• Christoph (4/5): - Nearby the pyramids, restaurants and cafes. Complicated discussion with the owner and staff about payment, changing of dates, fees. Better make a picture of yourself with the room key and the accommodation in the background as a proove you've been there. They offer activities that are hugely overpriced.

Scammers they put me in a different hotel and did not respond to my messages I paid 90 dollars and the hotel I stayed the price of it was 20. It was dirty, very unclean. Dusty. You can hear everything from outside even the air conditioning from the other rooms. They scammed me please never book this hotel. The toilet was not even flushed
• Michael (10/5): An amazing experience at a fantastic price - The property is in a wonderful location and while there are other hotels in the area, of course, the height gives a wonderful view of the pyramids. A kebab and shisha at the rooftop restaurant at night looking out onto the pyramids is a true life experience. The staff are beyond helpful and friendly, which seems very much the norm in Egypt. There’s a convenience store pretty much next door. There is a mosque directly opposite with the most wonderful azhan and very much part of the Cairo experience. For foreign travellers this may be a concern but please, take in the moment and the high skill of muezzin. Nothing at all, it was ideal and I will return

• Meaghan (10/5): - All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very comfortable stay in walking distance to the pyramids. The jacuzzi was a wonderful bonus after exploring the area.
• Michael (4/5): Keine Kundenorientierung, kein Service, Bestechung - Panorama, Dachterrasse, Whirlpool ( wenn er funktioniert ) , 1. Eingang ist nicht zugänglich, nur über sehr große Stufe. 2. Niemand hat die Koffer auf das zimmer gebracht. Personal drück sich mit in einen extrem kleinen Aufzug! 3. zimmer betten Anzahl nicht richtig, nur nach Diskussion geändert. 4. Toilettenpapier war aus, es wurde einfach in Bad geworfen, Licht wurde angelassen, das war’s! Mussten selbst Papier einrichten! 5. Whirlpool ohne warmes Wasser. Konnten ihn 1 Tag garnicht benutzen. Erst nach extrem nervigen hin und her hat sich jemand darum gekümmert. Bis dahin wurde ich vom manger als nervige Person beschimpft und als dumm hingestellt. Zum Schluss war es das eckventil das geschlossen war. Und warm und kalt waren vertauscht. Aber es wurde die ganze Zeit auf dem Gast rum gehackt. 6. bei Beschwerden wurde ich vom Personal respektlos behandelt. 7. keine Hausschuhe, Bademantel, Kamin, Wasser, Kaffee, und kein Netflix oder sat oder der gleichen, es waren 3 Gebets Sender sonst nichts! 8. Frühstück, Intercontinental wird angegeben, bekommen tut man ägyptisches Frühstück. Manchmal mit allem manchmal nur zum Teil. 2. Tasse Kaffee ist kostenpflichtig und Saft gibt es garnicht. Siehe Bilder! Dir Sitz Möglichkeiten auf der Terrasse, wo das Frühstück serviert wird, waren sehr eklig. 9. dir zimmer Ausstattung ist ägyptisch billig, lebe selbst in Ägypten seit 5 Jahren und kenne die Preise und Qualität. 10. die zimmer sind nicht schalldicht, man hört alles und wenn ich schreibe alles, meine ich alles. 11. die ungebeugt ist sehr schlimm, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür, tun aber auch nichts dagegen, zb Kinder die morgens in die Schule gehen, spielen schreiend vor dem Hotel und quellen Tiere! 12. wir wurden zum Schluss, 3. Tag, extrem bedrängt eine gute Bewertung ab zu geben. Was ich auch erst in Betracht gezogen habe, aber das hilft niemanden, denn keiner hat es verdienst seinen Urlaub so zu verbringen zu müssen.

