Marta (2/5): - Marta Mrozik2/59 godzin temu na stronie Google Witam nie polecam Villa Taternik ,zarezerwowaliśmy pokój przez booking przystosowany dla osób niepełnosprawnych.Po przybyciu na miejsce zastaliśmy pokój nie przygotowany dla gości tz pościel nie obleczona ,wszystko brudne zostawione po przednich gościach , o zaistniałej sytuacji poinformowalismy telefonicznie osobę która podana była do kontaktu ,pani zaproponowała nam inny pokój (pokoj nie przystosowany do którego prowadziły schody.....) nie wiem co by było jakbysmy byli z osobą na wózku .....W obiekcie cały czas coś głosno pika jakby jakiś czujnik nie idzie spać przez to co także od razu zglosiłam (brak zainteresowania) pierwszy raz spotkałam się z takim traktowaniem klienta a korzystam z różnych obiektów .
Rafał (6/5): - Widoki były piękne. Jak na jedną albo dwie noce to fajnie. Oczywiście na poddaszu. Pok 302 Drzwi się strasznie ciężko zamykały do łazienki i brakuje tego aneksu w pokoju. Jest na korytarzu ale trafisz na sąsiadów takich jak my i jest syf w kuchni na korytarzu. Bo nie potrafią za sobą posprzątać i garnki leżą całą noc w zlewie a ty nie masz jak sobie przegrzać.

Dominika (4/5): - Qe disnt enjoy the plqce was remote villq was nothing special owners not understanding We had to elave 2 days qlmost before as our daughter had a seasure out of nowhere we had ro go to emwrfemcy to hospitql for egg and it was veey stresful for us and the hotela even with situation like this when we explqined we loose 1 full day night and another day they ddint care. Thinking only about money. Quite sad people who make so much alreqdy coudlnt have a bit of undestqnding and a bit of heart. We dont recomnd tgat type of bussiness model

The room was a bit not very clean and I didn't like that there were no disposable shoes, the room wasn't very warm

Grzegorz (8/5): - Zdecydowanie cena i bliskość szlaku górskiego na Kopieniec i Hale Gąsienicową przez Psia Trawkę. Na duży plus trzeba też zaliczyć obsługę, gdy okazało się że suszarka do włosów nie działa, od chwili powiadomienia do dostarczenia nowej minęło może 5 minut gdy dostaliśmy nowa. Poza tym pokój czysty i schludny, jako baza wypadowa świetny. W sumie nie było większych niedogodności, jedynie ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem było dość niskie, ale z doświadczenia wiem że w górskich miejscowościach to częsta przypadłość więc nie traktuje tego jako jakikolwiek zarzut.

Marietta (10/5): - A szülőket vittük ide karácsonyi ajándékként, nagyon tetszett nekik is. A szobák design-osak és szuper meleg van, az ágyak kényelmesek, a kilátás lélegzetelállító. Parkolás 10/10. A szállásadó is segítőkész volt és hamar válaszolt minden kérdésre, gördülékenyen ment minden. Az egyik szobában cigaretta füst szagát lehetett érezni.

Anna (9/5): Переночувати можно. - Був вид на гори , то супер)Якщо їхати не на машині то дуже тяжко добиратись в Закопане. На машині до Закопаного 20 хв, якщо є тверезий водій то супер. В самому селищі робити немає що. Поруч є піцерія , ціни норм . Голосні сусіди , власники не реагують на скарги. Будьте готові , що в 1 ночі будете чути посиденьки сусідів.

Wiktoria (9/5): - To już nasz 3 pobyt w tym obiekcie i po raz kolejny spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie za pomocą kodu i skrytki na klucze, dostępny darmowy parking. Otrzymaliśmy pokój na parterze, a mimo to z balkonu roztaczał się cudowny widok na ośnieżone Tatry. Czyściutki pokój, w którym był dostępny czajnik, kubeczki, kieliszki i zestaw kilku herbatek i torebek z cukrem. Telewizor z dostępem do aplikacji Netflix - zdecydowanie duży plus. Łazienka, duża, czyściutka. Spokojna okolica, blisko do szlaków oraz na autobus, z którego bezpośrednio można dostać się w parenaście minut do centrum Zakopanego. Pierwszej nocy pobyt uprzykrzali hałasujący goście na piętrze, urządzający całonocną imprezę z głośnymi rozmowami, dudniącą muzyką i szuraniem krzesłami, przez co człowiek miał wrażenie, że sufit zaraz zwali mu się na głowę... Po zgłoszeniu tej niedogodności do obsługi obiektu obiecano podjęcie odpowiednich kroków - następna noc była już cicha i spokojna, można było odpocząć po górskich wędrówkach - za szybką i zdecydowaną reakcję bardzo dziękuję.
