• Timothy (10/5): Great location, great facilities, would happily stay here again or recommend to anyone else. - Great location, close to Ueno Park and Ueno station. A few small restaurants nearby and convenience stores super close. Easy train connections to Tokyo area, airport and Shinkansen. Apartment was great size and good facilities, especially for Tokyo. We stayed here for 5 nights and couldn’t fault it at all.

• Salvador (7/5): Casi perfecto, sólo un aspecto es mejorable. - La amabilidad del personal Hubo un problema, lo comunicamos por la noche sobre las 11 y no contestaron hasta el día siguiente a las 9. Si llega a ser un problema grave como una fuga de agua, o que no pudiéramos entrar a la habitación, habría sido bastante grave. Por suerte no fue el caso. Nosotros al menos, no sabíamos ni nos dijeron alguna forma de comunicación urgente. Es un hotel que ofrece apartamentos, pero debería existir un whatsapp o forma de contactar para urgencias.
• Melissa (8/5): Has a homely feel but it’s hotel - It was a lot of space and it felt like luxury considering how other Tokyo hotels are tiny. We traveled as family it was nice to have table and sofa for evening chat and snacks or play games. Separate bedrooms were very good. The laundry and bathroom space were so functional. Beds were comfy and cosy. The washing machine dryer combo worked really well. Thoughtful kitchen space. It’s not far but not near to Ueno station. Still a bit of a walk.

• Eliza (10/5): - Trafiliśmy tam przypadkiem bo miejsce zwolniło się w ostatniej chwili w okazało się że to jeden z naszych najlepszych noclegów podczas całej podróży po Japonii. Duży apartament z dwoma sypialniami. Na mieści jest absolutnie wszystko co trzeba i nawet jeszcze więcej. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Takie perełki w Tokio są rzadkością. Rezerwujcie koniecznie jeśli tylko to miejsce jest dostępne!!!! Nic. Wszystko super!
• Daisy (8/5): It’s within our budget at Sakura season. - Easy to find, clean and spacious for family of 3. Staff were helpful. No permanent receptionist. We needed to call and waited but it’s not end of the world. However, if you were in rush, the wait seemed forever. We needed to drag the luggages from Ueno Station to the hotel. It was not fun and took 15 to 20 mins.

• Chaoyi (7/5): Comfortable hotel but far away from Ueno station, restaurants, and shops - - The hotel is clean and comfortable - The kitchen is well equipped with kitchenware - There is a washer&dryer combo - Good heating system for cold days - The biggest drawback is the location. It's a 12-13 minutes walk to the Ueno station for a healthy adult. There is an exist closer to the hotel, but you still have to walk all the way to the station from the exit. We were traveling with young kids, and this distance was quite difficult for us, especially on the way back. - Pretty much all the restaurants, stores, and shopping were near the Ueno station or south of the Ueno station. We weren't able to try as many food options or shop as easily as we'd like because of the distance (see previous point) - No one was at the front desk to check us in when we arrived. It took us a while to realize that the key was just left on the front desk. - Very often no one was at the front desk when we stayed there. For most of the questions we had, we had to message the hotel and waited for an answer. Communication wasn't the easiest.
• Róża (10/5): Idealne na długi pobyt! - To nie jest pokój. To apartament z dwoma pokojami kuchnią i salonem. Byliśmy z mężem bardzo zadowoleni! Przestrzeń miło zaaranżowana, wygodne wszystkie meble jakie normalnie potrzebne byłyby w mieszkaniu, ofuro(wanna) i prysznic w jednym, to była najprzyjemniejsza część! Trochę trudno było się rozeznać we włączeniu ciepłej wody i segregacji śmieci, jednak obsługa nawet o 2 w nocy była pomocna w rozwianiu wątpliwości. Miejsce zdecydowanie godne polecenia na dłuższy pobyt, gdzie można normalnie gotować (kuchnia była solidnie wyposażona) i zrobić pranie w miarę potrzeby. Bardzo wygodne łóżka! Polecam! Szkoda tylko, że szkło w oknach było matowe, inaczej byłyby piękne widoki.

• Ratih (9/5): Nice place! We will back to stay there - Building like new renovated. About 700m to ueno station. Clean, well furnished, spacious for 4 people.. Complete household appliances and Located in a quiet area away from noise staff. We were satisfied to stay there.

• Ivy (8/5): Perfect apartment stay for families. - The amount of space for Tokyo was incredible, two bedrooms and a long hallway for our busy toddler to run up and down. The washing machine-dryer was also in daily use, extremely helpful when travelling with young children. If I had to be picky, it was 10-15 minute walk to either Ueno or Inaricho train station. It would be nice if the front desk could learn how to organise luggage transfer from the hotel for guests.
