- Neil (9/5): Would definitely stay again, excellent location and excellent value. - Lots of space, nicely laid out studio apartment. Great location and exceptional value. All messages always answered promptly

- Stacey (5/5): Probably wouldn't bother - Location Shower drain was partially blocked with water draining VERY slowly. Apparently it was my job to try to clear it before they sent a maintenance team. I refused as general maintenance is not my job. They have nobody on site to help. You are not a guest, you are a tenant. Flat was grubby, damp in walls had been painted over, facilities adequate.
- Sion (6/5): Great place could be a gem if it was carefully looked after. - Location was great The fact originally there was mould in the toilet and shower and kitchen sink when I checked in. And the shower was blocked. Had to get in touch, they came and re siliconed the shower tray. The fact you can’t open the window in the room means there’s no fresh air available.
- Boutinon (7/5): Nice but the team is unreachable - The location The staff can’t really follow there guests.. and they can ask several times the same payment and they are not reachable
- Kaung Myat (4/5): Not really good - accessible to various shops and restaurants The drop off place for the key is too far away for me as we have to manage time for trains and have to use too much energy to reach there.
- Disha (6/5): - Good location
Good safety Lights will just turn off suddenly
Sent the video to the management, but reply was that it was for energy saving
But doesn't make sense that every time you have to turn on lights
Asked a few of the residents of the tower, this doesn't happen to them
So paying soo much and then the light turn off just like that is not good value for money
Shower drain clogged up on the first day, not cleaned
Few things management should work on since customers are paying enough money
- Marino (2/5): Bad experience - The only good thing was the location We got a lot of issues.
Water was leaking in the room and the radiator wasn't working .... It was horrible experience.
The customer service keeps calling and sending emails without fixing anything..
I say again ,it was a really horrible experience.
- Westhead (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!! SLUM LEVEL STUDENT HOUSING! - Nothing. It's a slum. It was in poor repair, the bathroom and kitchen had black mold, and the walls were dirty. It looked like the ceiling on the third floor outside the lifts was going to collapse- there were a multitude of bins there to collect dripping water. They advertised that upper floors were accessible by lift, however, once arriving on the third floor, I discovered in my wheelchair that I had to go down a set of stairs to get to the studio. It was impossible to stay there as I felt unsafe. They refused to provide service and support in a reasonable time. I was forced to leave, and they wanted to charge me one night stay and a cleaning fee to clean up the disaster that was the studio apartment that I was in. It took several days to sort out any kind of refund and I'm waiting to see if I even get it. Do not stay here at all. The service is terrible and the building is in disrepair. I will be contacting Sheffield city council regarding how this building is still in operation as private student housing.
- Cristina (4/5): Great location but just that - The apartment was clean and in a very good location, but overall the stay was a bit disappointing in several ways.
When we arrived at check-in time (15:00), the key wasn’t in the key box as instructed. We had to call the emergency number and wait around 20 minutes before someone brought it to us.
The apartment was missing basic essentials, no sponge, dish soap, or kitchen towel, there was no toaster and the cupboards were completely empty (ex. no salt, sugar, or oil). It might seem small, but these are standard items in most apartments we’ve stayed in and make a big difference, not saying that the owner has to buy them, but to leave what other travellers leave behind for the next ones.
The mattress was uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. There’s a PC monitor for connecting a laptop, but no actual TV, also it says there is WIFI but there wasn't.
The apartment differs from the pictures, no decoration, cushions, toaster etc..
This in completely out of their control but the fire alarm went off twice early in the morning during our stay.
Overall, while the place was spotless, but the lack of essentials and the uncomfortable bed made it a bit less enjoyable.

- Eze (10/5): An had a beautiful holiday and just want to say thank you to the team - I loved the fact that I could communicate with the team and they were always available to respond to my questions
- Ali (1/5): Horrendous - Absolutely ridiculous, my stay turned into my worst nightmare Thts how bad it was, freezing cold rooms, fungus and mould on the walls of the room had to check out early due to all the problems, broken sofas, had to change room twice, staff invaded my privacy by entering into my room without knocking or informing me,

- minns (5/5): Adequate - Close to the city centre Burn on the floor could have been cleaner

- Tze Kong (2/5): A place where you can stay ,even in winter, here haven’t heating facilities - Only location, all staff remote controlled, but don’t care about everything….so suspicious 🤨
- A L. B (5/5): -
- ARIFF (5/5): Cheap and tolerable. Lower your expectations a bit - Central location and price, amenities was enough provided in the unit. The lift to 3rd floor was funky, room heating almost non existent, and the shower gets blocked easily.

