• Dimas AWK (8/5): - Spacious villa has it own pool and very friendly staff. The place is clean and get cleaned everyday with the most convenient time. They ask us first if the villa want to get cleaned and they ask what time. The villa is as it pictured. Both of my son loved swimming in this pool. The electricity power sometime went down due too many electricity used. It usually only for a couple minute as there is their staff to put it back up. When we use the hot water in the bathroom is when it usually happened. The staff is very helpfull to help us out to this problem. There is a lot of builder next to the villa, one of the plywood thrown to our villa when we arrived luckly it didnt hit anyone. Its not the villa owner mistake and we understand that the area is developing area for villas. Just be aware of this might happened. Other than that this place is great value for the money. Eventhough there are builder next door the plant from our villa is blocking most of the view and sounds.
• Monika (9/5): Can’t ask for better - Beautiful spacious villa with every room has its bathroom amazing garden and swimming pool really enjoyed the stay for 2 weeks huge main bathroom with bath and walk in wardrobe was my favourite place felt really at home there loved that it’s so much green in the garden pool was fabulous There are 2 buildings sites on each side of the villa that we knew about before we booked but I have to admit it’s not annoying during the day we barely stayed in the villa as we went to the beach or site seeing nearly every day but the builders from next door are picking and watching you so no privacy in the garden or in the pool area because of this other then that loved it and we booked again for next year hopefully there will be no noise by then

• Pasko (7/5): It was a wonderful villa if only they kept the maintenance and cleanliness on par. - The location of this villa is one of the reasons why I booked the villa for a staycation. Quiet and quite centralized to major spots. The villa itself is super massive and spacious. It had a big size pool and a decent garden besides it. Kitchen was fully equipped with lots of cooking tools. Despite of all the things we loved about this place, there are also some aspects we did not like. - There is no manual door to enter and exit the villa. There was only a front electric gate operated by remote controller. - The kitchen was messy and left dirty by the previous guests or maybe the staff did not clean it thoroughly. - Cooking seasonings (ketchup, msg, salt, oil, etc) were expired and some were left opened. - On the second night of our stay, the power went out, and we had to contact the manager/staff many times but it make any differences. I had to unplug a few sources from the house to minimize the blackout to keep happening. - As it rained quite heavily for almost everyday, the trash from the nearby sewers cause a huge mess outside of the villa. - The wifi/internet did not work on the second day through out the last day of our stay. Although I had reset it several times and informed the staff the problem never got resolved. So we used our data to access the internet. - The water in of the rooms only had hot water and clogged toilet. After all, we would definitely return in the future once the issues get resolved and properly maintained by the management or owner. This is a really nice house but needs extra attention, maintenance and care.
