• Ersenda (5/5): Απροετοίμαστη υποδοχή και βρωμικο μπάνιο - Η τοποθεσία και η βεράντα Το δωμάτιο ήταν βρωμικο , κυρίως η τουαλέτα , δεν είχε καθαριστεί , επίσης ενώ η κράτηση ήταν για 3 άτομα είχε προετοιμαστεί για δύο ! Τέλος να αναφερθεί ότι δεν υπήρχαν σαμπουάν αφρόλουτρο κλπ και ήρθαν αργότερα να τα φέρουν ! Καμία προετοιμασία !

• Paul (10/5): Wonderful - Location right in the city center of Zante. Easy to access. Equipped with everything you need. Ac was functional and WiFi was working great. Beautiful view over the town. The place doesn’t have a parking but you can easily park near the street.

Il letto - Posizione , design arredamento , terrazzo con divano con bella vista , arredato con tavolo e divano dove si cena molto piacevolmente . Qualsiasi richiesta viene soddisfatta subito via mail dal personale . Secondo terrazzo più piccolo , comodo per scarpe / valige . Zanzariera su tutte le finestre . Aria condizionata Bel monolocale nuovo , tranquillo , ben arredato . Mancherebbe 1 piccola lavatrice , cuscini davvero altissimi . Personale molto disponibile .

• Athanasia (10/5): - Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό , άνετο , ευρύχωρο , εξοπλισμένο με τα απαραίτητα , οι κρεβατοκάμαρες σε απόσταση ή μια με την άλλη κ διάφορα στυλ φωτισμού ανάλογα με την διάθεση καθώς είχε κ πολλές μπριζες παντου . Είναι μέσα στο κέντρο όπου σε λίγα λεπτά ήσουν στην καρδιά της πόλης κ σε όλα τα μαγαζιά , φαγάδικα κτλ Οι φωτογραφίες σε μπερδεύουν όσον αναφορά την μεγάλη βεράντα η οποία είναι στον τέταρτο όροφο κ δεν διευκρινίζεται ιδιαίτερα κ μείς στο διαμέρισμα του πρώτου ορόφου αντικρύσαμε μια βεράντα που ίσα ίσα χωράει ένα σκαμπό ενώ στην ουσία το επιλέξαμε για την βεράντα , θα προτιμούσαμε στον καναπέ να έχει κάποιο κάλυμμα ώστε να βγαίνει κ να πλένεται σε κάθε αλλαγή επισκέπτη ή έστω ένα έξτρα σεντόνι για να μπορούμε να το στρώσουμε εμείς , βολικό θα ήταν να υπάρχει κ ένα μικρό μπρίκι για κάποιον που θέλει να φτιάξει έναν ελληνικό καφέ ή να ζεστάνει λίγο γάλα γιατί υπήρχε κατσαρολάκι μεγάλου μεγέθους κ δεν ήταν πολύ βολικό . Για καλωσόρισμα υπήρχε ένα μπουκάλι νερού στο ψυγείο το οποίο όμως ήταν γεμισμένο από την βρύση όπου το νερό της βρύσης δεν πίνεται διότι είναι αλμυρό .

• Parente (8/5): - Appartamento grande, comodo, con due camere da letto e una cucina grande anche se noi l'abbiamo usata solo per la colazione. Posizione comoda, in centro, per uscire a piedi. Utile la lavatrice. Pulizie giornaliere Il bagno. Un pochino piccolo e con un problema di scolo. Rischi di allegarti se non stai attento quando ti fai la doccia.

• Barbara (10/5): Una settimana a Zante - Posizione ottima, vicina al centro e alla stazione dei bus. In pochi minuti si arriva al lungomare. Appartamento pulitissimo e fornito di tutti i comfort. Gentilezza del gestore (ci ha permesso il check out alle 12 e ci ha consentito di lasciare i bagagli in appartamento fino alla partenza). L’odore dello scarico proveniente dal bagno. Era necessario tenere sempre la finestra aperta e la porta chiusa.

