Kristen (5/5): VERY loud location if you are facing the street - The studio apartment was in good condition, clean, and the kitchenette worked well for me. I enjoyed sitting on the roof top area with the pool. Beautiful view from the roof! It is very important for people to know that a nearby restaurant open to the street has a live rock band from 7-11 pm each night. (One night they played until 12:30 am.) I was on the second floor facing the street and it was VERY loud. So loud that I couldn't hear the television, even when I turned it up. When I messaged the host, he acted surprised that this was happening and said that no one had ever complained before. That is really hard to believe! I was scheduled to stay there for a week. I requested a refund so I could move to a quieter location and it was denied by the owner. If you want to go to sleep at a reasonable time and/or hope to have a relaxing evening, don't stay here!
Anthony (8/5): Nice location, nice building, management is indifferent at best in regards to guest safety. - Rooftop pool and lounge area, large room, comfortable bed. Hammock on the roof broke while I was sitting in it. I landed on the hard pool flooring below directly on my tailbone, that was an unnecessary injury. I alerted management and they had maintenance there the next day to replace the frayed rope on the second hammock but did nothing to ensure I was ok. They did not ask if I was ok, if I needed medical assistance or attempt to make up for this incident in any way. What a disappointing experience from Andiani Travel management team.

Paula (7/5): We would have loved our stay if we’d had a brighter studio with a balcony. - Beautifully decorated, clean and lovely rooftop pool. The kitchen area was well supplied. No one seemed to be around and all communication was online-seemed AI generated. Our room was very dark and overlooked the stairwell. We asked to change and weren’t accommodated although other rooms seemed to be available.

Marie C (3/5): Journee perdu et dollars perdues - Cette hotel n a pas de bureau de reception, tout ce fait par communication et je nai pas de cellulaire. Commence a faire mes e-mail la journee avant et eux ils ont un auto booking fait avec un lien ca pouvait allez.. j usqu a ce qu il demande d attacher une photo du passeport. Ne peu pas attacher une photo pas de cellulaire, seulement copie papier. Les communications ont continuees par la suite sur le site de booking . Entre temps, le samedi 13 dec je suis allez sur place pour voir si il y avait une reception au Lola hotel (et non). Je me suis reservee, deux nuits a une autre hotel et canceller cette reservation a cause de tous les problemes, je ne voulais plus perdre de temps on allait nul part. Je crois qu ils continuaient a communiquer le jour meme vers 3 hr pour me remettre la carte , clef,,,,). J etais deja ailleur, je ne repondais plus Si c ette information qu on devait faire notre auto booking (pas de reception) et communication faite par texto une mention sur leur page de presentation Hotel Lola sur booking,com. Je n aurais j amais fait une reservation a cette hotel. J ai pas les outils pour proceder de cette facon (technologie je n ai pas de cellulaire )... Dans le futur avant de reserver un hotel, je vais verifier quel type de reception est sur les lieux. Je ne veux plus revivre ca . Cette information pourrait etre egalement ajoute sur le site de booking, pour que ca soit claire pour le client, et pour nous eviter les desagrements comme ceux-ci. Cette facon de faire est de plus en plus populaire

