Dino (9/5): Great value for a simple clean room. - We checked in at midnight. Desk person was very helpful. We had a 20 foot UHaul van and were able to park it for free across the street overnight. Breakfast is the basic you see at these places. Tile floors were very clean and same for the room. Beds were pretty comfortable. Room was quite large. Had a nice living area. Not sure how the location is as we left at 7:30am for southern California.

Arielle (8/5): Employees were super nice, stay was in a great location but beds not very comfortable - Design of the lobby and rooms was nice! Lots of space in the room. Location was safe and a nice neighborhood near our destination. Employees were kind enough to upgrade a room for us. The room wasn’t super clean. Breakfast wasn’t really a breakfast- just hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, yogurts and assorted cereals. Bed and sofa bed were insanely uncomfortable.

Gwyn (7/5): Second time staying here and the rooms are great, location is perfect for what I was visiting for but wished for an easi - Perfect location to walk to downtown Santa Rosa. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby to explore and easy freeway access. I didn’t like the fact that I had to call to reserve a parking spot instead of making a note or some type of check box to request a parking spot be reserved for me. Because of the timing of my call, I had to call twice to accomplish this. The person answering the phone the first time would not take my request and asked me to call back. I feared that if I forgot to call back, I would not have parking on the premises!
jeanne (7/5): it was fine. Not great, but not bad. - Very clean and a great location. Check in woman was very sweet. Parking was convenient. It was quiet. Bob Ross was on the lobby TV so that was cute. We were called and asked to switch our room so that a family could have the couch for their kid. We were told the room we were being moved to was brighter and the same size. In truth the room we had was hysterically dark. The window view was that of a dark alley with an apartment building and there was NO light whatsoever. It was almost comical. Just don't know why we got the worst possible room when we offered to give up the nice one to help. Also parking was way overpriced, you can easily find a cheaper place within 2 blocks. The shower did not work right no pressure with the water. The bathroom was just not workable or not doable. It just wasn’t what I thought it should have been for that property.
Laura (9/5): Relax in luxury in the heart of downtown - We've been in both balcony King rooms on the fourth floor - these have been a couple of my favorite stays in Sonoma County. Gorgeous views of the hillside to the east & walkable access to all of downtown. Mini pink Frigidaire refrigerators, Nespresso coffee machines, comfy/luxury bedding, Tarocco toiletries in the bathrooms, beautiful standing mirrors as the closet doors...the details have all been attended to & make for a heavenly stay. My only request would be an option for a digital check-in. Street/highway noise can be a bit loud depending on the time of night.

Anthony (5/5): - Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Easy check in and check out. Room was well appointed and convenient to where we needed to go. The person staying next door to us had the television blaring when we arrived. Staff had to enter the room to turn the tv off as he was not in the room. When he returned he was screaming and yelling on the phone starting at 6:00 am so it was very unpleasant stay. This is no fault of the hotel but it would have been nice if they addressed the noise level with him. Bed was pretty small for two people.

Heather (9/5): Not a cookie cutter hotel - loved it! - This is no cookie cutter hotel chain. The property is very unique and the staff is exceptional. It's super clean and very well located. Parking was very expensive compared to the cost of the room. Tall ceilings and no carpet made the room a little louder than I would have preferred, but the floors are easy to clean and there are no lurking odors.

Emily (1/5): Loud music until 10 pm - Beware, this place is very close to a music venue and the music will be playing very loud until 10pm on the weekends. After that, I had no issues, but I wanted an early night and that definitely didn’t happen. I had the bad luck of staying on a night when there was a death metal band playing two doors away and my room faced the music venue. Would never stay or recommend to anyone.

They need to add a good air freshener to create a fresh and clean environment.

Zahava (9/5): Fabulous hotel. Beautiful rooms. Generous complementary breakfast, with horrible perfume, cleaning products/air fres - Almost everything. Beautiful property. Gorgeous decorations. The king studio was spacious, spotless, and well appointed. Very comfortable bed and linen. The kitchenette was extremely well stocked for simple cooking. There was only one thing that seriously marred my six day stay. Although my reservation in writing and verbally included the specific request for a completely fragrance-free room and scent-free cleaning products, someone too generously sprayed the whole room before I arrived. The perfumed air freshener spray was so overwhelming that my travel person could not stay at the hotel at all. I stayed only by airing the room out several hours every day with open doors. The Hotel staff did their best to work with me by offering me an alternate room (which also had the scent) and eventually a discount which I appreciated.
Anne (9/5): It was alright. - Breakfast was nice and light. Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable and there was an extra soft blanket in the closet. Nespresso machine in the room. Room was clean. Water pressure in shower sucked. Shower head needed to be cleaned. View from window was an alley. Room echoed every time you spoke or made any noise. Finding overnight parking was impossible, had to use hotel garage parking for am extra fee.

Julian (5/5): It was a nice clean furnished room, didn’t like the doors that are locked that if unlocked you can access - It’s was nice, well furnished and clean Rooms share a door that’s lock that allows you to access the room next to you , group staying next door was loud and tried to open my door after telling them to stop. Freaked me out wasn’t comfortable and didn’t feel safe

Lori (9/5): Great location, super friendly staff, clean facility, good breakfast, too-hard bed (for me). - Lori at the front desk was amazing, and the cleaning staff was wonderful, friendly and efficient. I have had back surgery and notified the hotel in advance that, if possible, I would like a soft bed or foam topper. Even though acknowledged vis email, neither was available. It might be a good investment for the hotel to have a quality foam topper available for guests that need it. The lack of one resulted in a painful week with little sleep for me.
