Purtroppo nella stanza da letto sono presenti molteplici dispositivi a controsoffitto e parete con luci davvero disturbanti durante la notte (abbiamo dovuto provare a coprirne alcuni per poter dormire). Inoltre la via è molto viva di sera, con presenza di ristoranti e bar: sebbene questo sia positivo per la centralità dell'alloggio, d'altra parte il rumore notturno non viene abbastanza smorzato dai serramenti. Non idoneo a chi ha un sonno leggero. Peccato per questi aspetti perché in generale l'alloggio è bello!

While there were plenty of stores & restaurants around, it was a bit of a hike to get to major attractions and there were neighborhoods we walked through with more personality.

• Manami (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und eine gute Aufteilung. Man konnte schön auf dem Balkon sitzen. Sie liegt in einem sehr schönen ruhigen Viertel mit Restaurants und Bars.
• Thomas (10/5): - The location is close to the major sites in Athens, about 20 to 30 minutes from everything. There are a number of good restaurants close by. It is about 5 min up the hill from the Evangelista metro station, so easy to get to and from the airport. Note that the building is in a little alleyway with a number of restaurants, so you will hear noises from those till 1 or 2 am, which did not worry me but might be a problem for light sleepers. The room itself was clean and modern and provided everything I needed for my stay.
• Ferenc (10/5): Legközelebb is csak ide foglalnék ha Athénba megyünk. - Szuper a szállás elhelyezkedése, megközelítése. Szinte minden látnivaló gyalog megközelíthető. Self-checking tökéletesen működött. Minden információt megkaptunk időben és érthetően. A szobák , nappali konyha gyönyörűek voltak. Tiszta, igényes mutatós szállás. Szuper felszereltség ( mosógép, vasaló, vasalóállvány, porszívó, főzőedények, kávéfőző, vízforraló , evőeszközök) . A reggeli finom volt és időben hozták a kedves futárok. Az egyik fürdőszobában a törölköző szárító nem működött. De nem volt gond belőle, bezárt ajtó melletti tusolás során hamar felmelegedett a fürdőszoba. Nem nézték a honlapon az előző napon leadott reggeli igényt, hogy melyik fajtát választjuk, mert kipróbáltuk volna a vegán étrendű reggelit is. De nem szegte kedvünk hiszen a másik is tökéletes volt.

• Mirian Heming (8/5): Modern en mooi appartement! - Modern en mooi appartement met terrassen aan woonkamer en keuken. Fijne bedden en lekker beddengoed. Dichtbij metro dus vanuit vliegveld en van/naar stad makkelijk te bereiken. Appartement was wat moeilijk te vinden. Opgegeven adres leidt op googlemaps niet naar juiste appartement. Weinig instructies over afvalscheiding of waar het naar toe moet. Vooral het gebruikt toiletpapier dat niet in toilet mag, wil je liever wat vaker kunnen wegwerpen dan in dichtgeknoopte zakjes bewaren.

• Tamar Nevo (9/5): A wonderful stay in a beautiful, spacious apartment with a good location and a very responsive host - My review actually refers to a different apartment in the same neighborhood, and by the same host called "The Gate". There was an issue with the apartment I had reserved, and the host informed me in advance and offered to move me to a larger apartment instead. The apartment (The Gate) is large and spacious, and beautifully designed. It’s located on a quiet street in a pleasant neighborhood. The shower is big and very comfortable, and there’s plenty of space next to the sink to put your toiletries. The host is very responsive and available, replying quickly on WhatsApp. The location is great — close to Lycabettus Hill, with restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. You can hear the neighbors and the elevator, but there aren’t many neighbors so it’s not too disturbing. Also, the street is uphill and has quite a few stairs, which might be challenging for some guests.

Otel bir kaç bar ve restaurant olduğu küçük bir sokakta bulunuyor bu sebeple ön cepheye bakan odalar ne yazıkki çok gürültülü. Gece 2-3'e kadar mekanlardaki insanların sesleri ve sabah erken saatlerde ise mekanların çalışanlarımın eşya taşıması sebebiyle çok ses oluyor. sakin sessiz bir yer arayanlar ve özellikle küçük çocuğu olanlar için sorun teşkil edebilir.

Όλες οι παροχές ήταν άριστης ποιότητας. Οι οδηγίες για check in και check out ήταν σαφείς και η χωρίς κλειδιά (ηλεκτρονική) είσοδος στο διαμέρισμα πολύ εύκολη. Όλες οι συνεννοήσεις ήταν εξαιρετικές. Θα ξανάμενα στο ίδιο διαμέρισμα με μεγάλη χαρά.
• Alexandra (7/5): The location to ERMOU KOLONAKI by foot was at least 25 mins walk! Being ‘sort of’ close to Kolonaki Ermou street and fro - It was comfortable and clean. There could’ve been more of an effort to leave some little nibbles, coffee pods and milk in the sense of kitchen supplies. There was only one bottle of water in the fridge. The host was not responsive and always delayed in responding. When asked if i could checkin a little earlier they were not accommodating and delayed by a day or so to respond. The TV was covered by this greenery display from the bedroom >TV view unfortunately you aren’t able to watch TV for those who enjoy watching TV and relaxing in their bed! The bathroom is all in one room and quite small very cramped in - compact.

• MARIA (10/5): - Ολα σουπερ σε τελεια τοποθεσια και πεντακαθαρα!!! Το μονο που μας χαλασε ηταν οτι το δωματιο ηταν παγωμενο και δε ζεσταινε με τιποτα!

• Maria (10/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπέροχο, σύγχρονο καθαρό και άνετο. Έχω ξαναμείνει στο συγκεκριμένο συγκρότημα, στην περιοχή της ομόνοιας. Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω σε μεταγενέστερη επίσκεψη μου στην περιοχή.
• EVGENIA (9/5): Αισθητικά άριστο, λειτουργικά ελλιπές - Αριστη αισθητική, καθαρό κατάλυμα και όμορφη γειτονιά. Δεν μου άρεσε ο τρόπος που αντιμετώπισαν δικό τους λάθος. Η κράτηση ήταν για 4 ενήλικες και όταν φτάσαμε ο καναπές δεν ήταν στρωμένος ούτε υπήρχαν επιπλέον πετσέτες. Αφού επικοινωνήσαμε τηλεφωνικά μας έφεραν σεντόνια και ένα σετ πετσέτες και μας τα άφησαν επάνω στον καναπέ. Η εξήγηση ήταν πως δεν υπήρχε άτομο από το housekeeping. Το τέταρτο σετ πετσέτες δεν ήρθε ποτέ. Η κράτηση ήταν για δύο ημέρες. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας…
