House is big and has 2 bathrooms, as a couple we felt really comfortable there with our luggage. It is really close to beach and many restaurants, amazing location, but not too close to loud clubs. There is AC in bedroom, so hot nights are not a nightmare. We enjoyed our stay there.

Only tiny tiny issue is that the location doesn’t show up when ordering a grab to it which makes it a little difficult to find.
• Sibel (10/5): Perfekte Lage im Fisherman’s Village mit super Gastgeber und sehr sauberer Unterkunft - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ich hatte einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im Little Sands. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und perfekt gelegen. Alles im Fisherman’s Village ist fußläufig erreichbar und die Walking Street ist nur etwa 2 Minuten entfernt, trotzdem ist die Lage angenehm ruhig und entspannt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, wodurch man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Der Host war unglaublich hilfsbereit und jederzeit sofort erreichbar, wenn man etwas gebraucht hat oder Fragen hatte. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und sehr gut betreut. Perfekte Lage, um Koh Samui entspannt zu erkunden. Restaurants, Cafés, Shops und der Strand sind ganz in der Nähe. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen! Kein Minuspunkt, aber das Einzige, was mir gefehlt hat, war ein Ganzkörperspiegel in der Unterkunft. Ansonsten war wirklich alles top!

• Renata (9/5): Great property, and well located. - The property is spacious and over two floors. Living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom and second bathroom on the top floor. Kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, fridge and a microwave. It is well located in Fisherman’s village, near the beach and the night market which allows for easy access to both. Small nitpick: the property is located down a loose gravel/ loose pebble stone pathway between two properties and it is situated behind these properties. Other nitpick which is not the fault of the property but there are building works going on with the neighbouring property which means it can sometimes get loud and, stones flying around which the builders kindly cleaned up at the end of their working day.

• Vincenza (10/5): Great property, location and owners! 10/10 recommend :) - Super cute and homely house! Stayed here for a few weeks and can’t fault the place or hosts. The 2 owners are really friendly and responsive - always communicating efficiently and happy to help when they can. Property is a couple minutes walk to the beach, fishermans village bars and restaurants and convenience store. Definitely recommend :)
