- Stuart (3/5): good apartment, poor building facilities. - The parking was good, the apartment was good as it had all the resources for cooking and cleaning, good bathroom and the beds were satisfactory. Overall the apartment was good. The lifts were a disaster. One lift was out of service for the entire stay and the remaining two, at least one was out of service for half a day at a time. In a 65 story building, the waiting was very annoying. We have two fire alarms in the one night, both false and both after midnight. Unfortunately you look at everything when you rent somewhere and this made the rating poor.

- Mark (3/5): Beware. confirmation process requiring too much information, including, facial scans is illegal - Well positioned apartment. Small but ok for a short stay Beware. The confirmation process by the venue owners was hidden in fine print AFTER they took & processed my money. It required too much information, including facial scans and multiple photos of myself & drivers license. Surely it's illegal in these times of AI fakes & scams. The process of having to scan my face on thier app was over the top. Booking.com should not allow this
