• Ehtisham (1/5): Room was fine but their rules of stay are stupid and not guest friendly at all. - They had stupid rules. Their coffee shop/restaurant is not functional these days. Despite this they won’t allow food deliveries to room and every time we have to go down to receive food deliveries. They don’t allow guests in rooms and they don’t serve anything in lobby from their coffee shop located in another property. So no way of offering your guests even a juice or coffee while sitting in their lobby. My guests were a husband wife and their 6 years old daughter who had a fractured foot and I was so embarrassed when the staff refused to serve any beverages in the lobby and asked me to take them to their coffee shop in another property nearby giving the stupid excuse that they only serve beverages inside the rooms and not in the lobby. Decided never to book again with them.

• Staller (10/5): Mein Lieblingshotel - Außerordentlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Man tut alles, damit der Gast sich wirklich "zu Hause" fühlt. Ich war bereists früher in diesem Hotel und es fühlt sich immer wieder an, als käme man nach Hause. Ein besonderes Extra: Es gibt noch Raucherzimmer! Daß Hotels Nichtraucherzimmer haben, ist normal, viele Unterkünfte sind sogar reine Nichtraucherunterunterkünfte, es darf im gesamten öffentllichen und privaten Bereich nicht geraucht werden. Da ist es wirklich ein außerordentlicher Service, daß man auch ein Herz für Raucher hat und Raucherzimmer zur Verfügung stellt. Alleine dafür werde ich das Hotel immer wieder buchen! Es gibt absolut nichts Negatives zu berichten!

Nur ca 300 m von der U-bahnstation. Ideal zum besuchen von Dubai. Frühstück ist einfach genial. Wir kamen von Malaysia und hatten auf Grund der Angriffe auf den Iran, probleme mit dem Anschlussflug nach Europa. Wir buchten kurz vor dem Abflug in Kuala Lumpur, etwa 8 Stunden bevor wir mitten in der Nacht am Hotel aufschlugen. Wir wurden an der Rezeption schon erwartet. Das Zimmer war bezugsfertig. Absolut flexibel. Sehr empfehlenswert Alles bestens
