- Gregori (9/5): - Excelente Hotel. La habitación muy amplia y acogedora. El personal muy amable y servicial. La ubicación no es la mejor, está enfrente del puerto y muy apartada del centro. Por la noche no parecía muy seguro, por lo demás, todo genial.

- Marius (10/5): Luxury place for affordable price - Well, it's really nice place. You can feel like you are staying in Luxury mansion. Host are very friendly. Maybe the place itself is not the best one, but for us it was not a problem. All the places we reached by foot. More or less it's in walking distance. They have free parking place. I've even made a video, which could be found on youtube channel "MBVD Channel", video name "Junior suite room at Palazzo de Gregorio, Palermo, Sicily". Hope it will be helpful. - Gian Enrico (9/5): tutto bene, consigliato! Meglio avere l'auto per andare in centro. - Appartamento in un palazzo ristrutturato, mobilio nuovo e ben attrezzato, camera grande. Molto comodo da raggiungere se si arriva in traghetto perché vicinissimo al porto. Parcheggio comodo e gratuito di fianco alla struttura. Comunicazione con i gestori buona e tempestiva, mettono anche a disposizione un transfer verso il centro (che non abbiamo utilizzato perché dotati della nostra auto). La posizione è un po' decentrata e i dintorni non sono particolarmente belli se si vuol fare un giretto, anche se tutto molto tranquillo e sicuro, per cui bisogna spostarsi in auto per andare in centro (o fare una lunga passeggiata).

Toutefois, la présence de trottinettes électriques permet de rejoindre facilement le centre.

- aristotelis karagkounis (8/5): A stay in an 18th century palace - superbly restored 18h century palace with spacious rooms with a lot of amenities and abundant history. Also patios, verandas, terraces, gardens and a lift. The property asked my personal data before the arrival - a serious violation of the data protection law . I have filed a complaint to the proper authority. Also I got far too many redundant messages - some inacurate , some irrelevant. It was quite a hassle to get a second key card for my companion. There were no cleaning service and no towel change which is a nuisance cosidering the price we have paid

Tiene una bañera grande en la habitación, una smart tv grande con Netflix, cocina bien equipada, baño grande… Además, han cuidado cada detalle, champús y geles, muchas cápsulas de café para la maquina, cruasanes para desayunar, botellas de agua... Todo muy limpio. La atención también increíble, el personal es muy amable. La ubicación no es la más céntrica, ni las vistas son las mejores. Estaría bien incluir una tostadora (recomendación).

- Oglialoro (7/5): FASCINO E LMITI - "Palazzo Adriano non può essere semplicemente definito B&B: è un luogo ricco di bellezza, storia e cultura. Fu dimora del celebre scrittore Tommasi di Lampedusa autore del famoso romanzo "Il Gattopardo" ha ospitato nel tempo personalità illustri. Un esperienza quasi a cinque stelle, con alcune pecche:la posizione isolata con strada buia la vista poco gradevole sul cantiere navale e l'assenza della prima colazione, inoltre nelle vicinanze non ci sono negozi nè bar raggiungibili a piedi il che rende meno agevole iniziare bene la giornata

- Blanca (10/5): Espectacular - El placio es precioso. Se hizo para la familia gatopardo. Esta super bien rehabilitado. Es muy comodo aparcar allí ya que es una zona blanca y de facil acceso. Estaba super limpio todo, y muy equipado. El chico que estaba alli nos atendió genial.

- Lorenzo (10/5): PIACEVOLE SOGGIORNO - Soggiornare a Palazzo De Gregorio è stata un’esperienza unica: non si tratta solo di un alloggio, ma di un tuffo nella storia e nell’eleganza di un edificio dal fascino senza tempo. La suite, raffinata e accogliente, unisce perfettamente comfort moderni e suggestione storica. Un ringraziamento particolare a Francesco, la cui gentilezza e disponibilità hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. L’unico aspetto da considerare è la posizione leggermente decentrata, che rende consigliabile avere l’auto per muoversi. Detto questo, il palazzo rimane un luogo straordinario per chi desidera vivere un’atmosfera autentica, tra storia, bellezza e ospitalità sincera. L' affaccio sui cantieri navali adiacenti che ostruisce la vista originaria del porto di Palermo.
- Line (8/5): Mauvaise fin de sejour dommage et le lendemain c'était le départ - Pour la dernière nuit nous sommes rentrés un peu tard vers 00h35 notre badge ne fonctionnait plus et le personnel de nuit a eu du mal a répondre au telephone nous avons du attendre 3/4 d'heure en extérieur espérant qu'un client rentrerait de soirée......nous avons eu de la chance mais j'estime que nous avons subi un préjudice. Inadimissible qu'un endroit de ce type ne soit pas plus efficace en cas de souci surtout que le réceptionniste de jour nous avait dit qu'en cas de souci il suffisait de sonner à l'interphone mais personne ne répond........l'interphone il n'y a personne derrière. Sur ce point la prestation donc le prix du lieu ne se justifie pas........