There were a few hiccups with getting the room I originally booked, but she did everything she could to fix the situation and make me comfortable. Yasmeen was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available for a chat, which made the experience feel very personal and warm. She also kindly helped me arrange a taxi, which I really appreciated. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out and made a big difference during my stay.
• Marco (10/5): Great - It’s a very good location, the room was big and had a great view, the team is really polite and we have direct contact with the manager. When I arrived they receive me whit a fresh water and great smile. Some pictures of the room were a little bit different of the post, something that they could arrange, changing the floor of my room, but is something that can be better changing the real pictures per specific room to avoid any problems.

• Lianne80 (1/5): Slecht geregeld - De dame aan de balie is heel vriendelijk. We hadden twee kamer met een bad gekozen. Toen we aankwamen bleek dat we hier niet in konden. De airco werkte niet en het bad, de bubbels, was ook kapot. We konden twee andere kamers krijgen. Deze waren echter echt heel klein. De korting die we zouden krijgen, bleek niet echt een korting te zijn. We moesten meer betalen! We vroegen waarom ze ons hier niet eerder van op de hoogte hadden gebracht. Het probleem zou deze dag pas ontstaan zijn. Maar als we de reviews terug lazen, hadden meer mensen dit probleem gehad. We vroegen waarom ze ons niet op de hoigte hadden gebracht, daar kon ze niets over zeggen. We kozen daarom om de kamers te annuleren. We zijn naar een ander hotel gegaan.

Nonostante la sera prima si fossero interessati a mandarmi via Whatsapp pacchetti di tour e taxi, esclusivamente per loro convenienza, e per la conferma dell’orario d’arrivo, dopo poche ore magicamente non avevano più stanze per noi. Ci hanno obbligati a trovare un’altra sistemazione il giorno stesso a prezzi più alti e con meno disponibilità. Servizio pessimo sconsigliatissimo

• Claire (6/5): Giza is not the place to go if you are an animal lover! - Close to pyramids, good views from rooftop and room, just don't look down at the street below. BAD POINTS (TBC below...) Add table photo. (Put menu photos on a separate hotel review site). Title = if you are an animal lover, Cairo is not the place to go! The entry steps were unfinished as they lead onto the dirt track road, very high steps with sharp edges. You had to ask for the WiFi QR code which was unreliable and kept dropping out, the TV wouldn't work (even when we had the choice of two remotes to use!), we were given one toilet rolls (no top-ups so take your own as the room was never made up once during our 4 day stay!), there was also no hand soap in the bathroom. We arrived at the hotel at 6am and were told our booked room was not available (there was a power cut on arrival, so I was expected to climb 3 floors of stairs in the pitch black to check I was happy with an alternative room they COULD offer. There was another power cut on the last day)...we later got told we hadnt paid enough for this room and that we owed them more money. The noise from the road below was also unpleasant (cars hooting all the time, underfed horses with carts behind them were clattering past and being loudly whipped constantly to make them go faster, groups were being raced and whipped along the street outside too, camel and donkey noises, a lot of noise from the school children below the window/over the road as they seemed to be in the playground every hour or so. People shouting and yelling, prayers from the temple tannoy just by the hotel, even overnight keeping us awake. Chairs and tables from the rooftop restaurant being loudly dragged across the floor. We found the restaurant waiter polite and friendly but he was wiping the table with the same dirty cloth every single time, leaving smeared and dirty eating surfaces. The breakfast lacked choice with the same every days; a very greasy and small omelette... bread basket with varying bread amounts/types, two slices of hard, dry cheese, two slices of dry, curled processed meat, a small cube of soft cheese, a sachet of jam and honey and a pot of warm yoghurt. The bread basket on our final morning ramped up in volume yet again; first day was just four flatbreads, second day was also a burger bun each and then the final morning we also had a hotdog finger roll each. More of the same, repetitive, contents with our only choice to make being tea or coffee. The dinner experience in the restaurant was the same experience, lacking choice and clarity. The menu gave basic information and the photos did not correctly reflect the food on offer. Half the options on the menu were not available and they were not particularly enjoyable (meat was more gristle). The waiter deliberately overcharged us for hot chocolate drinks, calling them 'milkshake chocolate' on the receipt to be able to charge us almost double for them! (We only noticed this when we got home unfortunately, as we questioned the price difference between two meals we had... one was priced correctly as 'hot choc'). The hotel was basic but clean and quite modern inside, the toilet smelt of sewage regularly (a plumber was sent to our room one night but there was no improvement). The area was not very welcoming with taxi drivers hustling you every second. There is minimal in the surrounding area to walk to or do once you have seen the pyramids. The lift shaft was also definitely avoidable as it has no indoor closing doors meaning that you are watching the lift shaft flash before your eyes as you are using it. Not somewhere we would return to or even recommend. If you want to see the pyramids, stay somewhere nicer that is commutable for a long day trip to the Grand Egyptian Museum and Pyramids.

