- Philippe (7/5): J'adore cet hôtel ! - Proximité du parking, le silence, le restaurant en bas de l'hôtel, proximité avec le cinéma, les différentes salles (sports, etc.), le personnel agréable, professionnel et poli. La borne était défectueuse, j'ai tenté d'obtenir ma clef avec 3 cartes magnétiques, cela n'a pas fonctionné, le personnel absent est arrivé et a fait le nécessaire. Cependant, la borne m'a induit à l'erreur et a considéré qu'il y avait 2 personnes donc j'ai réglé 2 taxes de séjour au lieu d'une. Ensuite, dans la chambre 816, des marques sur le mur à côté du lit restent apparentes.

Le repas du soir était excellent, copieux (gardez le burger, c'est une tuerie). J'ai demandé des chambres au même étage et les chambres à côté car mon frère a était malade et la personne à l'accueil nous a modifié les chambres. Merci encore pour ce changement à la dernière minute. Plus de choix dans le menu du soir en demi pension (entrecôte, bifteack, poulet, tartare avec frites/ poisson avec du riz/ soupe à l'oignon, poisson ou légumes). Dommage que le parking soit payant, je n'ai pas vu sur le site de suite (je me suis garée au parking voisin en bodure de route). Je ne regrette pas ce choix.

Les habitacions ems van sorprendre, molt acollidores, ben climatitzades i la zona comuna un 10 Haguessim preferit dues habitacions juntes pero sense estar amb dues altres mes, ja que anavem amb nens i fins al matí no vam veure que hi havia mes gent allotjada, per lo que segurament vam ocasionar molesties i sorolls

Tout aurait été vraiment parfait s’il n’avait pas fallu que je relance à 4 reprises (5 demandes en tout, donc) pour ENFIN recevoir ma facture. C’est dommage de gâcher un travail si parfait en laissant le client sur une mauvaise impression !
