• Vsevolod (10/5): We will be back, family is delighted - Luxuriously. Soul of history, but recently renovated. Everything works well, swimming pool and much spaces for all big family and guests. Several tables on open air, at the terrace, with umbrella or without. Really cool
• Catherine (10/5): Super séjour! - La communication ainsi que l'accueil de Julia, la propriétaire était top (nous avons pu commander des paniers breakfast pour le 1er jour , très appréciable!!) De plus, l'appartement se trouve au dessus d'un restaurant italien, ou nous avons pu manger à 21h le jour de notre arrivée. Le logement était propre, spacieux. Idéal pour un séjour entre amis, chacun ayant son indépendance! Je conseille d'avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer (il y a une place de parking) Les p'tits plus : la piscine et les balcons qui permettent de profiter d'une vue époustouflante !! A noter qu'il y a quelques marches pour arriver au logement (je pense surtout aux personnes âgées ou aux jeunes parents avec des enfants, poussette...)

Na miejscu jest też świetny basen. Personel był bardzo profesjonalny, komunikatywny i bezproblemowy. Za niewielką opłatę przygotowano nam zróżnicowane koszyki śniadaniowe (co było pomocne, bo wakacje zaczynaliśmy w sobotę wieczorem, a w niedziele nie wszystkie sklepy są czynne). . Jeśli ma się do dyspozycji samochód to lokalizacja jest dogodna, do pobliskich miast można łatwo dojechać. Piesze wędrówki mogą stanowić większe wyzwanie. Ale nie są też niemożliwe. Brak zastrzeżeń
• haralambou (5/5): Lovely position, fabulous views but disappointed with cleanliness and old bedding. - Stunning views from all balconies and lovely, good sized pool with comfortable sun loungers and parasols and surrounded by olive, pomegranate, lemon, orange and lime trees. Nice drive in area with electric gates, large outdoor space and good air conditioning. Loved stone walls, nicely furnished and comfortable bed. Met on arrival by friendly representative for key handover. Towels changed halfway through the week. Daily visits from the pool man's dog who made himself comfy on our sun loungers, such a gentle old soul. Had to clean upstairs toilet on arrival using soap and toilet paper as no cleaning supplies available. Encrusted dirt behind taps, on toilet roll holder and bin lid. Old lumpy pillows, sheets and pillow cases not ironed, quilt cover old and ripped and dirty mark on bed cover. No bedside lights, had to turn off main light from wall switch and feel my way in the dark to the bed. No lighting in kitchen area, used our phone torches for additional light. Large, stale pieces of bread found in bottom of fridge and would have struggled with crockery if there had been 4 of us. BBQ area unusable due to large tank occupying the space. A tiny portable BBQ had been left instead which was too small and dirty to use. No small side tables in pool area for drinks which could not be placed on the floor due to ants. Absolutely no sound proofing between floors and were woken at 6.30 most mornings with children running up and down and crying and also on one occasion at midnight with furniture being moved around. We had not realised when booking that there was an apartment above us. We came with high expectations having read previous reviews and feel that a few inexpensive improvements such as new pillows, bed covers, pillow and mattress protectors, bedside lights etc would have made all the difference to what is a lovely property. We did not feel the villa was well suited to self catering and a car is vital if you are staying here. Would have been useful to have a list of emergency numbers, nearby supermarkets etc.
• alessandra (7/5): - Posizione stupenda sia della casa che della piscina. Quest'ultima ha una vista strepitosa. La casa è molto bella e molto spaziosa. E' strutturata su due livelli. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno privato e un terrazzino panoramico. La cucina è accessoriata con macchina del caffè e tutti gli utensili necessari. La piscina era a nostro uso esclusivo, gran vantaggio se si ama la calma e la tranquillità. Nei pressi della struttura ci sono spiagge con acque bellissime, Sveti Stefan e Budva ricca di ristoranti, tra cui, sotto le mura, anche uno con specialità italiane. Consiglio di visitare la città vecchia di Budva, davvero carina. Nonostante la gentilezza ed elevata disponibilità del gestore, abbiamo riscontrato una non buona manutenzione e pulizia sia della casa che della piscina. Finestra e persiane rotte e letti non comodissimi
• Annie (9/5): Stunning apartment and location, own transport essential. - Lovely apartment with stunning views out to the Adriatic Sea and along the cost Budva. Great swimming pool and sunbathing areas/balconies. On site restaurant serving excellent food (albeit it a little pricey for family holidays). Hosts were very helpful in arranging our airport transfers and when we had some delays in returning our rental car. Could use a few more kitchen items to make cooking at the apartment easier, i.e. wooden spoon, ladle, spatula, scissors etc. Also, please provide bedsite light in all bedrooms. A little more information on places to visit, maps etc would be helpful. We hired a car in advance so no problem for us but guests should be aware that the property is a little remote and a car is essential in order to access the apartments and get to local shops, as well as to take outings in the area, which is very mountainous and absolutely beautiful.

