• Impeduglia (1/5): Assolutamente negativo - la struttura ci è stata consegnata alle ore 23:00 per problemi di pulizia, quando il check-in poteva essere fatto alle 16:00: ciò ha comportato notevoli disagi in quanto non ci ha permesso di cucinare la cena e di consumare i prodotti appositamente acquistati, costringendoci a cenare in un ristorante. Contattato l’host ci ha risposto che "generosamente" poteva ritardare il check-out, naturalmente da noi rifiutato per motivi di viaggio. Inoltre l’alloggio presentava notevole carenze igieniche: • divano molto macchiato, cassetti e utensili della cucina sporchi, pensili unti. • Il tetto patio sul retro della villa dove era collocata la vasca Jacuzzi presentava infiltrazioni di umidità con gravi distacchi della vernice che ricadevano sulla vasca. • L’accesso laterale al patio era infestato di erbacce rendendo difficile il passaggio. • In seguito alla richiesta di asciugamani per la piscina, come promesso nella vostra presentazione della struttura, l’host ci ha risposto che si trovavano nell’asciugatrice: lasciati lì dentro umidi hanno assorbito cattivo odore. • La foto della piscina era ingannevole, in quanto la descriveva come privata: solo dopo la prenotazione con relativo pagamento si è scoperto che era invece condominiale. Ciò ci ha molto delusi. Inaffidabile, non affittate
