- mitsuhiro (1/5): - 風呂がないとの事を2～3日前に知り、それだとその日はオーナーが使用したいのでキャンセルをしてくださいとメールが 届きキャンセルをしました。こちらからキャンセルをしたのではなく３万円も出して風呂がついていません。 それを記載されていたら納得しすが、通常は考えられない事です。それから何度も入館及びチェックイン方法を尋ねましたが、変な写真を送ってくるだけです。同じ町内に住んでいて、私共の持ち土地の家の写真までありました。 訴える予定で進んでいます。
- Anonymous (10/5): The room proved to be a simple but good base of operations for activities all around Kyoto. - The owners are very nice and helpful people. The room itself has a typically Japanese feel and was nice and clean. The amenities listed under the property were all fine. Just be aware that there is no shower or refrigerator (at the time of writing, anyway). There are Japanese style bathhouses and convenience stores around, so it really was not a problem for me. A tip to future visitors: do not use booking.com but either Whatsapp or LINE to ensure easier communication with the owners. While a minor inconvenience, the walls are incredibly thin and people could be heard talking well into the night.
