Very nice view . موقع مميز، مناظر جميله. جميع الأدوات متوفرة، شي غير متوقع في موقع في وسط الطبيعه. ابداع في التنظيم . استخدم سيارة دفع رباعي للوصول. طلب التامين المالي الغير متوقع لاكن كان الموظفين متعاونين عندما رفضت ايداع المبلغ. الروائح في الحمامات بالامكان حلها من سمكري متمرس، واجهت هذه المشكله من قبل و حليتها.

It gives great peace of mind, is v - اقامتي كانت ممتازه في الاستراحة، ولفت نظرى الهدوء فى المكان صوت الطيبعه جداً مريح للاستجمام والوصول كان ميسرا ومريحا بالرغم من ان سيارتي ليست دفع رباعي وتبعد عن الشارع الرئيسي دقيقتين بالضبط ، واعجبتني نظافة المكان والخدمة السريعة والاستجابة الفورية من طاقم العمل. أبنائي استمتعوا بمنظر المناطيد في الصباح الباكر ، تجربة تستحق التجربة وخاصة مع السعر المميز بالمقارنة مع باقي الاستراحات بنفس الخصائص. My stay at the rest house was excellent. The access was easy and comfortable even though my car is not a 4x4. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place, the quick service, and the immediate response from the staff. My children enjoyed watching the hot air balloons in the early morning. It’s an experience worth trying, especially with the great price compared to other rest houses with similar features كل شي كان ممتاز فقط قوقل ماب يؤدي الي طريق ابعد وصاحب الاستراحه يوجد لديه طريق اقصر ومستقيم عند دخول المنطقه الصحراويه والافضل الاتصال به Everything is beautiful and well-organized. The road to the rest house is actually short and easy, but Google Maps chooses a long and incorrect route. The owner of the rest house helped us reach it with his own map, which is very simple and included with the rest house photos.”
• Emad (10/5): - The place is amazing! The villa is fully complete with luxury furniture. They also have a big venue area and a bonfire area. The staff are very helpful, and they supported us in arranging the BBQ.

• Waleed (1/5): - الذي اعجبني هو فقط ان شركة بوكينج انها تحافظ على صدقها مع عملائها حيث انهم اجبروه ان يرد المبلغ كامل المكان جدا سيء لانه كلها منطقة اعمال ولا يصلح لاي سيارة ان تدخل غير انها وسط مزارع حتى اصائة السيارة تختفي من شدة الظلام ولايوجد بالمنطقه غير سيارات نقل الاتربه الشاحنات مع العلم ان سيارتنا كانت مرتفعه واظائتها تتميز بالقوة لكن لم نستطع الدخول من صعوبة الارض ورجرتها الي اذا اختربت السيارة مابتلاقي الاعمال يتجمعوا على عائلتك مثل الكلاب الظاله انا اعترضت وطلبت كنسلة الحجز ولكن صدمني رد ملاك الفيلا بأنهم لن يكنسلوه حتى لا يخسروا مبلغ مقابل اشتراكهم مع شركة بوكينج وطلبوا مني اكنسل مع انهم يعلموا ان المبلغ غير مسترد والمبلغ كبير وكان تعامل المصري في قمة السوء ومع العلم انهم وضعوا في موقع بوكينج موقع كاذب وغير مطابق للواقع
• bran (9/5): - It is a perfect place for family & friends to take break. Everything was nice but some bathrooms has some bad smell from drainage. Otherwise everything was perfect.Really appreciate the caretaker who is from Rajasthan. He was very helpful and cooperative.

• Simona (9/5): Spacious and Cozy Villa in the Desert - The villa is very spacious and cozy place, perfect for a staycation. It is less than an hour away from the city and easily accessible. Everything was just as the images.The host was helpful in terms of fast response and sending clear directions to the property. There is a property manager there on site slightly away from the villa that helped us with our check in which was smooth and straight forward. We were 10 adults and it was perfect for what we were looking for - big common area and sofa to sit together. Definitely a fun and relaxing stay! The cleanliness of the bathrooms in the bedrooms could have been better, there was a smell to one of the bathrooms and it only went away when we left the exhaust on for a long time. Not particularly a negative but the kitchen is quite small, so can't really have too many people in there at once. Also i guess the fridge setting was too cold because it turned all our drinks into ice. Overall none of these were a deal breaker - the stay was still lovely.
• Ritvik (4/5): The villa was clean and the caretaker was kind, but the pet policy was misleading and caused unnecessary extra charges - The caretaker at the villa was very kind and helpful. The villa itself was clean and comfortable We booked this villa because it was listed as “pet friendly” with “pets allowed on request.” However, after booking we were told that dogs are not allowed inside unless we paid an additional 1,000 AED (500 AED per night) “maintenance fee.” This fee was never mentioned in the listing and only revealed after the booking, which felt very misleading. The villa does have a “pet area,” but it is a room 200 meters away from the house, shared with other huskies kept in cages. This made no sense for us - our dog is a trained service dog and needed to stay with us, not locked away far from the villa. In the end we had no choice but to pay the extra fee so he could be inside. The villa itself was fine, but the experience was frustrating and not what was advertised. If you don’t have pets, you may be fine here. But if you do, be aware: the property rules do not match the listing and you may face unexpected charges or unsuitable conditions for your pets.
• Cons (10/5): Great Stay - The interiors are new and dainty; very spacious living and bed rooms. The villa is tucked away in the desert but still close enough to drive in just under an hour from the city. We’d go back in a heartbeat.
