Luis León (8/5): Un lugar agradable para gozar. - Me encantó mi habitación y la comida fue espectacular. No todos los elevadores estaban habilitados y esto fue algo incómodo, todo lo demás, mis felicitaciones al hotel.

Música vieja en los comedores y en las albercas. Estar firmando cada vez que se pide algo es muy incomodo y lento! Tarjetas para intercambiar toallas no es la mejor opción, el bar de la habitación ataba vacío... y falta bar cerca de la playa, ya que los meseros tardaban mucho.... Falta amenidades y algún show. En general le bajaría una estrella. Detalle en la habitación; la regadera salpicaba agua por arriba y se mojaba afuera de la puerta.

Despues que era con reservacion despues que no que solo era llegar.... después nos dijo un bell boy qué caminando llegabamos... después que siempre no q el lunes no abrian... toda mi familia lista a la hora para ir y resulta q ni aberto estaba Se entiende que sea personal nuevo pero por lo menos la actitud de servicio del personal debería de ser justo eso ACTITUD DE SERVICIO... no nos hacen un favor ...
