• Ruby (1/5): Triest voor woorden .. - Ik raad niemand deze accommodatie aan Ik raad iedereen deze accomomodatie af , er hangt schimmel in de badkamer & kit randen rondom de badkamer Schimmel in het zeep doosje Voordeur sluit moeilijk Verwarming doet het niet Haren van andere personen lagen er nog Poets ploeg wou pas dag later met uit checken en om alles na te kijken komen Ik heb niet eens mijn geld terug gekregen ,
• JC (2/5): faible prix justifie la médiocrité - Internet puissant (lorsqu'il fonctionnait) Propreté correcte équipement correct mais spartiate couchage ok bien que couette trop petite Rouleau de papier toilette fourni à ma demande Machine à laver disponible (collectif) mais pas utilisée logement très ancien et en piteux état, à la limite du vétuste, j'ai dû forcer sur la porte comme une brute pour parvenir à la fermer. Radiateurs présents mais hors service. Pas de chauffage pendant 3 jours donc 14 degrés ambiants donc les serviettes de toilette ne séchaient pas, humidité (condensation à l'intérieur). Le propriétaire a prétendu régler le problème mais uniquement pour temporiser puisque non résolu. Un petit radiateur bringuebalant a été fourni après réclamation mais pas assez puissant pour ne pas avoir froid. Siège des toilettes branlant à la limite de la rupture.

L appartamento è fatiscente la porta d ingresso è rotta e fuori sembra una discarica, il wc perde acqua e la tavola è rotta in camera accanto all armadio è pieno di muffa e pure nel bagno

• Johan (5/5): It was ok - Very central, and ok price. The host was very friendly. It was a bit moist and could have been a bit warmer. It's on top of a night club, so the bass got good during nighttime.
• Ritesh (2/5): - Location The only other positive in this entire experience, was customer service - AJ - who was prompt in messaging us back. By far the worst stay we've ever had in the Netherlands so far. Where do we even begin with this feedback...?! -Smell of cigarettes throughout the property (which is advertised as a 'no smoking' one) -Discarded furniture and cigarette butts outside the living room window. -Heaters not working -Silverfish in the room -Cobwebs -Mattress that belongs in 1990. -Creaking noises from the ceiling whenever the upstairs neighbours walked. -Mould in the bathroom walls If anything, the only positive in this entire experience, was customer service - AJ - who was prompt in messaging us back. Couldn't get us a refund (we did make the mistake of booking this non-refundable property) or an acceptable solution, but AJs responses were prompt. I thank them for it. Once pictures were shared, they offered another property option - a few Kilometres away. But that property also didn't have good reviews, was in the opposite direction to where we needed to be, and was in an neighborhood unknown to us, so we had to refuse that option. They also offered to have the cleaning staff come in again the next morning, but we were already out, so didn't opt for that. If you're thinking that the location of this property may make up for it's condition / maintenance, think again. We made the mistake of booking without seeing the ratings (which is an extremely optimistic 5.5 at the time of writing). But the rating should be far lower than that. Unfortunately, the harshest review I've ever written.

• Agnieszka (3/5): Good location but the place was freezing cold, extremely noisy at night and wifi was not working. - Dobra lokalizacja. It was freezing cold in the apartment. We were promised portable heaters but never got them. It would have been helpful if we were offered at least some extra blankets. Wifi was not available, which is a pity because we neeeded it and were hoping to have it fixed. Last but not least, it is extremely noisy at night with loud music coming from the pub next door.
• HU (3/5): not recommend for winter trip - It was very cold, the heater was barely open, the linen was thin and old, I was sad
• Valentin (7/5): It was nice but only after we excessively used the manual heaters to heat up the room. - I like the location of the house, it was pretty nice, easily reachable from the train station, which was our main need. I liked that it was clean and quite spacious and had the necessary facilities. No problems there It was VERY cold. I understand that probably not many people are renting this room at this period of the year, so the heating is disconnected, but it was freezing when we first got there. The only thing that saved us were the small heaters that we had there, but even still, I think I almost caught a cold from that place .
• Marith (2/5): Zum Glück nur als kurzfristige Übernachtung genutzt - Die Lage war sehr nett Die Wohnung ist als Apartment wegen der Kneipe / Disco ungeeignet , ( man kommt wegen den Gästen kaum in die Tür) es ist bis nachts 2 Uhr sehr laut ( Techno) und man hört von unten jeden Toilettengang ( Tür , Spülung ) extrem laut in dem Badezimmer . Das Badezimmer riecht sehr muffig und der Klodeckel wurde immernoch nicht wieder befestigt ( hatten andere schon bemängelt) Das Schlafsofa ist sehr unbequem und die Küchensusstattung sehr sporadisch - ein Kochtopf der nicht Induktionsfähig ist bringt nicht wirklich was . Der Fernseher ging auch nicht obwohl es wohl auch mehrmals hier bemängelt wurde . sehr sehr schade