- Suzan (7/5): Prettige accomodatie maar heel ver van het centrum en geen klantenservice - Het was een mooi, comfortabel en goed geoutilleerd appartement, makkelijk gratis parkeren De locatie: een half uur lopen naar de stad en de route voelde ‘s avonds onveilig. Twee dagen voor vertrek hoorden we via Whatsapp dat er een shuttlebus naar de stad was maar die moest twee dagen van tevoren gereserveerd worden. Daar hadden we dus niets aan. In vier dagen tijd ook niet een keer geïnformeerd over hoe het ging en of we nog iets nodig hadden.

The apartment was beautifully arranged — modern, ergonomic, and very comfortable. There is a shared terrace and living room, which adds a nice touch to the atmosphere. Great if you’re traveling by car: free parking available. Smooth and easy check-in process, and there’s also a shuttle to Palermo city center. And of course — the palazzo building itself is full of charm and character. Beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Highly recommended! And perfect small kitchen. For own cooking

- Patrick (9/5): Potentiel à développer - Chambres dans un bâtiment de caractère, chambre plutôt spacieuse avec un coin cuisine, immense terrasse commune, parking gratuit autour de l'hôtel. Petite bouteille d'eau et cafés offerts. Une odeur particulière (égout?) en arrivant dans la chambre, poignée de la porte (de la chambre et pour accéder à la terrasse commune) fatiguée comme la porte (on a l'impression que les matériaux utilisés ne sont pas d'une grande qualité). Fourmis vers l'espace cuisine ... et en guise de bienvenue dès l'entrée dans la chambre un balai qui vous attend immédiatement quand vous franchisez le seuil, curieux. La vue depuis la chambre (105) donne sur la cour/dépôt d'un chantier éclairé en continu toute la nuit.

To jak zlokalizowany jest apartament zniszczyło nam cały wyjazd. Bardzo niebezpieczna okolica. Jakieś slumsy. Syf jakiego w życiu nie widzieliśmy, na prawdę. Widok z okna - nie port, tylko jakaś wielka fabryka w której od 6 rano napierdzielali tak cholernie głośno że nie dało się dalej spać. Nie było również wielu udogodnień. Nie było opcji kupienia kolacji, jakiś wieczorów, tak jak było napisane na booking. Był to praktycznie pusty obiekt, bez totalnie niczego. Taras niby jest ale z widokiem na tą fabrykę. Jeśli nie masz auta na własność to jesteś tak na prawdę w czarnej dziurze, a jeżdżenie autem po Sycylii jest cholernie niebezpieczne. Najbliższa plaża ok. 5 km (na którą można wejść, bo są bliżej ale prywatne), centrum kolejne 5 km. Wokół nie było nic dobrego do zjedzenia lub robienia, wszędzie trzeba było zapierdzielać.

- Kasandra (10/5): Hervorragende Unterkunft! absolut empfehlenswert. - Die Unterkunft war super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Bett, es war mit Abstand das bequemste, in dem ich je geschlafen habe. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns in jeder Hinsicht sehr entgegengekommen. Man hat sich sofort gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal, sofern man mit einem Roller oder Auto unterwegs ist ruhig gelegen, aber mit guter Anbindung an alles Wichtige in der Umgebung. Man ist super schnell an Mondello Beach oder allgemein am Wasser. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Accoglienza calorosa, pulizia impeccabile, letto comodissimo e tanto spazio - Ho apprezzato molto lo spazio nella camera, la biancheria da letto impeccabile, il comfort del materasso e dei cuscini. Il bagno era moderno e spazioso, con una bella doccia all’italiana. Non abbiamo avuto bisogno dell’angolo cottura, ma può essere un valore aggiunto per alcune famiglie. Accoglienza calorosa sia da parte del personale alla reception che dei proprietari. L’ambiente intorno alla struttura non è dei migliori, ma è davvero un dettaglio che non rappresenta un vero problema. Nient’altro da segnalare.

La cama un poco blanda pero cómoda y grande. No es que no nos gustara, pero la ubicación no es buena. Está a unos 2,5km del centro, por lo que casi es necesario disponer de vehículo.

Siamo rimasti molto contenti sia della posizione nei pressi del Porto sia dell'assistenza che ci ha dato alla reception. Camera pulita e spaziosa con tutto quello che serve per un buon soggiorno.

- Raquel (9/5): Una bonita estancia - El diseño y el confort de la habitación, era muy bonita, todo nuevo y de diseño, hemos descansado genial. La lejanía al centro histórico, al final hay que coger el coche siempre y sobre todo con niños, también pensábamos que la plancha de la ropa y la lavadora estaría en la habitación; y en realidad se encuentra en la entrada en una sala a parte, siempre tienes que bajar para planchar la ropa o lavarla, la sala está muy bien pero lejos; por lo demás todo perfecto.