Rina (3/5): A look into the stairwell, thanks to non-transparent communication - The apartment was clean and the wifi was good. The view from the terrace is nice, but you also have to share it with many other visitors.. We booked the accommodation because of its proximity to the beach, the sea view, and the option to check out at 1 p.m. We were given a dark room overlooking the stairwell. Of course, checking out at 1 p.m. was not possible. We were told that check-out was at 11 a.m. and that we had to leave on time because new guests were arriving. The proximity to the beach is nice, but the bars downstairs play music until late at night. The rooms are very noisy. You can hear the neighbors and the stairwell. We weren't impressed by the small rooftop pool either. There are 4-5 sun loungers for a lot of apartments in the building. Communication is unclear. Not all apartments are as nice as they appear in the pictures. When we asked about this, we were put off for hours. Our suggestions for compromise were not considered. Conclusion: the price/performance ratio is absolutely not right for the accommodation we got.
Laurence (10/5): 2 nuits à Puero Morelos - Superbe appartement neuf avec une jolie décoration en plein centre de Puerto Morelos. Check in simple et pratique (on reçoit toutes les informations nécessaires par e-mail) La piscine sur le toit est également superbe. Je recommande sans hésitation. Rien mais une machine à café type Nespresso serait vraiment idéal pour compléter l’équipement.
Jessica (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft - Grosses Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Am besten gefiel mir die Aussicht vom Balkon ins Grüne (Richtung Westen). Der Sonnenuntergang sah spektakulär aus. Man hatte das Gefühl in einer ruhigen Oase zu sein, obwohl man mitten im Getümmel ist. Sämtliche Restaurants, Cafés, Beach Clubs und Shops sind unmittelbar zu Fuss erreichbar. Generell ist Puerto Morelos ein ruhiger entspannter Ort - perfekt zum ein paar Tage am Strand chillen. Aber man muss sich nichts vormachen: Es ist touristisch und unauthentisch.

Cuidem com horários entrada e saída que exig - Limpeza, cama boa, localização próximo a tudo, porém como é em uma rua de muitos bares/restaurantes, som alto de música até meia noite (se vc não se importar com isto, é um ótimo local. Som alto de música dos bares até meia noite todos os dias, mas a localização é ótima com tudo perto. O que fiquei muito decepcionada foi com o anfitrião (que queria cobrar taxa extra para sairmos dentro do horário anunciado). Tenho print que na confirmação da reserva poderia fazer Check-in: 14:00 - 18:00 e Check-out: 12:00 - 13:00. Veio uma mensagem no dia anterior da saída, que tínhamos que sair às 11 horas. Expliquei que sairíamos às 13 conforme anunciado pois meu marido estava doente e não me responderam por WhatsApp. Mandei pelo Booking e responderam perto das 11, dizendo que depois das 11 teríamos de pagar taxa extra. Meu marido estava doente e tivemos que arrumar tudo correndo e sair muito antes da entrada no próximo hotel, pois não quis pagar a taxa (não pelo dinheiro), mas pela falta de cumprimento com o anunciado. Lamentável a falta de conformidade com o anunciado.

Marco Antonio (9/5): Una estancia muy comoda y muy confortable - Muy buena ubicación y realmente ha sido muy agradable mi estancia. La habitación es muy cómoda, limpia y creo que un diseño con buen confort. Los espacios de uso común el de la alberca muy bien, pero el otro sitio, creo que estaría mucho mejor con algunas sombrillas. La emisión de facturas no es ágil, aun estoy esperando la mía. Lo que no es muy buena señal si el motivo de estancia es sobre todo trabajo. También no hay un lugar para escribir, creo que se puede resolver con algo sencillo que no rompa con el diseño.

Sarah (10/5): A luxurious & chic apartment where the owners have thought of everything. The perfect start to our holiday :-) - We stayed here for the first night of our holiday. It was very easy to find and a sort 25 minute car ride from the airport. The apartments were large and beautifully designed with enormous beds and great views. Zoe (10/5): Beautiful property - This apartment was perfect! It was really well located, just a couple of blocks from the beach with lots of restaurants and amenities close by, including a supermarket. We were able able to park on the road close by. The rooms were decorated beautifully, with very efficient AC. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the shower was amazing! The rooftop pool was an added bonus, especially beautiful early in the morning. The kids loved the hammocks. It was a little noisy at the front of the property until about 11pm but not a big deal. We would still go back.
Deborah (7/5): A basic comfortable apartment - This is a new apartment- it was clean, basic and spacious. The cleaning lady was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great The apartment is basic with very little furniture- not even a hairdryer. The apartment operates on a check in with a code. Ours only worked 1 hour after we arrived. We paid an extra $30 to stay for 2 hrs longer but the codes weren’t extended and so we couldn’t get in / out the apartment without the help of the cleaner.