Every smile, every conversation, every small gesture came from a place of warmth and sincerity. They didn’t just make sure I was comfortable—they made sure I felt at home. You can see the passion in every detail, a reflection of an owner who has poured something truly meaningful into this place. It’s rare to find that. And to the incredible reception team—Tasmine and Fatima—you are absolute stars. Thank you for your kindness, your energy, and for making my stay so personal and memorable. A un certo punto arriva una persona che si occupa delle prenotazioni mi fa cercare sul suo telefono la mia prenotazione e mi dice che la camera non è disponibile (nel mentre questa cosa era successa ad altre persone arrivate prima di me) , così mi dà 2 opzioni, arrangiarmi o, farmi portare da lui in un altra struttura. L altra struttura era un palazzo di 4 piani dove a ogni piano c'era un b&b.dovendo per forza prendere la camera per non dormire nel deserto, Una volta pagato mi ha fatto cancellare l'altra prenotazione. Almeno la vista piramidi sulle scale e sulla terrazza colazione c'era

• ayça (6/5): Bir daha gelmeyi düşünmeyeceğim bir yer. - Odamız genel olarak kullanışlıydı, yataklar rahattı manzara güzeldi. Kahvaltıda istediğin kadar her şeyden sınırsız getiriliyor. Ücreti booking.com’dan ödeyip gitmiştik. Ücret görünmüyor sizi bekleteceğiz diye uzun yoldan gelmiş ve yorgun olmamıza rağmen 1 saat lobide bekletildik. Terasa çıkalım siz bu işi halledene kadar dediğimizde ancak terasa çıkardılar. Odada camın kenarındaki plastik parça eksikti yatak hep toz olmuştu. Yerlerde saçlar vardı. uyuyacağımız zaman yatağı açtığımızda belirgin lekeli ve başkalarından kalma saçlar vardı. Temizlenmesi için anahtarı verdiğimizde yine temizlenmemiş şekilde bulduk. Bir gün otelde yemek yiyelim dedik hem hijyen olarak hem de yemeğin kokusu olarak yenilemeyecek durumdaydı bunu söylediğimizde hiç yemediğimiz yemeğin ücretinin yarısı alındı. Ve ücretsiz hoşgeldin içeceğinin de ücreti istendi. Otelin önünden atlar develer ve eşekler geçiyor ve otelin önünde ihtiyaçlarını giderdikleri için koku dayanılacak gibi değildi. Akşam festivale gitmek için otele gelip gündüz uyurken yemek ya da taksi satmak için aranıp uyandırıldık. Bir gece duşa girdiğimde aniden su kesildi, otel görevlisini aradık tamam şimdi açtım suyu dedi su yine gelmedi, ertesi sabah su yine yoktu. Genel bir su kesintisi varsa da otel müşterilerine önden haber verilmeli.

