• Alice (5/5): Fair - manageable for a quick stay - Location was great. Family Mart right opposite and a Drug Store next to it so that was super convenient. Right by the main road, very easy to Uber or walk to the station. Owner was quick to respond. - We did not realize it was 2nd floor until the day of; we had some heavy luggages to drag up and down. - The owner was only available through Booking.com that made the communication a bit difficult. All of my previous travel stays had communication through whatsapp which made it super easy. I had to get into Booking.com everytime to check for messages. -The bunk beds were on top and were inconvenient and not easy for older people -The beds in the second room had no sheets that covered the mattress and had just a topper placed over the mattress that caused my son to fall over as the topper was sticking out of the mattress and kept moving. -Pillows were tiny and uncomfortable -The water was not draining in the bathroom for 2 days out of the 4 days we were there which made the stay very uncomfortable. -The upstairs unit 2F was old especially the toilet and the bathroom -Photos posted were not accurate. No actual photos of the bathroom and toilet area posted and we do not recognize what was posted.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Lovely little apartment with easy train access - Lovely little apartment with all the amenities we needed. Only 1 minute walk to the train station which was very convenient!
• Rizqy (8/5): - 1. I had a very pleasant stay here. The host was exceptionally responsive—whenever we had any questions or difficulties, we could simply message through the Booking.com chat, and they would reply within minutes. This made the whole experience very reassuring and smooth. 2. The location is excellent—very close to the station and highly convenient for getting around Tokyo. Although it is situated in a quieter residential area, it remains very accessible. There is also a convenience store right in front of the property, and several others like Lawson within a short walking distance. 3. In terms of value, this place is especially suitable for groups. It is more affordable compared to hotels and offers a more “home-like” atmosphere, allowing guests to cook and do laundry freely, which is a big advantage for longer stays. 4. The self check-in process was seamless, and we were provided with a room key, making it very easy to access the property without any hassle. 5. Basic amenities such as towels and kitchen utensils were provided. While they were only supplied once during the stay and not replaced, this was still sufficient for our needs. 1. The room was slightly dusty upon arrival, which did trigger some allergies for us. We had to do a bit of light cleaning on the first day. It wasn’t severely dirty, but there were some areas with noticeable dust, similar to a house that hasn’t been occupied for a while. 2. Additionally, our unit was located on the second floor. As we were a group of five with large suitcases, carrying the luggage upstairs required a bit of extra effort. However, this was still manageable overall and did not significantly affect our stay.

• Simon (7/5): - Location to Oedo subway was ideal. Has pleasant street appeal and ideally would suit a younger family. Proximity to local shops such as a Family Mart and 7 Eleven, which are essential in Japan. We had kids over the age of 17, so bunk beds were not ideal. Were some cleanliness matters, but hosts were super responsive and rectified.
• Kalvin (7/5): - The property was spacious and is able to accommodate many people although there was only 2 of us for this stay. It was full stocked with body soaps, laundry soaps, blankets, pillows, towels and kitchenware if needed. The beds were very comfortable as well. The property owner is very quick to answer any questions I had during my stay. The property was dusty, especially around the window sills and blinds. This made my allergies act up a little bit while I was inside the property. The insulation in the home itself is not the best so you are able to easily hear your neighbors and noise from the street. If you are not sensitive to noise then it is manageable. The Wi-Fi speed is relatively slow so it took just a little bit longer for me to finish work. When on my phone, I decided to use my phone data and disconnect from the Wi-Fi.