• Jesse (8/5): Great place, pack light and be ready to pay for parking. - Great location to get to dinner, activities, etc. top floor suite was fantastic bc it was comfortable indoors but also had the entire front patio. Parking is very scarce at certain times. Expect to pay for parking most days you stay here. Also since it’s off the port and more in town, neighbors are right next to you…so you have to close every blind for any attempt at privacy.
• Adam (9/5): We had a great stay in Lithies. The view from the terrace is spectacular. - The location of the apartment was excellent. It was also quiet . The view from the terrace was beautiful. My apartment was located on 4th floor and there’s no lift, so be prepared for some exercise.

• Bianca (10/5): One of the best stays - Great experience with Lithies Zante Living. The location was perfectly located, very quiet and only 5 minutes from the old town. The host answered our questions quickly and very friendly. And also the apartment was cleaned every 2 days( towels changed, garbage taken out and so on). Highly recommend it.
• Lu (9/5): Spotless, Modern Apartment in zante town - Very spacious, clean, nice balcony, close to town center, easy walk to Main Street. WiFi speed is ok The lock box for Apt 3 was tight and stuck, we tried for good 10 min to get the keys. Not everyone is used to salty water; which is normal on an island

Requested a late check out and was granted asap which made a big difference and a great end to our stay. only negative was a beach was described 850m away but thats really a shingle so get to the beach took transport apart from that no negatives.

• Valerie (9/5): Great value for location - Location is good. It is in a residential area so less traffic and quieter, but still an easy 5 min walk to restaurants and shopping. Large balcony with comfortable seating. It also had most amenities such as dishes, cooking utensils, large fridge, oven, and washing machine. Did not see a microwave though. There was a weird smell and we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from, but seemed to get better when we kept the AC on medium fan. The tap water tasted very salty. We did not drink it, but we even used bottled water to brush our teeth. There is no holder in the shower for the shower head. You just have to hold the sprayer, which was a bit annoying.
• John (9/5): Spacious apartment in a great location. - Modern apartment that was very spacious and loved the high ceilings. Kitchen facilities had everything, as well as the laundry / bathroom. Large shower a bonus. Good location, a couple streets back from the main mall, about 4-5 streets back from the water. The bed / pillow was comfortable. The tight stairs, difficult taking luggage up / down. Following annoyances in the bathroom: - nowhere to mount the shower head for a hands-free shower. - no hook near the shower to hang your towel. - The mirror was above the washing machine, not the sink. This meant shuffling left/right in order to shave.

• Ville.vallaton (6/5): Good location - The location is suitable for walking around the city and driving. The apartment is spacious with air conditioning in each room. For those with cars, the nearest parking is available for 15 euros a day, as street parking in August can be challenging. This location offers accessibility for day trips around the island, we recommend visiting Gerakas, Daphni, and Banana beaches. Other beaches are much worse. The promenade is nearby for evening walks. The apartment does not have a microwave, and there were some issues with the bathroom drain. Cleaning services are provided once a week.

• Laura (6/5): Pleasant - very clean and newly renovated. very good location wasn’t to impressed with the agency managing the property. very poor communication on their side. somebody was supposed to meet me at the arrival to collect the key but I never met anybody . I had to text them and call them to get info. they refused to issue an invoice at the end of the holiday which caused me some issues.

• Bianca (10/5): Exceptional - We have stayed on the 4th floor in the 1 bedroom apartment. Everything was amazing. The view of the city was breathtaking, and the terrace was very spacious. The apartment was extremely clean. All the facilities that we needed we had them. From hairdryer to iron to clothes rack. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bedroom was having a generous closet, couch, and 2 night stands. The apartment is close to everything in the town. Everything was impeccabile. I would recommend this staying to everyone. The fact that there was no elevator was a little bit uncomfortable, mainly for the luggage if you are having a long stay. In the end, it was worth the exercise 🤭. Perfect days.

• Arben (6/5): not good value for money - - well renovated - spacious - access codes not sent i time; I had to call 3 times after arrival and wait for 30min in front of the house until somebody sent them - sheets never changed and flat never cleaned during our 1 week stay - no shampoo, soap or coffee, barely some left overs from previous clients
