We had a wonderful stay. - Our host was in regular contact with us before we arrived (and kindly allowed us to check in a bit early). Everything was well explained and the property was perfect for our needs; we felt right at home. The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a good location for us, and it was quiet and easy to find; we felt very safe and comfortable and will gladly return. There wasn't anything that we disliked. - Robert (9/5): Superb - The Boathouse @ 3onPacific is easily the best short term accomodation I have experienced in recent times, having travelled extensively. It is also very well priced for Sedgefield. The host was extremely kind and helpful. The Boathouse is a beautiful room with a stunning view! There was nothing I disliked. Everything was perfect for the price! 1 or 2 areas of improvement the owner might want to consider: 1. Put in a small kitchenette with a sinc. 2. Re-hang the bathroom door to swing outward rather than inward into the bathroom. This would create more space inside the bathroom. Also put a shelf over the basin to put toiletries on. 3. Consider soundproofing the door inside the room leading to the main house (to block out sounds from the main house).
