point. 2 days we had to leave before breakfast time of 7am, we bought food night prior. They heated up our food and gave us plates and silverware. The place is typical of a 3 to 4 Star but was clean. Staff were very nice. The breakfast was limited but ok

Zouber zo weer zeker voor kiezen! Ontbijt viel wat tegen. Niet zo veel keuze (dag van te voren keuze maken wat je wil en hoe laat). Maar op zich prima genoeg. Eten in de avond bij hun restaurant was prima. Moet over grote drukke weg om ergens heen te lopen. In tien minuten ben je wel in centrum van die wijk. En met grab of andere taxi ben je zo waar je wil zijn.

Ellen (9/5): Erg fijn!! - Mooie en ruime kamer. Zag er luxe uit. Bedden lagen lekker. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Een geweldige sportgelegenheid van wel twee verdiepingen, met heel veel apparaten die er uit zagen als nieuw. En met airco. Luxer dan thuis volgens mijn zoons 😀, die er erg blij werden om na een dag nog even te sporten. Lekker avondeten. Met taxi zo overal, maar ook te voet zo in klein winkelcentrum. We hebben het er erg fijn gehad. Jammer dat er geen ontbijtbuffet was en je niet veel keus had als vegetariër. Maar op zich wel prima. Waarschijnlijk geen ontbijtbuffet omdat er niet veel gasten op dat moment waren.

Martin (7/5): Beautiful and quiet - Very beautiful place, in a quiet area. The pool is great with a nice water feature. It's a bit far from anything. The bed is a little bit weird. First it's on wheel, so it kept moving around during the night. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant, the food was just ok and pricy.

Kim (4/5): Not impressed. Location is biggest problem. - Positives: 1. Very quiet; 2. Room was spacious, clean and modern; 3. Staff were friendly; and 4. Very quiet and peaceful location. Negatives; 1. Their taxi broke down half way back from the airport; 2. It's a long distance away from the airport; 3. It's a long distance away from anything; 4. The restaurant menu was redundant due to changes; 5. None of the tour groups would do pick up because it is so far from the centre of the city; 5. Most of the staff did not speak English; and 6. No Breakfast available. I would not recommend to anyone wanting to play tourist. Great if you want to just sit around the pool for a day but eating is still a problem. Getting to an eating place requires walking some narrow roads and sidewalls with no paving or even clear paths. See above. I would not recommend but depends on what you want.