• Ln Pvl (9/5): Havre de paix loin des foules - Très joli ensemble de petits maisons en pierre de style traditionnel. Piscine agréable avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Nous avions pris une chambre vue mer et cela vaut le coup. Logement très spacieux et bien équipé. Un havre de paix comparé au centre de Petrovac surpeuplé et bruyant. Route d'accès très pentue et étroite. Difficultés pour se garer. PMR et jeunes enfants s'abstenir car nombreux escaliers dans la résidence.

Grote ruime appartementen, alles aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf. Het restaurant naast de deur is zeker een aanrader. De deuren moet je idd steeds dichthouden omwille van de vele katten. En de weg ernaartoe is toch wel een uitdaging ;-)

• Vas_Berk (6/5): - Дуже сподобалось розташування готелю - тихо ввечері, немає натовпу туристів. Також ідеальний вид з басейна і дуже смачний ресторан на території. Є багато місця запаркувати автомобіль. Wifi працює добре. Басейном користуватися неможливо, стінки в якомусь нальоті, його явно ніхто не чистить тижнями або більше. Техніка в номері застаріла, дуже темно. Кондіціонера в спальній кімнаті немає. Телевізор застарілий, без смарт ТВ опції, тому про нетфлікс можна забути. З ванної кімнати дуже воняло каналізаціїю, томи треба постійно тримати зачинену вану, а то немає чим дихати. За 8 ночей не було ніразу прибирання в апартаментах. Лише один раз принесли рушники на заміну. А ще може то нам повезло але у ванній мило було розведено з водою в такій пропорції що воно нічого не милило. Якщо в цих апартаментах тільки ночувати як ми, то за свою ціну більш менш, але перебувати там не дуже приємно.

La camera assolutamente ampia e accogliente, pulita e con accesso diretto alla piscina. Il ristorante vicino, buonissimo, è alla porta accanto. L’host gentilissimo nel fornire tutte le indicazioni, anche di ristoranti vicini. Forse qualche difficoltà nel parcheggiare visto che stanno rifacendo la strada e i parcheggi sottostanti, inoltre da lí ci si muove solo con la macchina, ma lo sapevamo. Per il resto nulla da dire.
• BOUCAUT (8/5): Bâtisse en pierre avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. - La bâtisse en pierre est magnifique, le cadre incroyable avec une vue splendide sur la mer adriatique. Le parking privé est un petite luxe non négligeable. La piscine a débordement est privative et bien grande. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter le lac Skadar,Petrovac et Budva. Quelques restaurants à proximité. L’habitation est très grande, lumineuse et spacieuse. L’environnement est très calme. Literie pas top. Équipement de cuisine un peu limité. La piscine devrait être un peu rénovée et le fond plus souvent nettoyé.

• DUMAT (10/5): - A very pleasant place, the stone construction gives the place an authentic charm. The staff are attentive without being intrusive. The three swimming pools are never crowded, and it is often possible to swim in complete tranquility. The view of the Adriatic Sea is splendid and the sunsets are magnificent. The “Casa Mia” restaurant in the middle of the facilities is a highlight. The cuisine is of high quality and the owner and staff are attentive to guests and happy to share their pride and love for their work.

