• veronika (7/5): Надо было ехать в проверенное место… - На Тенерифе мы шестой раз и всегда останавливались в Лас Америкас, в разных апартаментах, поэтому нам есть с чем сравнить. Мы всегда арендуем машину и передвигаемся в любое место без проблем, поэтому пешая доступность жилья до пляжа, ресторанов и супермаркетов нам не важна. Для нас это не плюс и не минус. Нам важна чистота в апартаментах, горячая вода, исправность всего того что должно работать и исполнение санитарно- гигиенических норм в жилье. Мы с мужем врачи, поэтому можем подробно рассказать, какие кожные и другие заболевания можно привезти из поездки из- за несоблюдения санитарно- гигиенических норм хозяевами апартаментов. Из плюсов мы смогли отметить лишь чистоту внешних поверхностей этой квартиры и пожалуй, вид с балкона. На этом всё. Парковку найти сложно, да, но это проблема всего острова. Это не минус данного жилья. 1. Тараканы. Если бы я дочитала отзывы до этого пункта, никогда бы не выбрала этот вариант жилья. 2. Плохая шумоизоляция. Мы не против слышать чужой телевизор, музыку или звуки романтических вечеров ( даже рады!), но когда за стенкой кто- то пукает, рыгает, отхаркивает мокроту, сморкается, ходит в туалет, то это не вызывает удовольствия. 3. Подъезд, в котором мы жили- это филиал Амстердама, не было дня, чтобы не пахло травкой. Можно было выйти подышать в коридоре и кайфануть ( возможно это плюс) 4. Много раздражающих мелочей: кнопка на бачке работала с запинкой, криво прикручен стульчак, все крючки разболтаны, скол в ванной с ржавчиной, вечно выезжающий поддон в холодильнике. Ручка на входной двери развалилась, все дверные коробки покоцаны. 5. Самый большой минус: постельное белье и полотенца пахнут затхлостью. Когда их или долго используешь или неправильно сушишь ( не досушиваешь) или грибок занесён. Мы купили новые полотенца в первый же день и вытирались своими. Хозяйскими вытирали только руки и ноги. И то не всегда. Хочется порекомендовать хозяевам апартаментов заменить постельное белье и полотенца.

• Oksana (8/5): - The apartment was fine. Friendly hosts who helped with everything. The apartment also has cooking facilities and a coffee machine, which is very important. Minuses: The bedroom has one window, which is closed with shutters, so there is no natural light in the bedroom. Parking. The apartment does not have parking, there is a common one nearby, but it is not easy to find a place.

• Julia (10/5): Lovely apartment with great view and friendly hosts. - Lovely apartment in a perfect location for us. Clean, had everything we needed, comfy bed and sofa bed. Felt spacious despite being a one-bed with three of us in it. The balcony was a great size with a lovely view, especially at sunset! We also liked that it was West facing as meant it stayed cool in the morning. Nearby facilities suited us perfectly - Lidl is a 10 min walk up the hill, there's a mini market just down the road, a great pizza place (Aldos) and some nice restaurants. We walked down to Playa de la Arena a lot, which was about 20 mins or so. You have to get good at hill walking while here, but it didn't take us long!

• Hernández (7/5): - Apartamento con vistas excepcionales y muy bonito para pasar unos días. El dueño fue agradable puesto que nos enseñó el alojamiento y nos habló sobre la zona. Todas las noches hubo cucarachas en el baño. También las almohadas nos parecieron incómodas, eran tan bajas que era como dormir sin almohada.

• Yevheniia (7/5): Good value for money, but hosts should take action against cockroaches - Nice apartment with a side sea view. Clean, good location, high-speed WiFi, and friendly hosts. Great value for money. There were cockroach traps placed in the living room, hallway, kitchen, and bathroom. During the first days, we didn't see any cockroaches, but on the last day, I noticed a small cockroach near the rubbish container in the kitchen. Thankfully, it wasn't a large one, but it's still concerning. I hope the hosts can address this issue.
