Mary (4/5): Great location, however the apartment needs to be cleaned properly and the host needs to have better communication. - Location was great. Apartment was not clean. Carpet was dirty. Stains on the couch. Mould in the shower. Pretty gross. Even though the add said there was free wifi, there was none. Tried calling the host, call went unanswered. Tried texting the host, no reply. Very poor communication.
Rosario (4/5): TLC is a must! - The location was great this is a room in a highrise building, the guy receptionist was very helpful, we arrived late and it took us over an hour to get the keys, luckily this guy working in the reception never left us until we got the room. Washing machine and Dryer were a big help. Poor communication about check in No self check in, you have to get the keys in a shop next door to the building, you have to provide code coming from the agent,upon check out, you have to return the keys to the shop and provide them with the same code, very time consuming! Good thing is the guy was extremely helpful! The place was beautiful but filthy, the heating didn't worked properly, the shower is perfect but the water flows out so the towel is soaked as you got out of the shower. The wardrobe has no shelves , everything has to be hanged using cheap hanger, I think the place does not match the stuff in the building. The beds were lovely but they could spend a little more with the accessories. TV is not smart no use at all apart from radio. A little bit of TLC is highly needed please
