• Paweł (1/5): WE DID NOT RECEIVE KEYS TO THE APARTMENT!! - WE DID NOT RECEIVE KEYS TO THE APARTMENT! On the morning of check-in, we received a message with self-check-in instructions and a code for the lockbox. However, in the evening – after our flight and arriving at the location – it turned out the code did not work. ​We messaged the property asking for help, and the owner asked us to cancel the reservation, citing a hot water issue. We received no message from the owner about this problem during the day – only at late-night check-in. At 9 PM, we were left without accommodation and had to use customer support to find another property, which resulted in a waste of time and incurring additional costs. ----- NIE OTRZYMALIŚMY KLUCZY DO APARTAMENTU! Rano w dniu zameldowania otrzymaliśmy wiadomość z instrukcją samodzielnego zameldowania i kodem do skrzynki na klucze, jednak wieczorem - po przylocie i dotarciu na miejsce - okazało się, że kod nie działa. Napisaliśmy wiadomość do obiektu z prośbą o pomoc, a wlasciciel poprosił nas o odwołanie rezerwacji - powołując się na problem z ciepłą wodą. W ciągu dnia nie dostaliśmy żadnej wiadomości od właściciela apartamentu o problemie - dopiero przy zameldowaniu późnym wieczorem. O godzinie 21:00 pozostaliśmy bez noclegu i musieliśmy skorzystać z pomocy infolinii, by znaleźć inny obiekt, co wiązało się ze stratą czasu i poniesieniem dodatkowych kosztów.
• Daniel (10/5): - Pictured guide to accessing the property - host was very quick to respond. Place was very clean and tidy, great value for money.
• Emma (5/5): It's passable for London. Wouldn't get away with it anywhere else. - I mean it was close to the tube, it was warm, and the beds (although very firm) were comfortable with clean bedding. When we arrived the code didn't work. We were then given the key by the cleaner. There was one clean towel left and we weren't given any more until the day after (there are absolutely LOADS of towels and bed sheets in bags behind the door and under the sink - I'm pretty sure the cleaner puts used towels/bedding in binbags and buys brand new every time - it's all a bit strange. The bedrooms are fine but the rest of the property is in dire condition and needs totally ripping out. The bathroom is covered in rust and mould, kitchen hasn't been renovated in decades and is bodged up everywhere. The whole place needs a deep clean but really needs a total refit. Oh and there were no mugs.
• Slavina (4/5): - Top location, safety around. Very nice host, but we were there for the apartment, not for the host. Old apartment, with new furniture, small toilet, bad bathroom with very noisy water heater. Noisy ground floor. Smell awful.

• Pinja (3/5): - Todella hyvä sijainti, metro ja Liverpool Streetin asemat lähellä. Helppo sisäänkirjautuminen ja majoittajaan sai helposti yhteyden. Asunto oli kylmä ja huoneissa erikoinen haju. Asuntoa ei oltu siivottu ennen meidän tuloa, lakanat olivat likaiset (karvoja ja muovipalasia), lattiat ja tasot pyyhimättä. Saatiin onneksi samana iltana puhtaat lakanat ja seuraavana aamuna siivooja kävi lattiat pesemässä, mutta pöytäpinnat olivat edelleen pölynpeitossa.

