• Faham (10/5): - We just booked the place randomly and we were shocked and surprised the villa was huge, enough to fit 4-6 people many room for activities and the pool area was amazing Location a bit far from the hubs have to commute, I faced an issue with the water being cut off, when I tried to go shower in the morning it didn’t work and it took more than an hour for the water to be fixed after informing the reception

• Damien (8/5): 👉 Conseil aux futurs voyageurs : vérifiez bien le mini-bar à votre arrivée ou demandez qu’il soit vidé afin d’éviter tou - Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble. La maison est très propre, bien entretenue et confortable. Le staff est vraiment très bien, agréable et serviable. La piscine est sympa et bien entretenue, et la localisation est pratique : on n’est pas loin de beaucoup de choses, ce qui est très appréciable. Le seul point négatif, qui a un peu entaché la fin du séjour, concerne le mini-bar. On nous a facturé des consommations que nous n’avions absolument pas prises. Après avoir insisté, la facture a finalement été annulée, mais cela a demandé plusieurs échanges, chaque fois expliqué comme une erreur du staff. Tout a été corrigé à la fin, mais la situation est restée un peu désagréable. Le problème avec le mini bar
• Ангелина (8/5): - Хорошая вилла, удобно расположена. Мы брали байк и катались по всем пляжам. Все новое, чистое. В туалетах пахло канализацией, не критично, но не особо приятно. Отдали вещи постирать, предварительно уточнив стоимость , а после стирки нам сообщили стоимость в 3 раза больше, заставили оплачивать.
• Elena (5/5): Визуально приятно, но шум, удалённость и неожиданные доплаты полностью испортили впечатление от проживания - Красивая двухэтажная вилла Вилла действительно красивая внутри, но на этом плюсы, к сожалению, заканчиваются. Расположена в полном отдалении — далеко от магазинов и моря, без машины добираться крайне неудобно. При заселении нам сообщили, что мини-бар в холодильнике бесплатный, там были только вода и газировка. Однако при выезде неожиданно выяснилось, что за это нужно платить. При этом никакой информации о ценах и платных услугах нет ни в номере, ни в каком-либо виде — ни прайса, ни предупреждений. В результате вы можете оказаться должны неизвестно за что. Отдельно стоит отметить очень сильную слышимость — слышно абсолютно всех соседей. Также всю ночь мешали лай собак и крики петухов, нормально отдохнуть было сложно. Хорошо, что мы провели здесь всего одну ночь. Возвращаться желания нет.

• Vladimir (10/5): Фотографии и ожидания совпадают с реальностью.Тихо ,спокойно ,комфортно,просторно ,качественная постель - Понравилась сама вилла,высокие потолки,хороший уровень отделки ,грамотная кухня,TV,все гармонично ,качество окон и звукоизоляция,санузлы.Для Бали прекрасное соотношение стиля и комфорта. Но хочется отметить работу всей команды по сервису,уборке,очень тактичного общения персонала,такого не встретишь во многих гостиницах высокого уровня,просто молодцы!И огромное спасибо менеджменту за прекрасный отдых. Обязательно вернемся! Мне понравилось все,в порядке расположения я пользовался арендованным мототранспортом,но и для других цена такси невысокая и доступности по времени от Меласти Бич и Нуса-Дуа и других мест на Букитеочень удобно

• Johanna (7/5): Kaunis villa huonolla alueella. - Tilava majoitus, laadukkaat materiaalit Syrjäinen sijainti, epäsiisti ympäristö, roskaa ja rakennusjätettä. Koirille ja kissoille ei järjestetty vettä vaikka selkeästi asuivat Villan pihalla. Joka puolella kuhisi matoja. Allas liian pieni.

• Ngrenaswara (10/5): - Best place i've ever visited We really enjoyed our stay here! 🏡✨ The villa is spacious and comfortable with a private pool, 2 cozy bedrooms, and a nice dining area with kitchen. Perfect for family or friends. WiFi is not too bad, still good enough for browsing and light work. For the facilities you get, the price is very affordable and worth it. 🌟 Highly recommended for a relaxing stay! -

Loud construction during the whole day. No iron, not even on request. Very limited hot water. WiFi didn’t work during the whole stay.

Эстетика в каждой мелочи, так же продумано все для мелочей для вашего комфортного пребывания , есть даже ваза для цветов ! Наш отпуск получился очень комфортным и мы бы с удовольствием вернулись сюда в следующий раз ! Все было потрясающе.

Definitely need your own transport as it’s a little out of the way. If you use grab then you need to walk 5 minutes up the road otherwise they don’t pick up your location

• Melina (8/5): Very good - Our stay at U Villas exceeded our expectations!! The Villa is brand new, beautiful design and the reception and housekeeping team are extr attentive and helpful. We got room service every day, the whole place was shining. The private pool is a highlight. Can say enough about the service and how good the whole place is Only thing to notice is the location; there is one restaurant for breakfast and lunch close by but not much else around, specially during the night. It's close to some beach clubs but we had to drive 30 min every day to go to the main places, restaurants, yoga, beach, etc.
• Bill (10/5): Relaxing quiet stay - Great new villas. Very quiet, not close to the hustle & bustle, so great spot if your looking for relaxing. Villas very well appointed, comfortable beds and spacious indoor living areas. Plunge pool & garden areas great. Great base if you are confident on a scooter otherwise transport is required to get to places of interest and restaurants. We are a couple of times at the wood shack warung only a 5 minute walkaway. An umbrella over the sun lounges would be a great addition for sun protection during the day 😀