- deino's (10/5): - The place was great, the bed was very comfortable. Everything was perfect.

- Joanne (6/5): Lovely room but let down by a key collection system that doesn’t work - Lovely room as described The lock box system for collecting the key totally let this property downs. It took over an hour and numerous codes to actually receive the key. I had a train to catch on my return and was worried this system wouldn’t work and there was a charge if the key wasn’t left in the box. Code was sent and I was assured this would work but on the morning on my check out the code again didn’t work and I had to call customer service. I only just made my train in time
- Christopher (8/5): Perfect location, excellent value and attentive service. Fix the dropbox email issue please! - Location is perfect for central Sheffield - The Moor, Fargate and train station within a short walk. Couldn't be better really. The apartments are clean and really well fitted out with a full kitchen and living area. The confirmation emails were pretty persistent. There was a problem with the key collection because the email sent from the owners had the dropbox link removed and I had to call a help desk number to get this resolved - which it was, very quickly. I could have done without the hassle though!

- Gaz. (7/5): Great weekend in a pretty and busy city. - Amazing Central location Slightly worn out decor. No TV. No ventilation in way of opening windows. Stale cigarette smoke smells in corridors. Room expected to be left clean ( which we did) but no cleaning products supplied whatsoever. Slightly clunky check in procedure.
- Ann (1/5): Booking.com should no longer accept bookings for this property - Truly appalling property but the owners probably don't care as they let the apartment over and over again, ignoring their victim's reviews whilst accepting their money. We had several weeks of phishing attacks prior to our stay. The property owner's automated admin systems simply don't work properly so there was hassle uploading the passport scans and selfies they demanded. There was no explanation of their data protection procedure or how long this information is retained. Directed to a dingy car park to find a DPD Dropbox to pick up the keys, there was a tramp publicly defecating next to the key locker. The apartment is unkempt, ill-equipped, scruffy and unclean. There is black mold in the bathroom and we'd rather not know what the stains on the skirting board were. The washbasin is too shallow, as the water leaves the tap it hits the plug and cascades like a fountain all over you and the floor. The bathroom cabinet was too low, you can't brush your teeth without hitting your head. The bed is built inside a box that is fixed to a partition wall. There is only one dirty window in the property, it doesn't open for ventilation so there is a noisy air conditioning unit running constantly on automatic, there is no off switch. There were several cables and scart leads but no functioning power cable for the tv and the wall socket was taped over. There was food debris under the sofa cushions. No bin liner, washing up liquid or tea towel provided. Downlighters were non-functioning or missing and discarded broken bulbs left behind. The shelving units by the wardrobe were thick with dust. The lift doesn't call at the 3rd floor so be prepared for a lot of walking up and down stairs and through the maze of corridors. Exhausted, we checked out early and found a hotel for the remainder of our stay in Sheffield. Booking.com or the property owners should offer a full refund or compensation along with profuse and sincere apologies.
- Veronica (9/5): Superb - Every thing apart from the bed Bed
- Carolyn (4/5): Disappointing - ill-equipped student appt; totally unsuitable for elderly - Location is excellent, property was clean and relatively spacious, efficient shower and bed was comfortable The keys had to be collected from a Dropbox 5min walk away - not ideal if travelling by train with luggage; needed a smartphone to obtain/return keys
There was no 'stunning city view' - the one small window looked onto a brick walled office block.
The appt was on the 3rd floor but the lift only went to 4th floor and above so had to use the stairs - with luggage not easy
The appt was 'tired' - several areas of water damage/broken skirtings etc
It was very ill-equipped - less than minimal: no binliner despite request to empty rubbish before departure (bin store in basement), no tea-towel to dry dishes, no table knives; the TV didn't work - one needs a cable and source of input, it was basically just a screen; the wash-hand basin in shower room had wall cabinet over it so that I banged my head when I leant over to clean my teeth - or dribbled on the floor.
The window was sealed and so the aircon/ventilation was running continuously even when 'switched off'
- Livv (5/5): Passable -
- Donald (1/5): Would probably never book with booking.com ever again if they support this type of place - Nothing, we walked in to a room that was not cleaned up since the last people that had stayed there and were forced to book a hotel down the street at 2am Everything, the elevator was broken, the room was trashed. It was the worst traveling experience I’ve ever had
- Dudu (2/5): Very poor - Location . Bed linen was not changed for ten nights when I was there. When I asked they its extra charged to do that .apartment was never cleaned while I was there for ten days .when I asked them they said extra charged to do .and there was cleaning materials in the flat .no water ,lifts not working. That was the worst holiday.