• MARIIA (5/5): По соседству доступны и другие отели с таким же видом и в такой же близости от пирамид. - Главное преимущество - вид на пирамиды с крыши отеля, где проходит завтрак, а также панорамное окно и балкон в номере. Сильно разочаровал сервис: мы приехали в 3.00 ночи и предупредили ресепшн об очень раннем подъеме, на сон оставалось около 3х часов. Однако около 3.30 ночи в дверь начал стучать сотрудник и требовать доплату из-за своей ошибки в расчете. На наши просьбы решить вопрос утром, т.к. мы хотим выспаться и уже лежим в кроватях, ответил отказом и начал настаивать на срочном решении вопроса. В итоге посреди ночи нам пришлось разбираться с бронированием. Полная бестактность со стороны менеджера. Также хочу отменить отсутствие воды в номере на протяжении нескольких дней. На ресепшн объяснили, что "правительство перекрыло воду" и на нашу просьбу дать хотя бы литровую бутыль с водой, чтобы умыться и смыть унитаз, нам предложили ее купить, сказав, что за действия правительства они не отвечают и бутилированную воду покупают сами. Предоставить техническую воду в ведре для смытия унитаза также отказались. Никакого клиентоориентированного подхода и только хамство. Перебои с водой в номере случались и в др. дни, хотя на первом этаже в общественном туалете вода была. Рядом с отелем примерно в 50 метрах находится большая куча мусора (практически свалка). Также цены в баре на крыше, где проходит завтрак, сильно завышены. В завтрак входит мини-чашка растворимого кофе Nescafe из пакетика. И когда мы попросили вторую чашку кофе, в конце нам выставили счет в 4 доллара. При этом за 4 доллара можно получить в Старбакс в городе гранд-капучино с сиропом. С растворимым суррогатом из пакетика не сравнить, а цена та же.

В номере были проблемы при заселении, нам его сразу заменили. Считаю, что в комнате "фальш окно" тк света от него нет, а если открыть, то видно только кондиционер и стену к которой он прикреплен. Не очень вкусный завтрак. Не понравился район в котором расположен отель, кругом много животных, очень плохо пахнет. Рекомендую при отъезде заранее собрать чемодан и проверить свои вещи. Нет зубных щеток, тапочек и фена.

Возник ряд проблем с персоналом, администратор отеля решил все вопросы. В описании указано, что из окна есть вид, но оно выходило в стену, свет не попадал. Тапочек в номере не было так же как фена, и минибара. Сейфа в номере не было. В описании номера есть "камин" вероятнее всего ошибка его нет и на фото. В комнате есть трюмо или рабочий стол, но стула к нему нет.

• Maria (5/5): Geen aanrader - We hebben een kat in de zak gehad en eigenlijk moesten we verder lezen naar de reviews. We moesten om 12:00 inchecken. Uiteindelijk gebeld om te melden dat we laten zouden inchecken in verband met onze reis. Om 18:00 worden we geappt dat onze kamer niet beschikbaar is vanwege onderhoudt. We hebben een suite met whirpool gereserveerd. We konden niet meer annuleren omdat we anders annuleringskosten moesten betalen. Ze probeerden ons blij te maken met een view kamer maar de kamer was super klein. De locatie was ook best heftig. Veel paarden en kamelen waardoor het stonk. Personeel was wel heel aardig maar degene over de app was degene verantwoordelijk voor deze gedoe. Uiteindelijk €87 terug ontvangen van de €143 die we betaalden. Erg balen. We zijn na 4 uur vertrokken.

