- Berangere (7/5): - J’ai regretté le manque d’accueil à notre arrivée. Check in sans personnel par un automate, pas d'ascenseur pour monter les valises à l’etage ce fut un problème pour nous étant âgés. Par contre l’hotel est super bien placé , le lit très confortable et le restaurant super , je le conseille. L'accueil déplorable pour le prix de la chambre.

Borne d’enregistrement pour le Check in qui disait que la chambre n’était pas prête alors qu’il était 17h et qu’elle l’était. Nous avons dû téléphoner pour obtenir de l’aide. Idem pour le départ, personne, Check out obligatoirement en ligne.

- Jeurissen (7/5): Prima verblijf voor een overtocht naar Engeland - Ontbijt prima, kamer netjes niet groot en voldeed zeker voor 1 nacht. Had meer van de omgeving Duinkerken verwacht qua vertier. Bed was iets te zacht voor mijn vader (86) om er goed uit te komen, maar goed geslapen. Wij gebruikte dit voor een overtocht naar Engeland en daar is t zeker voor geslaagd. Ik had meer van Duinkerken zelf verwacht

- Thomas (3/5): Een tegenvaller. - De buurt Er werd geadverteerd met twee aparte kamers. Dat was voor ons erg belangrijk, omdat we reizen met twee kinderen. Het was in feite maar één kamer. Alle banken op het balkon waren nat en doorweekt. Er was geen personeel aanwezig.

- Jolanda (8/5): Prima hotel centrum - De kamer was wel wat gedateerd en verouderd. Maar wel oke en schoon prima voor een nachtje doorreis. Nespresso op de kamer Wel een groot compliment over het bed en het zachte beddengoed. Midden in centrum. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima. Douchevloer mag wel even vernieuwd worden het ziet er vies uit van ouderdom. De ingang/trappenhuis stinkt.

L'hôtel est très bien situé et son emplacement face au port est vraiment un plus, la vue est belle. La literie est également confortable. Nous avons profité de notre venue pour manger au restaurant de l'hôtel qui est vraiment top aussi. Superbe expérience, nous reviendrons.

- P_R_German (6/5): Ruhiges, sauberes Zimmer in Rathausnähe - Das Hotel liegt eigentlich sehr schön - ganz nah am Rathaus und dem Platz Jean Bart, direkt gegenüber sieht man das große Segelschiff 'Duchesse Anne' im Hafenbecken, allerdings nicht aus dem Zimmer. Dafür hatte man einen Blick auf den Rathaus-Turm. Das Zimmer war ruhig, sauber und mit dem Nötigen ausgestattet. Frühstück haben wir nicht gewählt. Wer zum Strand gehen will (Malo-les-Bains), ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten dort - für uns ein schöner Spaziergang. Weder der Fernseher noch der Kühlschrank ließen sich einschalten. Wir haben nicht nachgefragt, weil es uns nicht so wichtig war. Größter Kritikpunkt: Unser Zimmer war recht klein. Für diese Enge schien uns der Preis eher zu hoch.
