• Joseph (1/5): Misleading pictures, bedroom without windows, stole deposit. - One of the bedrooms has no windows and the light switches are outside the room. They put a bed in a storage room. Broken glass sink, bathroom tiles, chipped coffee tables, you turn off lights and they still flicker. Bedrooms with no windows. The place is falling apart. I complained and they offered to come take a luck, but didn’t want them to fix it whilst I’m staying there for 4 days. Would have been intruding on our stay. They have also fraudulently tried to pin a broken lamp on me, after I complained to booked.com. Hilarious as they didn’t notice all the other stuff in the flat, bud suddenly noticed a small crack in a lamp which we didn’t cause. Then said they’d charge us to make sure future guests have a luxurious stay. But what about our stay? 🤣 They’ve held onto my deposit £400 and refusing to communicate about giving me it. Awful customer services, bad flat, overcharged. For the price, just get a hotel instead.

• Rashid (1/5): he money back I am with Booking.com for more details than 15 years I have never ever seen some thing worst than this ma - It is like a person you have to use 6 keys of doors and you need to pass through 3 security gates. You will see no one from management and you have to pass your phone through each one of security guards to talk to management to know how to get into the building. They took 1560 AED dirhams and they are not refunding the money back I am with Booking.com for more details than 15 years I have never ever seen some thing worst than this management and the place. The place does not worth more than 100$ per day. It is the worst place I have ever been and management are the worst managers and team that I have dealt with . Every thing was very very bad card access , payment , Toiles , rooms and team which I have never seen .

• Palagin_r (10/5): Perfect vacation stay - Very pleasant place to stay - Tiara Residence is one of the best residences on Palm Jumeirah, the apartment is spacious with high ceilings and a great terrace. The private beach, gym, shops and restaurants are just a few steps away.
• Ilya (5/5): Passable - The location is great. The staff is very responsive The property is no fit for 5 pax. The extra bed was a inflatable mattress which was deflating. The appartment needs refreshment and repair. The supply of shampoo and body wash is not enough.

• Yulia (7/5): It’s a great apartment if you want to enjoy the beach vacation, explore the Palm or go shopping. The bed is comfy, the k - The location can’t be better, perhaps best in Dubai - right above the beach, the pool and gym are just around the corner, a small supermarket is almost across your balcony. The apartment is spacious, the terrace is huge. Maybe we were among the first guests, so the were some organizational issues. The staff did try to help us, but at this price you expect that everything should be perfect. Also, it would be nice to have at least some salt and oil in the kitchen, and a sponge with soap, so you wouldn’t need to buy everything for a week’s stay.
