- Julie (1/5): NOBODY TO CHECK US IN! - SWIMMING POOL NOT WORKING! - NOBODY TO CHECK US IN! - SWIMMING POOL NOT WORKING! We was not greeted during our 4 day stay, which meant no key cards for our duration, due to the problems in Dubai at the moment we left early due to been evacuated many times and having to sleep in the basement/lobby. once arriving home we contacted the company KEYROCKS regarding a partial refund or maybe a gesture of goodwill payment but instead told we could not have any refunds what so ever. After visiting many times this will be our last visit here.
