• Philip (2/5): Unfortunately not great service - The apartment was new, but it was not well set up for a stay. The check in was disastrous, I thought perhaps I had been scammed. They didn't provide any instructions despite my request. They didn't respond to the email or messages. They didn't let me in for over an hour after my arrival. The toilet seats were broken without warning. But other than that it was a new apartment. The pool is a wind tunnel so unusable.

• Wilmott (3/5): Average - The view The room was not clean! Bed wasnt made, sheets weren't clean. Laundry left on dryingrack. Dishes were left on the counter! Couldn't get a hold of the lady to get the keys.
• Rhyll (1/5): Zero communication, can't recommend :( - The location was excellent, easy walking distance to the South Bank DFO and the trams. The apartment itself was clean and tidy. I specifically booked this apartment because it advertised breakfast, we arrived and the cupboards were completely empty, no milk for a cup of tea (in fact no teabags!), no shampoo in the shower, literally nothing. I messaged the hosts with an actual screen shot of the description stating breakfast was included and was ignored. Very very disappointing.
• Lori (6/5): Terrible communication, lucky the view is good. - Stay was saved by...Great view over south melbourne and the ports and the bay, and part of the balcony could be private from all the other apartments looking straight at you. Really good being next to the bike path leading to coast or city and yarra river. Neat kitchen with private view over the bay when cooking/washing up. Handy to have onsite car park (at extra cost). Very quiet when doors and windows shut, excellent sound proofing. Everything worked (internet, stove, washing machine etc) The stay was almost ruined by many events....Hopeless communication both prior and at supposed time of check in. Rarely answered messages on booking.com. Terrible mess of parking payment with refusal to give actual account name for the bank transfer, blocked by bank for over 2 weeks prior tostay so had no idea if had a parking space prior to arrival as they would'nt answer any messages, but last minute save by Nancy when I was actually there. Given wrong phone numbers for getting keys, so waited over on hour before being able to get into the apartment. Terrible directions for parking, no signage, no written instructions, all just given at last minute verbally. V hard to find parking space, v narrow and difficult to access. Then all the stresses of apartment living - on 20th floor so endless using of lifts, which required swipe of key fob many times. Difficult when carrying things. Front door unlocks itself when shut, has to be relocked again with key that does not turn easily in the lock, v frustrating and I unknowingly left flat unlocked when out for first 3 days. On 3rd day, was invaded without knocking by Nancy (liaison person who gave me the keys, and a cleaner). They left straight away when I yelled in fright. No answer to my complaint via message to Nancy re this until late that evening, saying they thought I was checking out. On day of check out (sev days later), had to drive out and find a car park, then go back up to flat and leave keys on table, unable to lock door but these were my instructions, and I had messaged day prior explaining this (no answer). All in all, massive hassles that threatened to spoil my time there. Also, to top it off, a lot of construction going on around the building, with trucks and workers in park below balcony, even all through the night, so no quiet time on the balcony. Plus, if you sit down on any furniture, can't see the view as below height of concrete balcony. Such a pity as this could have been a great stay.
• Kristine Scott (2/5): Avoid at all cost - The pool and the location were good Extremely disappointed at finding a dirty apartment with used wet towels and full bags of rubbish in the cupboards, urine on toilet seats and filthy dirty floors. Unable to contact the owner for 2 hours. The "breakfast" advertised was a half empty bag of muesli which is totally unacceptable. No compensation offered after being told she would. Check out time advertised 11am and received a message at 10am to check out. Would not recommend- ruined our special weekend away!!

• Elizabeth (9/5): Perfect! - The apartment was brand new and was very spacious. The location was fantastic, supermarket and bottleshop on the doorstep, a few minute's walk to the Dfo, south Melbourne markets, cafes etc. The host was great, helpful and friendly. Nothing not to like

• Brad (9/5): Overall the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The host was very welcoming. Will stay again! - Apartment was very nice and spacious. Was a great view of the ocean and close to supermarket. Building parking was secure and affordable. Even though there was construction nearby, the apartment was nice and quiet. Booking said breakfast was included. I enquired with the host regarding this on arrival and was advised they would look into it. We didn't end up getting a response. Where to leave the keys on checkout was conflicting. The booking confirmation advised us to leave the keys on the dining room table and secure the door on departure. But you needed the keys from the outside to secure the door, so you couldn't leave the keys inside. Also, concierge would not take any responsibility for the keys. Later realised we had received an email sometime the morning of our departure that the keys could be left in a box downstairs on the entrance level. Did not see this email until after our departure.
• Sonam (8/5): - The location was very ideal. You can reach anywhere within a short walking distance to tram. The apartment was secured. Lot of procedures for using the pools, sauna and steam and gym. The front receptionist told us that we have to do induction to use these facilities. I understand if we are underage but just confused as a man infront of us talking with the front office who just checked-in to the apartment got the luxury to use these facilities right away. The front office person was in rush (I don't know where she was hurrying to).
