• Wendy Wallace (10/5): Great location and amenities! - Amazing location and lodging! The room was the perfect size, the bed was very comfy, and had all the kitchen amenities I needed. The laundry room has two washers and dryers, as well as an Essentials closet with extra bedding, towels, tea/coffee, and other supplies. I definitely plan on staying here again!
• martha (8/5): Die Idee ist gut - Mir hat das Design gefallen, das Bett war bequem und die Lage ist super. Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass mein Zimmer nachts nicht mehr aufging und ich zwischen Mitternacht und 1 Uhr auf den Flur auf den Sicherheitsdienst gewartet habe. Meine Begleitung hat es auch mehrfach versucht. Die Tür ging trotz richtiger Eingabe nicht auf. Als der Sicherheitsdienst kam, funktionierte es plötzlich. Es gab keine Entschädigung und man wurde behandelt, als sei man einfach zu dumm gewesen, den Code einzugeben. Es war definitiv aber ein technisches Problem. Das Problem mit der Tür wiederholte sich am nächsten Tag und legte sich nach kurzer Zeit von alleine wieder.

• Michael (8/5): Well located clean hotel - Very clean and modern. Access via app or code worked well. No issues whilst staying so the absence of an on site reception or staff was not a problem. Good location just a few minutes walk from the U Bahn, great cafe over the road and lots of good bars just a short walk away. Had to squeeze past the TV on the wall getting round one side of the bed, but generally the room is a good size and good use has been made of the space available.

Dicht bij metro en Boxhagenplein Ontbijt is echt slecht en weinig variatie Kamerindeling is absoluut niet zoals op de foto, onze kamer was het bed maar via 1 kant bereikbaar zodat er altijd iemand over de ander moest. Er was ook maar 1 stoel in de kamer en het matras was echt slecht.

• Theo (9/5): - Een prima modern uitgerust hotel. Alles werkt via inlogcode. Onze kamer was niet groot (maar dat wisten wij) alles was aanwezig. Koffie/thee, airco, tv, koelkastje, kluis. Prima bedden. Evt. extra handdoeken, wc paier of thee of zeep was in voorraadkamer op te halen. Als je het raam open hebt staan, hoor je wel wat verkeer. (maar er liggen zelfs oordoppen)

• Samira (9/5): Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung! - Es war alles blitzblank sauber, wirklich selten so erlebt. Die Lage ist toll, das Design top und die Betten super bequem. Es ist alles da was man braucht und der Waschraum hat mir besonders gefallen. Besser als manche 4-Sterne Hotels! Unsere Zimmer hatten einen anderen Eingang, den wir mitten in der Nacht erst nicht gefunden haben. War von außen nicht richtig sichtbar und auch auf der Website nicht richtig erklärt. Und immer wenn jemand in unserem Flur die Tür geöffnet hat, hat unsere Zimmertür durch den Luftzug leider so doll geklappert dass ich ständig aufgewacht bin. Die Fenster kann man vollständig öffnen, was wirklich nicht besonders sicher ist, vor allem im Erdgeschoss. Aber das sind nur kleine Probleme, alles in allem war es wirklich top.

• Jörg (9/5): Zentrale Lage in Friedrichshain. Moderne, neue und ruhige Unterkunft - Sehr zentrale Lage in Friedrichshain. Optimale Lage zur Simon-Dach-Straße und dem Ostkreuz. Sehr viele Kneipen und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Unterkunft selbst ist neu, modern und sehr ruhig. Kommen gerne wieder.
• Sara (9/5): Super verblijf - Heerlijke kamers, met heldere incheck procedure zonder desk. Alles is verzorgd en schoon en de douche is heerlijk. De televisies hebben een smart functie en de persoonlijke begroeting op het scherm vond ik een slimme en leuke manier om toch persoonlijk verwelkomt te worden. De verwarming in de badkamer is een beetje lastig te bedienen. De uitleg lijkt simpel, maar de uitwerking onbevredigend.

Very nice that towels and other essentials were always available and we could change towels without waiting for the staff. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Also big thanks for oat milk for people who don’t consume lactose. We will be happy to come back here 💕 We had a problem with online check-in system, but it’s a minor disadvantage.

• Levke (9/5): Conveniently located hotel, modern and functional. - Hotel is conveniently located close to the train, as well as many restaurants. Room was spotless, quiet and comfortable. Access was easy with the provided door code. Good wifi in the room. The room is quite small if traveling with more than one person.

• Katarzyna (8/5): Fajny hotel na krótki pobyt - Blisko stacji metra. Pokój mały, ale dość dobrze urządzony. Wygodne łóżko. Śniadania wydawane są w formie boxow, ale mają wiele opcji (wege, gf, itp.) Niestety w pokoju było dość głośno - słychać było większość hałasu zza okna i z korytarza. Łazienka jest mikroskopijna i trudno w niej przejść bez obijania siebie lub przedmiotów.