You have the terrace where you can watch the pyramids while enjoying your meal, the staff are extremely friendly. I think my bathroom was recently remodeled, so there was a smell from the pipes that didn't smell the best. I was out all day so it didn't matter too much as I only used the bathroom to shower.
• GÖKHAN (9/5): Giza bölgesinde temiz ve uygun fiyatlı bir otel. - - Otelin konumu piramitlerin ana giriş ofisine çok yakın, yürüyerek 5 dakikada gidilebilir. - Terası ve manzarası muhteşem. - Otel bulunduğu konuma göre çok temiz, yeni bir otel. - Oda temiz ve bakımlıydı. - Çalışanlar son derece yardımcı ve kibar. - Yakınlarda küçük bakkallar ve Bank of Mısr şubesi var. - Giza bölgesinde kalınabilecek en iyi otellerden biri. - Otelden değil ama bulunduğu sokaktan kaynaklı sorunlar var; geceleri sürekli köpek havlamaları, araç sesleri ve kornaları, yüksek sesle tartışan ve bağıran insanlar. Sabaha doğru deve ve at geçişi, yine insanların bağırmaları. Otel camları ile izole etmeye çalışmış ama bir yere kadar. Uykunuz hafifse bu bölgeyi önermem. - Yine otelin bulunduğu sokak deve ve at pisliklerinden, çöp yığınlarından, kokudan, sineklerden, bakımsızlıktan dolayı çok kötü bir halde. Üstelik burası piramitlere yakın turistik bir yer. Burada oteli suçlamıyorum, yanlış anlaşılmasın, belediye ve insanlar sorun, otel son derece temiz, ama otelden bir adım atınca bununla karşılaşıyorsunuz, Ben bu bölgede bunu bilerek gittim. - Otel odasından üç piramiti de görebileceğimizi sanmıştık, otel tanıtım resimleri bu şekilde, ama birinci kata yerleştirildiğimiz için sadece büyük piramitin ucunu görebildik. Manzara oteli seçerken bir etken bu bölge için. Yine de teras manzarası çok güzel olduğu için bunu görmezden geldik. Yine belirteyim, otelin kendisinden dolayı olumsuz bir görüşüm yok, çevreden dolayı var.

• Rozineide Aparecida (5/5): Paid for a suite got a basic room. - The hotel itself is in a good condition. I have booked a junior suite with balcony and jacuzzi, I was charged for the room which was one of the most expensive in the hotel, once I arrived to do the check in I was informed that the room wasn’t available ( first they said was maintenance issue but then tried to blame booking.com saying it was them mistake) and instead of giving back the difference of cost of the room I was just relocated to a different room, which was the basic and cheaper room available, yet still paid top notch for that. It was located at the top floor in front of the lift and a staircase leading to the terrace which was really inconvenient due to all the noise of people going up the stairs to the bar. Which made impossible to sleep. Breakfast is really poor, there was not a fruit available, only a boiled egg, few types of cheese and bread. Overall a bit disappointing.
• Eef (7/5): Heel mooi uitzicht maar alle extra services waren enorm overpriced (taxi's en lunch/diner via hotel) - Het uitzicht was geweldig. Tijdens het ontbijt en in de kamer was het genieten van de machtige piramides. Het personeel op het dakterras was enorm vriendelijk. Kamers waren ruim, schoon en we hadden een heel mooi uitzicht op de piramides. Het restaurant op het dak leek geen restaurant. We hebben een paar keer eten besteld maar dit werd op een hele rare manier geregeld. We betaalden veel teveel en het eten kwam heel laat, het werd van een ander restaurant gehaald... Ook een taxi bestellen via het hotel was veel te duur en werd niet netjes geregeld. Beter alles via Uber doen daarzo. Er was weinig wc papier en als je wilde dat je kamer werd schoongemaakt moest je daarom vragen.

Camera molto spaziosa e nuova, idromassaggio vista piramidi sicuramente il punto di forza, posizione molto vicina all'ingresso delle piramidi a piedi. Pulizia molto migliorabile (all'arrivo sul tappeto grosso principale in camera erano presenti molti capelli, tra un giorno e l'altro durante le pulizie non hanno rilavato la vasca lasciandola sporca come usata il giorno prima, poca attenzione nei dettagli dopo la pulizia, non sono stati rimessi saponette, e un asciugamano) Ristorante sopra la struttura da rivedere completamente, di tutto il menù sulla carta che offrono alla fine ci sono sempre le solite due o tre cose, non parlano nemmeno troppo bene l'inglese quindi non si capisce se ti capiscono o no.