• Vivienne (10/5): Heavenly views - Tasteful and spacious apartment, with amazing 180° views of the sea. The pool is large and never felt busy, and also has stunning views. It was definitely worth being out of a town for the peace and sea views. Having Casa Mia restaurant downstairs is great. An option for lunch or dinner (you need to reserve a day or so ahead) and you can take cocktails to the pool or your room! Never a problem parking. Kitchen has everything (including an oven) if you want to eat in. Having a washing machine was also handy. Very little to fault, but it would have been nice to have been provided with pool towels.

• Joanna Róg (10/5): Amazing holiday - We've had an amazing time at Olive Resort. The studio was spacious, very clean and modern. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. Great location, close to many top places to visit in Montenegro like Sveti Stefan or Skadar Lake. Next door restaurant with great food. Two swimming pools with nice view, perfect for kids to have fun. Would highly recommend. 😊

• Mikkel (8/5): - Beliggenheden og udsigten var fantastisk! Lejligheden var stor og med plads til os alle. Det var især positivt med de mange badeværelser. Vi nød også godt af den korte afstand i bil til både indkøb og by. Vi savnede i høj grad nogle flere udendørsmøbler tilhørende lejligheden, så man bedre kan udnytte de fantastiske balkoner med den smukke udsigt. Derudover manglede der en del udstyr i køkkenet, hvis man skulle have lyst til at lave mad. En grill tilhørende lejligheden ville også være perfekt.
• Arturas (8/5): Overall a property that could be easily 9.4,but due to already mentioned drawbacks,it could realistically be rated ~8. - The property has a nice big terrace,which has an amazing view! The infinity pool is great too. The apartment is really spacious. The property and pool lacked cleanliness,kitchen and the dishes were not properly washed too. The frying pans were heavily used and worn out, and should be replaced. There is a cool guy who was welcoming us,but other than that there is nobody who would take of anything (towels had to be changed every 3 days,but they were not). There was a party in the restaurant (there was some noise) and after it we found pieces of glass around and in the pool in the morning,nobody noticed only after we told the guy, who promised to clean the pool from inside,but nothing was done,so we had to to do it ourselves.

There is no shade on terrace after the early morning. No tooth brush holder.

Ruhige Lage. Schöne kleine Strände in der Nähe. Alles sehr entspannt! Man sollte einfach wissen: Ohne Auto geht hier gar nichts. Das Restaurant in der Anlage war geschlossen, so dass man zum Essen oder Einkaufen immer bis Petrovac fährt. Aber das ist keine Kritik, nur eine Information.

The apartment needs updating and the pool needs cleaning inside around the edges. It’s like some moss is growing. Also no signage to find the place. We couldn’t find it. It’s not on google maps. The only sign is Casa Mia restaurant which is on site. Needs an Olive villa sign on road.

The apartment is beautiful and the views across the sea towards the sunset every evening were fantastic. The apartment is tucked in a quiet secluded spot high up on the hillside away from the main road with easy access into Petrovac via car and some lovely quiet beaches and restaurants in the immediate local area. The pool area has an amazing infinity pool looking across the bay towards Budva, we were with 2 kids who thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant was closed during our stay which was a shame as it would have been very convenient given the property isn't within walking distance of any other facilities.

• Gorana (10/5): Highly recommended for a relaxing break - Booked 2 bedroom apartment with private pool and we had an amazing and relaxing 3 days , view is spectacular best part about it in my opinion. Apartment itself is a bit secluded so you need a car to get around but for me it was perfect because it was out of hassle and bustle but close enough to Budva or Petrovac. Kitchen is basically equipped but we were not cooking so it was enough, next door there is a good sea food restaurant and there are many restaurants on the main road as well. I was just bothered that first day other guests were using our pool amenities like shower and pool toilet but it was just isolated incident and it didn’t happen again during our stay

• Mary Anne (10/5): Gorgeous boutique hotel. - Absolutely beautiful spacious apartment. Beautifully furnished. Great kitchen and fabulous balcony and view. Maybe 5-10 mins to beach by car but we barely left hotel. As time out after a month's travel. Fabulous pool. Very smart restaurant on site... Suggest making reservation. So spacious and awesome beds. Beautifully designed layout so each villa was totally private. Most impressed. Loved it all. Was a little tricky to locate. A sign would be handy 😂 but they were on end of phone to help.