• nathalie (3/5): Bien situé, mais minuscule, aucun espace pour respirer - La localisation, à quelques minutes d’un arrêt de métro, relié directement à la gare centrale. La déco est ok, matelas confortable, salle de bains ok. Une bonne boulangerie en bas du bâtiment ouverte dès 6h le matin, utile pour éviter les box breakfast de Numa. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée est TRÈS petite. Le lit deux places est collé contre la fenêtre, et au bout du lit il reste à peine 20 cm pour se faufiler, donc on ne peut pas faire le tour du lit, pas de table de chevet pour la personne côté fenêtre. Pas de bureau ou table pour poser des affaires. La table et les deux chaises pour manger occupe TOUT l’espace entre le lit et l’évier, là aussi aucun espace pour se tourner. Seule option être couché ou assis! Le petit-déjeuner est déplorable: une succession d’emballages de produits de piètre qualité. Si besoin de contacter Numa, alors vous avez affaire à un robot qui demande maintes et maintes fois si vous êtes content de sa réponse ! Impossible se joindre une personne physique. Numa vous adresse une multitude de mails ….

• Martin (7/5): Avoid room number 6 - Great location. Close to local weekend market. There were plenty of essentials for the room. Bed was comfy. The layout of the room is very strange. The toilet and shower are in separate rooms, that would be a big issue, however the door from the toilet is right next to the bed. Also, the toilet has another door that leads to the main entrance hall. They are locked, but you can hear everything that is happening in the hall, so I can imagine people in the hall can hear the same. I would avoid staying in room number 6 again.

• Tijana (6/5): It was ok all in all mostly because of the location but too much money for the experience. - Neighborhood is beautiful (You have all you need and stations are really close). I like how the hotel looks design wise and it was clean and orderly. Biggest disappointment is the breakfast as it was never pointed out that it is only a lunch box with only 5 different (poor)choices of what to eat that is presented after you complete the booking. There is no room service whatsoever. It is not quite sound proof as you can hear the doors and stuff going on outside the room. Bedding is far too soft for me.

Bag storage on our last day worked fine, we used this as our flight wasn't until late. Aircon gage was difficult to use and often the room go too cold or too warm.

• Annemarie (10/5): Great Hotel for short stays! - The room was quite big, tastefully furnished and well equipped for a hotel room. We had a small kitchen, a fridge and a table to eat. The bed is really comfortable, and I loved the rain shower. Everything was super clean. Also, it was quiet at night, and the location in Friedrichshain is very good, close to Boxhagener Platz. Stores, opportunities to eat outside, bars and public transport are in a good walkable distance. The options for breakfast could have been a little more. You can choose between three or four menus. My travel companion is gluten free and vegetarian, and he had no other opportunity but porridge, for the gluten free sandwich was with chicken. Nevertheless, this is a small complain in an otherwise great stay!

Close to many restaurants, bars and bakeries :) We washed clothes for only 4€ and used the lockers for free. Toiletries were included too. Check-in was very easy, all done via whatsapp Only reason why I’m not giving a 10 is because there were two mornings I wanted to take a shower and the water was lukerwarm
• Lidia (8/5): Buen apartamento en un barrio genial - Muy bien ubicado en un barrio animado y con metro a 5 minutos para moverse a cualquier otro sitio. La habitación con lo necesario para pasar unos días y con disponibilidad para coger algún café o una toalla en caso de que lo necesites. También poder dejar las maletas cuando llegas y olvidarte es un plus. Lo de todos los alojamientos, el horario del checkin, las 3 de la tarde me parece bastante tarde.

• EKICI (9/5): It was great! - The facilities and the interior of the room was very good I liked it much. I can say that transportation is good but if you have many luggages it may be painful to carry them to the metro, unfortunately the elevator wasn’t working when I was there. The neighborhood felt safe and it was quite. As a solo traveler I might like to see a communal area to socialize I guess thats the only thing can be improved.

• Ulrike (5/5): - Der Fernseher war kaputt, meine Reklamation wurde prompt beantwortet und eine Reparatur für den nächsten Tag in Aussicht gestellt. Das passierte leider nicht. Auf meine erneute Reklamation hin erhielt ich prompt einen Gutschein und wieder eine freundliche Nachricht. Wenn ich vor der Buchung gewußt hätte, dass das Frühstück geliefert wird und es statt Kaffee Saft gibt, hätte ich aufs Numa verzichtet. Wenn ich Frühstück buche, möchte ich heißen Kaffee.

Etwas hellhörig, Kommunikation nicht persönlich möglich, da bis auf Reinigungspersonal niemand vor Ort. Frühstück teuer. Nur zwei Parkplätze vorhanden, pro Nacht EUR 25,— Spontane Buchung eines Parkplatzes für die letzte Übernachtung war technisch nicht möglich.
