• Wasim (1/5): - They're scammers. Upon departure, they send you a message saying you have to pay a fine for damages. None of that is true. It's all lies. Their service is terrible. Very bad. And they cheat you out of money.

Il n y a pas assez vaisselle pas de four ect.pour un week-end sa peu aller une semaine pas de rangement pour vêtements alors qu il y a la place pas de rangement dans salle de bain .pas d appareil a fondu ou raclette pour l hivers sa serait cool
• Janni (6/5): Pleasant and easy but could do with an upgrade on facilities. - Very easy access and parking after the ferry from Dover. The place is very charming and nicely decorated. It all feels a little like it’s time for a little TLC. Stains on the walls, stained sofas and unfortunately found a chewing gum in the floor. The place is clean but there are some aspects that need a little attention.
• Sarah (3/5): Très décevant - Proximité du centre de Calais. Parking aisé. Communication avec le gérant uniquement par message. Logement très sale. Literie jaune de saleté. Nous avons dû enlever les draps et oreiller pour dormir car gras et mauvaise odeur. L accès au logement est très dangereux avec un escalier insalubre. Les dispositifs de sécurité incendie n étaient plus présents. Les fauteuils très sales et le sol collant. Ce logement manque de suivi. Impossible d ouvrir les fenêtres, tuyau de douche qui fuite, store cassé, etc. Nous avons aimé visiter Calais mais rester dans le logement était un réel supplice. Dangereux au niveau sécurité et incendie surtout avec des enfants. De réels travaux et améliorations à prévoir. Les photos de l annonce ne reflète pas la réalité.
• Dobadka (8/5): Nette Unterkunft im Herzen der Stadt - Sehr angenehme Lage, bis zur Hauptstraße war es zu fuß nicht weit, zum Strand brauchten wir mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten. In der Nähe der Wohnung ist ein großer Parkplatz. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber als wir angekommen sind. Die küche war ausreichend ausgestattet, wobei uns ein Schneidebrett sehr gefehlt hat. Auch als zwischendrin ein Handwerker kommen musste, um die Dusche zu reparieren, wurde dies sehr klar und freundlich kommuniziert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Einige Steckdosen waren locker, und der Duschkopf war zum Teil undicht. Die Treppen sind sehr klein.
• nathfalcone (8/5): - L'appartement assez propre Les draps et les lits fait a l'arrivée. La.cuisine bien équipée dommage quil n'y ai pas un petit four. Petit magasin a proximit/ bus et navettes gratuite. Check in check out nickel La porte d'entrée assez vétuste 45min de la plage a pied. Douche très petite et pommeau de douche dysfonctionnel. Escaliers pour mener a l'appartement assez étroit ( mais l'hôte n'y peut evidement rien. ) Le sofa n'était pas de première fraîcheur.

• Izabela (7/5): Good - The place itself was okay for a short stay, but I was disappointed by the lack of basic essentials. There was only one partial roll of toilet paper for a two-night stay, and no soap, shower gel, or kitchen paper provided. I contacted the host about it, but unfortunately, nothing was done. It's a shame because with just a bit more attention to these basic needs, the stay could have been much more comfortable.

• Jerome (9/5): Heartily Recommended - would definitely stay again. - * Very clean, airy apartment * Great location near the Église Saint-Pierre, with free parking on the surrounding streets and local shops nearby - a little general store/ sweet shop called Les Plaisirs de Mimi at the end of the street is very useful and there is a Carrefour Express two doors down from that. * Comfortable beds - I notice previous reviewers have complained about the comfort of the futon, but clearly this has been subsequently addressed by the hosts - we all slept great. * Decent shower with towels provided * Fuss-free getting in - a code is given for entrance to the building, then the apartment key is in the lockbox - well communicated by the host * It didn't affect us, but we should advise that this apartment probably wouldn't suit elderly people - the stairs in the apartment building and the stairs up to the bed might be an issue for them

• Runah (10/5): Great place to stay! Highly recommend. - Great Location! Not far from Calais centre. Property was nice, clean and very cosy. Kids loved it. Host Olivier is very good at what he does. Any questions I had I just emailed him and he promptly responded. So great customer service. Highly recommend this place! Perfect for a family of 4. Very happy customers! Maybe customers should be informed to bring their milk in advance for breakfast!

• Johan (6/5): it was one night only thankfully! - it was modern and clean! lots of stairs to get to the apartment steep ladder stairs to get to the one comfy bed the sofa bed was not ideal to sleep on it was very uncomfortable and for a family of four I would recommend getting a sofa bed with a mattress!
• Katharina (9/5): Beautiful apartment! - The staff was absolutely amazing! So helpful and kind. Anything you need, you can text and they will be there within ten minutes. Thank you so much Aurélie and Ludivine, you are awesome! The apartment is beautifully decorated and clean and equipped with everything you might need. We were able to park for free right across the street from the apartment, but that is hit or miss. As the pictures clearly show the unit is right under the slanted roof, which restricts some of the spaces. This did not bother us, but just be aware of this when booking! Our kids found it adventurous :o) The sofa bed is hard as stone!! Time to replace it?