• Zarina (7/5): - Расположение прямо у пирамид, шикарный вид из окна, чистый номер. Персонал отзывчивый, по нашей просьбе купили нам тапочки 😄 Персонал в ресторане не говорит по-английски. Завтрак готовят из того, что есть, не по меню, а потом считают как попало в чеке. Рядом с отелем стойла верблюдов и лошадей с ужасными условиями, жалко смотреть. Горячей воды хватает на одного человека, дальше надо подождать, чтобы нагрелась.
• Mariia (10/5): - Понравилось все! Сначала мы забронировали другой отель, но не смогли найти его, поэтому пришли в "Casablanca". Нас очень быстро заселили, обслуживание было на высшем уровне. Самые главные плюсы отеля - кристальная чистота в номерах и прекрасный вид с террасы на крыше ( здание одно из самых высоких рядом с пирамидами). Отдельное спасибо очаровательной сотруднице Жасмин!

Loads of camels, donkeys and horses on the street that the hotel is on. Breakfast was good, hotel was clean at all times. I'd highly recommend. Mustafa was amazing too.

• Andrea (10/5): Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen. - Die Unterkunft ist günstig gelegen. Der Ticketschalter für das Pyramidengelände ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, das GEM mit Uber auch. Wir wurden pünktlich vom Fahrer des Hotels vom Flughafen Sphinx abgeholt. Die Möbel sind neu, das Bett bequem. Es ist eines der saubersten Hotels, das ich in Kairo und Giza je hatte. Dass das Zimmer im 1. Stock kein benutzbares Fenster hat, erwies sich als Vorteil: es drang von außen weder Lärm noch Gestank der vorbeiziehenden Kamele und Pferde ein, auch nicht das Geschrei der Kinder aus der gegenüberliegenden Schule in den Pausenzeiten. Und da die Klimaanlage gut funktionierte, war die Luft frisch. Besonders gut hat uns die Dachterrasse mit dem schönen Blick auf die Pyramiden gefallen. Dort wurde das Frühstück serviert und man konnte abends auch etwas essen oder trinken. Das Personal an der Rezeption, Tasneem und Mustafa, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprach gut Englisch. Nachdem es am ersten Morgen mit dem Frühstück nicht so gut geklappt hatte (wir mussten lange warten, es gab ein Missverständnis mit dem Kaffee, der nur ohne Milch kostenlos ist), war an den beiden anderen Morgen Tasneem zur Stelle und alles klappte schnell und reibungslos. Auch als ein Junge uns zwei 1,5 l-Flaschen Wasser brachte und dafür 130 LE verlangte (eine Flasche kostet im Laden 10 LE), erließ sie uns sofort die Bezahlung. Für diesen Preis war es ein sehr gutes Hotel.

Breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the pyramids was an irreplaceable experience. The entrance to the pyramid district is a 5-minute walk away. I think this is a very good hotel. The hotel is difficult to find. There are other hotels with similar names, so taxi drivers were confused.

El hôtel está al lado de un vertedero de basura de al menos 60m cuadrados, el ascensor no tiene puerta, al llegar te encuentras 5 hombres en el lobby que te miran como si fueras un extraño y ni siquiera hay cambio cuando quieres pagar en efectivo, el rooftop no tiene comida solo sándwich a pesar de ser Ramadán, el desayuno? Tres cortes de mortadella, un queso más o menos y unos panes, la tortilla muy pequeña no hay nada de fruta. Perdón con tanta naranja que hay y los sumos eran de cajita?? Creo que este establecimiento no está adaptado para tener huéspedes o debe mejorar en muchos aspectos. No es culpa del hotel pero el Barrio de Giza mejor evitarlo

Consiglierei all’’host di puntare di meno sulle escursioni che propone e di più sul ristorante sul rooftop, siccome tale ambiente con quella vista meriterebbe una ristorazione più attenta. Comprendiamo abbia aperto da poco e ha tutto il potenziale per essere uno dei migliori hotel della zona senza dubbio.

The view of the pyramids is absolutely stunning, and everything is brand new since just a month ago. The place is spotless, and you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the rooftop with an amazing panorama. They can also help you arrange tours, the owner runs a company specializing in outdoor adventures across Egypt. A truly great experience! I love them /
