• Gauthier (8/5): Parfait, bien situé, bien équipé - L’emplacement géographique était vraiment idéal, situé au rez-de-chaussé super aussi avec les bagages, tout le confort nécessaire L’odeur de cigarette partout dans le logement et remettre un coup de nettoyage sur les joints dans la salle de bain

• Petra (7/5): Čisté a pekné. - Byt bol pekne zariadený a pomerne veľký. Bolo tam všetko čo na krátky pobyt, kde hlavne len prespíte, potrebujete. Uvítali by sme o zopár uterákov naviac. Hlavne chýbal jeden veľký uterák na ruky. Bol tam len jeden maličký a pri 4 ľuďoch je takýto uterák mokrý hneď. Taktiež sme nemali čistú hubku na riad. Bola tam jedna použitá, ktorá strašne zapáchala a tak sme museli kúpiť novú. Ďalej bol v celom byte nejaký zvláštny puch, ktorý ani po vyvetraní neodišiel. Nebolo to niečo načo sme si nezvykli, ale stále pri návrate do bytu to bolo hneď cítiť. Rozkladacia pohovka je už v stave na výmenu. Neuveriteľne to vŕzgalo a nebolo to veľmi pohodlné.

• Yevhen (4/5): Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, der Vermieter ist großartig, aber was die Reinigung angeht, gibt es noch einiges - Ein sehr netter Gastgeber und eine schöne Lage der Wohnung Am Fenster war Schimmel, die Wäsche war schmutzig, die Toilette und das Badezimmer waren sehr, sehr schmutzig, und es gab zu wenige Handtücher, die zudem schmutzig waren

J'ai aimé la couleur blanche de l'appartement que je trouve apaisante. J'avais choisi cet appartement pour sa proximité avec ma famille vivant à Asnières et la facilité d'accès aux transports en commun sauf erreur de ma part, j'ai recherché sans succès un micro onde.
• Emanuele (5/5): Pulizia insufficiente. - La posizione è adeguata se si cerca una soluzione low cost. Sebbene lontano dal centro de Parigi è comodo ai mezzi e servizi come supermarket. La pulizia: abbiamo trovato il pavimento completamente sporco al nostro arrivo, ed acqua nel bagno.

• Cyrille (10/5): Un excellent séjour! - Le logement est confortable et très propre. Il n'y aucune odeur de tabac comme trois commentaires passés le disent et accéder accéder au logement est facile, de façon autonome. Les équipements correspondent tout à fait à la description. Ils comprennent aussi un aspirateur, des dosettes de café, thé et infusions, sucre, un torchon de cuisine, du produit vaisselle et lave-vaisselle, du savon liquide, shaampooing et après-shampoing dans la douche. En résumé il n'y a rien besoin d'apporter. Le chauffage marche bien et est facile à régler. C'est une toute petite remarque car tout était impeccable : expliquer dans les indications d'accès que les touches du panneau du premier code d'accès sont très sensibles, il faut taper rapidement sur chacune pour éviter que le chiffre tapé soit doublé.

Great communication with the host and clear directions , close the the metro and essential shops There was a bit of noise from the apartment above one morning .

• Carlyst89 (7/5): Fijne accommodatie - De vriendelijke gastvrouw die direct haar hulp aanbood en bereikbaar was voor vragen. De ligging van de woning, heel centraal, de bakker om de hoek, de supermarkt in de buurt. De metro lag een klein stukje verderop en was perfect! De matrassen op de bedden zijn niet heel fijn, ze zijn doorgelegen waardoor je naar elkaar toe rolt.

• Maria j (10/5): - La localisation est parfaite. Proche du métro, de boulangeries, minimarchés, plats près à emporter, congelés Picard.... l'appartement est super bien équipé, très calme. Nous avons pu visiter Paris et nous reposer en banlieue. Vraiment super! Nous reviendrons probablement 😉

• Sarah (9/5): A fantastic property in a friendly neighbourhood only 15 mins on the Metro from the centre of Paris - The property was in a good location. Approximately 5 mins from Gabriel Péri metro station. From there it’s about 15 mins into the centre of Paris. The area seemed good. Lots of local shops including patisseries. We went to a place about 10 mins walk away called Bistrot Splash right on the Seine which was very nice. The property was a good size for 3 of us. Lots of storage space built in and it was nice and modern. It had a hair dryer, straighteners, an iron and fans with it being really warm. The beds were comfortable too. I read comments about the entry instructions being difficult but this was not the case at all. We followed the information send through from Viviane and managed to get in with no issue at all. The property felt safe given the straight forward steps required to get in to the building. Not a criticism- just a bit of feedback. There were 3 of us but there were only 2 mugs so we couldn’t all enjoy a hot drink together. (Easily corrected).

Glad it was as described and clean with a lovely owner. - As described, TV, internet,clean overall,plenty of cabinets, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher. Grocery Shops close by. Nice property. We have had a great stay. Thank you. :) Not going to be picky. Personal preference, but cabinets with no handles can get slightly uncomfortable. However it is best from cleanliness perspective.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming, offering local tips and even homemade treats. The location was ideal—quiet yet close to attractions. Everything was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable! Little details like fresh flowers, a well-stocked kitchen, and a guidebook made our trip special. The terrace was a lovely bonus. Highly recommend for a unique, personal touch you won’t find in hotels. Will definitely return—thank you for such a warm and memorable experience!

Check-in experience could be better: we did not receive detailed information about the check-in process, but the host was there when we were trying to find the apartment.

The type of apartment I selected was Studio, the bed picture is not provided so we will assume as the bed will be like the pictures shown in common photos. This is not acceptable. Also, the room was not clean and there were few insects. Additionally they even didn’t care about hygiene,the towels given was not washed.Even the toilet soap from bathroom was already used one. I want some compensation for such daunting experience I have had.