• Nicole (1/5): - Die Wohnung ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Der Herd und die Heizung funktionierten nicht. Auch die Dusche war teilweise kalt. Da die Wohnung über einer Bar liegt, war es nachts entsprechend laut. Hinzu kam eine defekte Herdplatte und ein nicht funktionierender TV.

• Donahue (4/5): Depressing. - Hot water was great. Coffee machine. Table and chairs. Can sleep 3. Phone help was made difficult due to bad connection, but the person hung in there and fixed incorrect information and got me checked in. Also, they called back immediately. I received a price break. Vacuum cleaner left in bedroom. Filthy drawers in bathroom. Used coffee pods still in machine, plus a little stingy on number of pods available. Lack of hangers, but that seems to be an issue everyplace. The place is worn out, new paint and grout needed. Entry door handle about to fall off. Hard to make a place in this condition look clean.

• Jessica (6/5): Goeie ligging prijs was goed maar gewoon niet schoon. - De ligging is perfect. Er mag wel eens goed worden schoongemaakt de slaap bank lag beter dan het bed, de lattenbodem van het bed lag los. Verwarming hing er wel maar werd centraal geregeld en stond een elektrische kachel die je normaal op de bouw ziet.

• Lena (3/5): To avoid! Especially if you are traveling with kids - Location Early check in possibility was offered in 1st message from the host, however it was not possible. Right before regular check in time we were informed that room is not cleaned, without clear info when we can expect to enter the room. We eneded up with 40 minutes delay, and we had small child with us. Property is in city center but above some kind of night club so we had very loud music (you could feel the bass vibration in the bed) and bottle crates clashing noise until 2AM, again total disaster for staying overnight, especially with child. There was some major water licking in the bathroom

• SimonaE (7/5): - Location is very good, right in the city center. There was dust and also some hair from the previous guests. Strange and strong noises are coming from the downstair bar through the bathroom pipes when the clients use the restrooms (and the bar is open until 2 AM). We would have appreciated one single message with all the information (eg keybox details, city tax, checkin) instead of the many messages we received. Not necessarily a minus, it's just a matter of preference.
• Lillian Frette (7/5): En natt i Nederland - Beliggenheten, at det var helt grei standard og hadde det meste en trengte, men ikke for mye. Litt lite kjøkkenutstyr og dolokket var løst. Litt trangt og en del støv på gulvet.

• Olga (8/5): - Convenient location – close to the train station and right in the city center. The apartment has everything you need to cook your own meals, and it was a pleasant surprise to find tea and coffee capsules provided. The shower cabin has been recently renovated, and everything is clean and tidy. There’s a SPAR grocery store nearby as well. The only downside is that the building entrance is separate and, in the evening, the doors are often blocked by tables from the café located on the ground floor and outside. Each time, we had to ask guests to move their chairs so we could get through the door. However, the great location more than makes up for this inconvenience.
• Katia (4/5): Okay - Location No internet. Bad communication with host. Smell in toilet and room. The bar downstairs makes it difficult to get to the entrance.
• Egle (5/5): Passable - It was clean and central. Mechanical noise from inner courtyard, all night. There is no opportunity to open windows because of the stench from the inner courtyard. No sockets for charging phone in living room. No Internet.
• Oscar (7/5): A nice apartment where you get what you pay for. - It is well equipped and great value. The toilet seat was missing and music is played downstairs until 2am. But, the music isn’t an issue if you are planning to stay out late.
• Зелено (7/5): Generally it was good. - Generally it was good. I like the paint on the ceiling in the living room, the dining table is nice and couch is very comfortable. The place is in the center of the city so everything is on short walk a way. By my opinion it will be better if there is night stand on both sides of the bed. Also a cup or something to have in the bathroom for toothpaste and toothbrushes.
