• Eamonn (3/5): - Location is goog. Warm room. Access on ground floor opens onto a garden. Not enough cutlery, leak in the bathroom meant floor always wet. The bed is not near light switches and there's no bedside table. The apartment still had hairs from the previous occupant. Floor wasn't clean.

• MARIANGELA (1/5): Scomodo e nettamente al di sotto delle aspettative - Posizione abbastanza centrale Non c'erano sufficienti asciugamani e cuscini, c'era una perdita d'acqua nel bagno che rendeva il pavimento scivoloso ed igienicamente insalubre. Nonostante i vari reclami questi disagi non sono stati risolti nel corso del nostro soggiorno.

• Stefan (1/5): Terrible experience - We paid for an apartment for 4 guests, but it was clearly prepared for only 2 (2 towels, 2 pillows, bedding for 2). The host repeatedly promised to bring the missing items, yet nothing was delivered even after two nights. Complete lack of professionalism and respect for guests. Avoid this place.
• Tilen (3/5): - Location was pretty good. Close to the metro and indoor parking (pretty expensive tho). We arrived at the apartment at 21:00, and unfortunately it was not prepared at all, despite having informed the host in advance of our arrival time. There was no bedding, no towels, and no toilet paper provided. When we contacted the host, the bedding was brought to us; however, the bed was not prepared, and the bedding was simply left on top for us to arrange ourselves (we were not present at the time). The bathroom had a constant strong sewage smell, which made it very unpleasant to use. The pillows and towels appeared unclean and should be replaced; this might not have been so noticeable if bedding had been available in the first place. We also found quite a lot of hair throughout the apartment, which raised further concerns about cleanliness. Given the price and the positive reviews, we expected a much better experience and were quite dissapointed.

• Eszter (1/5): You deserve better than this. - The good: perfect location, and the courtyard is quite nice. Welcome to the worst apartment that I have stayed in, since I started booking these accommodations 10 years ago.  The bad: everything else. As you enter the place, the first thing you notice is the discreet smell of mould. There is an upside here though, this somewhat covers up the smell of sewer coming from the bathroom.  Then you notice that it is dark. But it’s only 2pm, how? Well, the flat is on the ground floor and there are taller buildings around, so natural light is not something you would get there. Again, the upside, you don’t need to care much about the blinds, that once you cover the window with, it is hard to pull up again and that the door is partly made of glass without cover and lets through the little light available.  Anyway, you can put your luggage away… but wait, there is absolutely no storage there. Not even a nightstand. There is a cupboard, but it is full of bedding presumably for the other accommodations provided by the same company. The dining table and chairs are extra uncomfortable.  They also gave me the wrong opening code for the gate in the instructions for entering the place.  They said there would be a hair dryer there, but there wasn’t. If you can have this place for dirt cheap and you don’t need to stay there more than a night, then it doesn’t matter, but otherwise, you deserve better than this.
