• sharinak (10/5): Comfortable sleeping, incredible sunset - Back to nature and no frills! I stayed in the rustic bungalow behind the main dining area. Watched fireflies at night and monkey watching daytime ❤️ comfortable bed, basic shower, lav. Able to leave electronics charging whilst out and about. Oh did I mention the incredible sunset from here 10/10. It was how I remember phi phi 23 yrs ago ❤️❤️ It's the opposite of high end luxury! No frills, but comfortable sleeping and rustic.

• sharinak (10/5): Peaceful and full of entertaining wildlife! Cheap thai stick ... - The bed was the comfy the best night's sleep since being in Thailand. Rustic wooden basic hut with mosquito net and fan. Able to leave things on charge, unlike A\C rooms.

• Irina (7/5): Choose this accommodation if you want a nice view but you are ready for adventures. Also, if you are comfortable without - The location and the terrace in front of the bungalow. The staff were amazing, giving cold water every day and help with whatever you need. The room itself is very small. Not really space for the luggage or to move around. Water smelling and no warm or hot available. Toilet needs to be fixed as is not working properly. The spaces under the doors and the broken lock of the window. There it was a net but with holes so I need to place something to make sure no bugs are coming in bed (from the bathroom). There is a lot space for improvements for the money you pay.
• Kamal (10/5): - I had a lovely stay in Koh Lanta. The people were great and very welcoming, and the place itself is beautiful. With some better maintenance and more comfortable mattresses, it would be even better.
• Elena (3/5): - - we kregen op dag 2 splinternieuwe kussens omdat de onze (en die van de eigenaar zelf) beschimmeld waren - locatie is prima - hut is redelijke groot - er hangt een klamboe, gebruik deze ;) er lopen insecten en hagedissen en deze durven uitwerpselen achterlaten in de hut - kussens beschimmeld, wel nieuwe gehaald speciaal voor ons. - geen hoeslaken, enkel rechtstreeks op het donsdeken slapen. geen alternatief gekregen - geen badkamerspiegel (kregen een afgebroken autospiegel) - geen wastafel - geen warm water - vuilbak in de badkamer werd niet geleegd voor 7 dagen lang, geen vuilbak op de kamer - kregen geen nieuwe wc rollen dus moesten hier elke keer zelf achter vragen. Dan kregen we soms een have rol die achter de bar stond - geen propere handdoeken, hebben op dag 4 er zelf achter gevraagd - geur van wiet, niet hinderlijk maar wel goed om weten - we wouden initieel vertrekken, maar een (gedeeltelijke) refund was onmogelijk volgens de eigenaar omwille van Booking.com. Gezien wij 313 euro betaalden voor 6 nachten, zijn we toch gebleven

• Michael (3/5): Nette Leute aber dreckig, laut und überteuert - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen in der Bar/Restaurant unten war sehr gut. Sehr schöner Sonnenuntergang Es tut mir wirklich im Herzen weh dieser Unterkunft nur 3 Sterne zu geben (weil die Besitzer echt liebe Leute waren) aber was hier geboten wurde für den sehr gehobenen Preis war eigentlich eine Frechheit. Es war unser schlechtester Aufenthalt in Thailand und wir haben echt keine hohen Ansprüche, aber für den Preis haben wir schon in sehr sehr schönen Unterkünften gewohnt. Es war dreckig (vor allem in der kleinen Küche) und wir hatten dementsprechend auch Besuch von einigen Kakerlaken. Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen und ohne die Klimaanlage einzuschalten wurde es sofort sehr sehr stickig. Auch das Mieten eines Mopeds war verhältnismäßig sehr teuer mit 350Baht pro Tag. Am schlimmsten aber fanden wir fast wie laut es war. Nicht nur von der anliegenden Straße kam einiges an Lärm, irgendein Teil am Dach aus Metal hat beim leichtesten Wind ein donnerndes Geräusch gemacht. Für über 2500 Baht pro Nacht war einfach das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss furchtbar. Wir hatten einen Morgen kein Wasser, dann kam es nur braun aus der Leitung. Ich sage dazu die Besitzer waren sehr bemüht es zu richten. Wir waren froh wie wir weitergezogen sind. Haben dann für nur 750 Baht pro Tag einen echt netten kleinen Bungalow etwas weiter weg bekommen.

• Nike (10/5): Sehr entspannend und gleichzeitig abwechslungsreich. - Super Lage, direkt am Strand. Mega schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Generell kommt man von hier aus überall gut hin, es gibt viele andere schöne Strände, gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe!

• René (4/5): Bambus Hütte - Super liebe Hippies! Das Bad und die Größe der Hütte lassen zu wünschen übrig. Sehr einfach gehalten. Leider ist das Gelände sowie die gesamte Insel voller Müll. Zwischen dem Strand und der Unterkunft liegt ein stark befahrene Straße und eine Beton Promenade die auch Treffpunkt für die Jugend ist, also laut bis in die Nacht...

• James (9/5): Nice little bungalow at the south of the island near some good cafes and the moped ride to the north was very easy. - Amazing hospitality from the owners. I was given free food and beer one of the nights and they helped sort mortorbike rental, onward accommodation etc. It is pretty basic living but I didn't mind.

Located right in front of the beach. the staff was super friendly, the owner Rudi was really helpful with everything I needed. the food was great and the atmosphere is really unique and chill. The huts were quite new and with comfortable beds . So I really enjoyed overall and will sure come back if I'll travel again to Koh lanta!
• Brogan (7/5): Good - Great location! Staff were so welcoming and friendly, carried our bags up to the hut. Right next to the beach, not a swim beach but there is a swim beach only a 5 minute drive No mosquito net and bed on the floor so unfortunately there was quite a lot of bugs on the bed and in the bathroom. We have let the staff know and I’m sure he has taken that into consideration
• Anna (10/5): My stay at The Sunset View Lanta was fantastic. - My stay at The Sunset View Lanta was fantastic. The bungalows were very simple, featuring a ventilator while still offering all the essentials at a good value for money. Located south of Kho Lanta, the area is peaceful and quiet yet conveniently close to beautiful beaches and a national park. A 7-Eleven market is just a 5-minute ride away, and just a few steps away is a charming breakfast spot called Tuesday Morning. Additionally, services such as scooter rentals, taxis, tours, and boat ticket bookings are available just around the corner. The most memorable experience was enjoying breathtaking sunsets from my own terrace with a cold beer in hand - no driving required. To top it all off, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The place is still new and could benefit from some improvements. Adding more bungalows might make the property even livelier and turn it into a fun meeting spot for guests. Keep my fingers crossed for the success of this place!
• Karen (10/5): I want to live here! Can’t recommend enough! - THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! By far my favourite place to stay while visiting Thailand. Close to the beach, great for snorkelling. My bungalow was very comfortable. Great value for money. Delicious freshly made juice. The staff are so kind and friendly and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer. 100% will visit again.
