• Susan (8/5): Comfortable room in residential neighborhood of Rome. - The room was large, lovely and spotless. It was relatively quiet in a residential neighborhood. The elevator worked perfectly. The directions to get in were very well done and it was easy to access. We were greeted warmly by the owner and were able to leave our bags while the room was being readied We knew that it was close to the train station - about a 15 minute walk - but we didn’t realize how far it was from the tourist attractions we wanted to see. It was a trade-off - being further away from the city centre meant it was more quiet, but taxis were very important.

• Gail (9/5): - Our room was beautifully decorated and clean and roomy. We could walk from Termini Station so very handy. All the staff were very helpful.i Although we felt very secure once in our room, it is probably not located in the best part of town.
• Maho (9/5): 綺麗で広いお部屋 - ローマへの到着時間が午前中だったのですが、部屋を準備していただき、早めにチェックインすることができました。 シャワーの水圧もよく、ドライヤーの風量も強くて良かったです。 冷蔵庫もあり、朝ごはんのサラミを前日にスーパーで買って冷やすこともできました。 部屋が広かったため、大きなスーツケースを二つ広げても余裕でした。 古い建物でしたが、部屋はリノベーションされているようで新しさを感じました。エレベーターもあり、セキュリティも安心でした。 コロッセオなど主要観光地は歩いていける距離で観光しやすかったです。 中心駅のテルミニ駅から徒歩15分ほどと少し歩きます。チェックアウト後にテルミニ駅にスーツケースを持って歩いたのですが、道もボコボコしてるため、少ししんどかったです。 最寄りのヴィットーリオエマヌエーレ駅は夜になると治安が良くなく、女性1人で歩くのはお勧めできません。

Esprit faux vieux, rien d’authentique. Le personne est mal organisé et nous on fait entrer dans un chambre qui était encore occupée.

• Elissa (10/5): Modern and clean rooms and right across the street was an amazing gelato spot ! - The property was close to the train station but not my favorite after staying in other neighborhoods . the room was in a very cool older building with a. elevator and air conditioning and the rooms were very modern and clean . The bed and pillows were the most comfortable from all our other stays in rome . Check in and check out was so easy. There were some great restaurants very close by . Highly Recommend! Everything was great! the only thing that would have been an added plus was if a coffee maker was in the room vs the shared area

• Tim1982 (9/5): Top verblijf - Super locatie op een prima afstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Hygiëne zeer goed. Elke dag schoonmaak en nieuwe handdoeken. Ik zou het zo weer boeken als ik naar Rome zou gaan. Badkamer iets aan de kleine kant, maar daarentegen wel super schoon en netjes.

It’s very close to the train station and it’s a plus and a big minus in the same time. Because in this area there are a lot migrants and as a girl it was a little scary to come back to the hotel at night

• Sarah (9/5): Amazing location, charming space! - Fantastic location in terms of its closeness to major attractions (30min walk to collesum and roman forum etc.) as well as the train station. The facilities were beautiful, marble bathroom with WORKING AC that actually cooled the room down unlike other hotels in Rome I stayed at during my vacation. Complimentary waterbottles were in the room as well as treats + coffee/tea in the lobby. The location being near the train station mean't it was a little "rough" around the edges and also loud at night as some of the apartment (hotel) windows face main street. The spot was a little more difficult to find but the instructions provided by the property were clear.

• Rockdj323 (10/5): 物有所值！值得推荐！ - 房东是华人，第一天入住到楼下时刚好碰到他们下来，非常热情地带我们上楼办理入住。向我们推荐了民宿附近两家好吃的餐厅。还帮我们预定了到机场的华人出租司机，让我们在旅途最后一站感受到了同胞的温暖。 房间刚装修，里面的设施都很新，面积也大，住得很舒服。酒店配套有着国内酒店的周到，拖鞋、洗浴用品一应俱全。每人每天配两瓶水，在夏天的罗马真是必须。 交通也方便，距离地铁就5分钟步行距离，另外街口就有一个不小的超市，旁边的街口也有路边的停车场。 因为距离火车站不远，可以步行抵达，所以周围的环境和人群有点杂乱，大厦的门口是几个垃圾桶有点影响体验，还好进入公寓楼后还是很有安全感的。

Maybe I was careless in assuming that this was a very safe place. Unfortunately, some of my cash was missing. I reported it immediately, and was kindly told that it was impossible... because no one except the maid went there. I did not have time to report it to the police, my stay was very short. The bad taste remained.

Менеджер готелю дуже привітна, я заздалегідь питала про можливість заселення в номер трохи раніше фіксованого часу і нам пішли на зустріч, а також допомогли у вирішенні особистого питання. Зручне розташування поблизу центрального жд вокзалу. Конкретно наш номер виходив вікнами на дорогу - було чутно машини при відкритому вікні, але це не вплинуло на загальне враження і комфорт від перебування тут. Дякую і від душі раджу!