• Antonia-Ioana (6/5): Needs a complete renovation - The apartment has potential. It is in a decent area, close to Liverpool Street. It is near two underground stations. It has two bedrooms, and the beds are comfortable. There is also a living room where a bed has been placed (so it can accommodate 6 people). The apartment needs a complete renovation. It looks stuck in the 1950s and seems like no improvements have been made since then. It looks like it used to be a student dorm. The bathroom and toilet are separate one from another, and they were unpleasant to use. When you turned on the water in the bathroom, it made a loud noise as if a plane was taking off. I wouldn’t stay in this apartment again, not even if it were offered to me for free.
• mary50pink (10/5): great location, tube stations and Liverpool st station within easy walking distance - no breakfast but everything you need to make your own everything was fine
• Melanie (6/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt, ein sicheres, cooles Viertel mit vielen Restaurants, netten Pubs, dem besten Falafel-Imbiss und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und einer perfekten U-bahn -Anbindung. Sehr zentral und dafür doch ruhig gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief immer sehr zügig. Da sich der Schlüssel in einer Schlüsselbox befindet, können mehrere Personen auch zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten im Flat ankommen, was auch praktisch ist. Ich persönlich fand es nur oberflächlich sauber und das Flat schon mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Auf den Bockspringbetten fehlte die Topper, weswegen wir es auch nicht so bequem fanden, aber manche Menschen mögen das ja ;) In der Annonce bei Booking.com steht Checkout- Time 11.00 bis 0.00 Uhr - ich habe das so interpretiert, dass wir den ganzen Tag Zeit zum Auschecken haben, was mit ein Grund war, warum ich dieses Flat gebucht habe. Die Checkoutzeit ist aber ganz klar 11 Uhr. Keine Ahnung wieso das dann nicht so da steht. Da wir erst abends zurückgeflogen sind, mussten wir uns dann in einem chinesischen Textilgeschäft in der Nähe noch etwas buchen, wo wir die Koffer lassen konnten, was dann noch mal recht teuer war.
• Maggie (1/5): Unfortunately we couldn’t stay in this property. - The property was nothing like it was advertised, we were given permission to drop our bags off early, the cleaner had not been in at this point but it was clear people had been smoking in the apartment, there were lots of dirty laundry in the bath, bags of laundry in the kitchen , stained mattresses in full view, personal products in all the rooms. It was as if somebody was living there full time until it was booked out for a night. A guy arrived and said his cleaner would be arriving soon so we went to the cricket match to leave them to it. When we returned the beds had been made and the bathroom cleaned. The personal products were still there. In the kitchen all the bags of recycling were still under the worktop and the huge stack of laundry bags were still behind the door. We took videos before and after the “cleaning”. We were unable to stay in the apartment and booked into a Premier Inn. I have had several bookings with Booking.com which have all been super, unfortunately this one should not have been on your books, very disappointing.
• Jane (3/5): - Location and fact the property was security gated. 5mins max to choice of 3 tube stations, 15/20mins walk to Tower Bridge area. Bedrooms were good sizes and decorated nicely although very very warm on a hot day even with windows open! I know that is typical of the city but fans may be a good addition. Areas if the flat need updating and attention particularly the bathroom, which is absolutely tiny, and the kitchen. The lino in the kitchen is uneven which can be a trip hazard. Piles of laundry, possibly dirty, stacked behind kitchen door. Tea cups all stained. Cupboard doors stained and deformed possibly from kettle. Unsteady 'boarded' area under boiler. The bathroom has water damage stains on floor and behind sink and the radiator is rusty. Strange sound from possibly a pump when tap is running, either hot or cold water. Toilet is also very small, so much so my knees were touching the wall when seated! Front door didn't feel very secure.

• Fiona Geok Hua (8/5): Awesome central London location - We were in London for a concert at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The apartment's location was ideal with 3 train stations (Aldgate East, Aldgate and Liverpool Street) within easy reach. Value for money, clean, quiet and secure in a central London location. None.

Perfect for anyone looking for a place to sleep during a few-day trip. I stayed there with three friends (4 people total) and it worked out great for us!

• John (9/5): Great central London stopover - The location is the initial selling point, a short walk from Liverpool Street Station. The accomodation is basic but clean and comfortable, and very good value for money. Three double bedrooms, one the combined dining room, an equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower over bath. Enclosed in a courtyard behind a secure gate. This is the second time I've used the property, not the last. Nothing I can think of.

• Devid (10/5): Exceptional - This property was very clean fully equipment ,what you need everything is there,i really liked the location very close to station literally 2 minutes from Aldgate east station to tower bridge within 5 minutes, also very close to Liverpool street station,its near to sky garden,shorditch box park aswell,and lots of chinese indian restaurant in there near to brick lane
