• Rodney (8/5): Uk man in a budget hotel. - I loved the location and the price was very good. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable. A great budget hotel and the beach was just over the road. The lady who booked me in was so helpful and nice, nothing was too much trouble for her. I would definitely stay again. The only thing was the aircon made a noise.

• Nhu The Anh (5/5): Good location but bed bugs - Good location. So close to beach which you cannot swim but walk about 10min to swimming beach in front of Hilton hotel. 15p walking to Night Market. They dont have any clothes hanger in the room so very inconvinient when u take shower. I got bited by bed bugs seriously. I have used medicine for 5 days until now
• Mandy (6/5): The place was clean and the room was adequate but it lacked the warmth and great service that most guesthouses have. - Great location close to the beach and night market in the pier, generally clean and quiet. As previously mentioned by another guest there were ants in the room. This had not been resolved - despite bait being laid. I had to ask for coffee and water to be replaced. There was no reception desk and the one staff member I met seemed overworked and not at ease talking with guests.

• Krzysztof (7/5): Great place to stay but don’t expect any answers. - Great location, very clean air conditioned room with good view. All these for really good price. Coffee available which was very nice touch. Service was almost nonexistent. Other than handling me the keys hardly had any contact with staff. No one to ask questions. At 9:30 am girl in charge was fully asleep. Not a single hook or hanger to dry towel or clothes. Also as mentioned before no chairs.

• Patrick (8/5): Good and clean basic accommodations for the budget minded traveler in a great location. - Great location, very clean rooms. I found this to be an excellent value for the money. The location is very good with access to the beach and the nightlife only minutes away. I like that during my stay I don't need to cross any major roads. I would recommend this place and would stay again in the future. Some of the rooms such as the one I stayed in, don't have much of a view out the window, but others rooms do, but if that doesn't bother you this is a great option for those who like to be in a convenient location and to save money for good, basic accommodations.

Easy access with keycard (but room using key) and staff is helpful though language seemed a problem For one, the site listed and I booked a "One-Bedroom Apartment". However, it is just a doubleroom. In fact, it doesn't even have a chair in the room and I had to request one from the staff, who promptly provided one. The room also have lots of tiny ants (not the black ants but the tiny runny ants), so cannot bring bring any food/snacks into room. Sometimes you just get them crawling up your hands/body!

It was a good size but the Toilet water kept flooding from the bottom of the basin making it slippery!!! Otherwise everything was fine!!!

• Going Places (9/5): Great Location and Comfort for the Money - For the price the location was great. Ocean and the pier were across the street. Restaurants, the night market, bars were all very near the location. Had a very good entrance door security system. The host was very helpful with my requests. A few little minor maintenance items could be addressed. One of the floor tiles in my room was loose and needed to be addressed.

• Hoffmann (1/5): Schlaflos - Die Lage am Pier war sehr angenehm auf dem es jeden Abend Street Food und eine gute Atmosphäre. Die Lautstärke der Klimaanlage war eine Katastrophe. Die Klimaanlage steht direkt vor dem überhaupt nicht isolierten Fenster wodurch das wummern ein in der Nacht wach hält. Selbst wenn man diese ausschaltet hört man deutlich die Klima des Nachbarns. Absolute Katastrophe für den Schlaf

• Penelope (10/5): A Clean, Quiet Base Steps from Local Flavor - The room was small but had everything I needed—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. It’s surrounded by local restaurants, laundry spots, and a 7-Eleven, plus just a 10-minute walk to the night market. I liked that there was no TV—it encouraged me to actually get out and enjoy the city. Not really a complaint, but having a small trash can in the bathroom would be great for tissues.

• Sylvia (10/5): Nice stay - Such a lovely little hotel near the beach. We stayed there for 12 nights. Hotel seemed new and clean, host was very welcoming and friendly. Hotel has a nice roof top to have dinner or just sit. Beds were comfortable for us. Rooms have fridge and a kettle. There could've been a chair in the room, so there would have been other place to sit beside bed.

• John (10/5): A truly enjoyable location with a great price that you can't pass! - The Sea Inn has full security and 24/7 staff in place ready for you upon arrival at check in. It appears to be a fairly new place or they just recycle their linen because it was all new and fluffy. The A/C worked perfectly and there was plenty of hot water in the shower with a surprising rather larger dispensers of body wash and hair shampoo. The open terrace on the third floor provides for a nice relaxing place to have a dine in with an ocean view. The space in the room was more than enough for a single and even a couple of travelers. With plenty of dining and laundry facilities around a good place for a short or long stay. A great stay, the staff there is extremely helpful to all your needs and she keeps the place spotless, one of my best stays in Hua Hin. If there is anything I could add is there was nowhere to hang the towel to dry after a shower, so I found myself draping it over the water heater to dry with the shower window opened a bit for fresh air.
