• Melanie (8/5): Alles in allem waren wir sehr glücklich mit der Lage der Wohnung und auch mit der Ausstattung. - Die Lage war großartig, nur Schritte entfernt von der Altstadt und ihren Gässchen. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Energie und der kleine Balkon ist Wind-geschützt und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden - wenn auch in sehr einfacher Variante. Die Schlüsselübergabe war nicht gerade super-einfach. Wir mussten mehrfach nach den Infos fragen. Wenn man kein WLan hat um sich das Video usw. anzuschauen, ist man aufgeschmissen. Außerdem ist die direkte Kommunikation nur auf Französisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr laut, man lässt das Fenster besser zu. Der Balkon ist äußerst spartanisch ausgestattet und würde von etwas mehr Liebe profitieren.

• Ben (3/5): Poor - Excellent location, a short walk from the train station and right in the heart of Montpellier. Nice character with the vaulted ceilings The day before check in we received a message from the host demanding an additional payment for taxes, even though this had been paid in full already via booking.com. They refused to release the keys without this, leaving us trying to resolve the issue at the last minute while travelling, phone battery running down, and sat outside the flat unable to get in. We eventually paid in order to get access and now trying to recover the additional money. The flat itself is quite dark and could do with a bit of love, though the location is great.
• Beth (5/5): Could easily have been better if management thought things through. - Location. It could be a really nice place if they added informational materials, someplace to hang clothes, better shelves, more seating, lighting at the bottom of stairs… When we actually saw staff members, they were very nice and helpful. Best for short stay. Poor communications with property “concierge”. TV not functional for a week while we tried to reach them, entry to property was unnecessarily difficult. No information about anything- appliances, where to recycle glass, etc. No place to hang jackets, not even hooks. Steep, dark entry.
