• Praveen (1/5): Disappointed . Not more than 300 Baht per day for the whole room. - Location is perfect as described. This is too expensive. NO LIFT. An old building made into a hotel. The moment you arrive, they will give you an aggreement list which you MUST abide by else they will deduct money. Can't eat in the room or they will charge you for cleaning the bedsheet - Yes, first time in life I have heard that. Dirty washroom. When I tried to clean the bathing area, I could do myself but the staff was unable to do before our arrival.

Clean rooms, good size and comfortable, staff excellent nothing too much trouble, Honey is lovely always happy and helpful. Fresh water every day. A lovely stay thank you. WiFi little bit intermittent and safe although ok not secured.

• Hayder (10/5): Pleasant - I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The price is very reasonable compared to the location and its proximity to the beach. It is also located right in the center of the action, which makes it very convenient. I would rate the location 8/10. The room is not the best, but it is clean and serves its purpose well. For the room itself, I would give 5/10. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the excellent service from the management and staff. There was a problem with the TV in my room, but as soon as the hotel manager heard about it, he immediately bought a brand-new TV for the room. Many thanks to the hotel owner for the quick response. Also, the receptionist with the charming smile, Hony, was extremely kind and polite throughout my stay. Her friendliness really made the experience better. I would rate the management and service 10/10. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

• lukasz (2/5): Bardzo slabo - Tv nie działało mimo interwencji nic nie zostało zrobione, pokój mały zniszczony lazienka to jakiś dramat, pełno małych mrówek w pokoju, filtr od klimatyzacji mial z 5 cm brudu chyba nigdy nie czyszczony / jak wyczyściłem to klima zaczęła poprawnie dmuchać / Za oknem boisko szkolne - od 7 rano hałas. Ogólnie zdecydowanie nie polecam - obok jest kilka innych hoteli o dużo wyższym standarcie

• Chloe (1/5): - Good location There were ants in the bed, the sheets had stains on them when we arrived, the towels were stained and looked dirty, the surfaces were sticky, the windows didnt close and we paid another hotel to leave early and didnt get a refund. I just wanted out! Asked for my deposit back and the manager was rude saying they didnt take a deposit of 1000b, luckily managed to get that back. Oh and came home across the way having sex with a prostitute! DO NOT STAY HERE! It needs to be shut down

• THIAGO (10/5): I would book this place again! - The location is perfect. Era close to everything you may need during the stay. The staff are really nice. The location is not inside the parties area what allows guests the rest properly. They have hot water and the air conditioning works fine. Additionally we were provided free bottles of water on a daily basis. No complaints at all.

• Artan (6/5): Good for the money you pay - Location is good and staff are decent. They also seem to be slowly improving things. Work being done on some rooms and removal of the kiosk that blocked the entrance. Considering the money you pay this is a decent property. Its a shame that some small easy and cheap to fix things are left like that. Ie broken light switch, towel hanger, wardrobe door hinge and so on.

• Günter (7/5): Excellent location, only about 300 meters to the beach and Bangla Road, good price for Patong - The safe in the room is not permanently installed; you can take it home with you :-) The refrigerator is very old and smelled of fish; it probably hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

• Md Mustafizur (3/5): Not worth the money. - Location The room is extremely dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable. We had a really bad time to fall in sleep. The room key got broken when we tried to checkin. Although they tried their best to fix it ASAP. The bathroom floor is very dirty and sticky. Also it looks the mold is there in thr bathroom. We had to extend our stay for one more day and they charged almost 1.5 times of the original price.

• Paul (8/5): Great place. Great price and very friendly staff - Clean, close to the beach. Had a bar and restaurant that operated between 8 am and 10 pm. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Laundry and scooter hire within 200m. Had a great pool that you could sit around. The young manager spoke some English and would help with anything you needed
• Mona (10/5): Execellent - This hotel is in a prime location, and it’s super easy to get around on foot. You can just walk straight from the hotel to the beach! There are two 7-Eleven stores right next to each other, and there’s also a convenience store nearby. The staff is really friendly, especially Honey. Oh, and there are cats on the roof, which is pretty cool. The room we had is great but I think they need to fix the sink other than all good 👍🏻

• Thomas (1/5): Tout simplement affreux, à fuir - Nous n’avons rien apprécié La chambre était sale dès notre arrivée, il y avait des fourmis dans l’evier, le sol était sale, les draps également contenaient des tâches d'humidité. Il y en avait aussi au plafond, dans le coin de la climatisation. Le lit était extrêmement inconfortable et contenais deux vieux matelas à ressort de très mauvaises qualités.

• Alfredo (5/5): La due giorni a Patong....dong - Per quello che ho pagato direi che va bene. Ma certamente è un HOTEL abbastanza vecchio. Può andare bene per un paio di giorni. La signora della reception è gentile. La posizione è eccezionale, a due passi dal lungomare e dalla Bangla Road.
