• Marius (8/5): - Das Personal war super herzig, immer mit einem Lächeln bei der Arbeit. Ich habe mich wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Aufgrund einer Fortbildung musste ich schon um 7.30 aus dem Hotel, und das Frühstück wurde extra eine Stunde früher aufgebaut. Weltklasse! Zu wenig Ablageflächen im Badezimmer, ein kleiner Schrank mit Spiegel oder mehr Fläche bei dem Waschbecken wären super.

The hotel is clean, has great amenities and everything you need to enjoy a beautiful stay in Santorini. The Sunrise view rooms can be a little hot during the night as they sit under a curved roof and the aircon doesn’t seem to travel up there. But otherwise a wonderful stay.

• Aleksandra (8/5): A lovely stay - We only stayed here for one night and it was the perfect stopover before we continued our travels. The bus from the port leaves you about a 10 minute easy walk away from this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms and pool area are very clean. The room was a little small but perfect for one night. Everything else was great.
• Leire (8/5): A rasgos generales bastante bien - La ubicación está muy bien (a pesar de la carretera que hay que cruzar para entrar al hotel, que hay bastante tráfico). Muy cerca de la estación de autobuses y del centro de Fira para ir andando. Además apenas se oye ruido (salvo si duermes con la ventana abierta que es un continuo trajín de coches, quads, autobuses…) El personal fue muy agradable y estaba muy muy limpio. Las vistas son espectaculares (y el edificio abandonado no molesta, solo si vas por postureo y no quieres que aparezca en medio en la foto. Pero para sentarte en el balcón y relajarte viendo el atardecer, es maravilloso). La piscina estaba muy bien y sin apenas gente. Son habitaciones renovadas, sin embargo las escaleras para subir y bajar de la cama hacen muchísimo ruido. Se oyen también las de habitaciones contiguas. El sofá si que era incomodísimo y ademas “se desmontaba” todo el rato. Está un poco como de adorno. El desayuno no estaba mal, pero conviene ir a primerísima hora, porque reponen con cuentagotas y las mesas del salón se llenan enseguida. El precio (aunque como todo en Santorini) creo que está un poco inflado. Para lo que es, considero que no lo vale, pero comparando con lo que hay por allí, no está mal del todo

• Sarah (9/5): - The breakfast was delicious. The pool was nice as well. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to arrange all transportation very easily. The location was okay. It's a bit outside of Fira on an isolated part of the road, which wasn't terrible, but the road is very busy road, and you have to cross it to go into the town. We had trouble with the shower as well, but I think it was user error. The bathroom has no counter space.

We loved our room and it was cleaned promptly every morning before we got back from breakfast. The staff on the front desk and breakfast were very kind and super helpful with suggestions for transport and places to go. Great spot in walking distance to Fira and the local bus station. The breakfast wasn't bad but it was quite basic, could be easily upgraded with a few additional items. The power was gone for about 30 minutes one morning but we later discovered this wasn't specifically our hotel but the whole surrounding area, so not in the hotels control really.

L’hotel si trova a Fira, comoda al centro dove si trovano i principali ristoranti e negozi. Presente una piscina molto grande e comoda. Location molto tranquilla per una vacanza di famiglia o di coppia. Non è presente un attraversamento pedonale, l’hotel si trova su una delle strade principali e spesso la sera quando è buio è più pericoloso passare. I lettini della piscina non sono tutti dotati di ombrelloni.

• Pasqualina (8/5): Ottima posizione e vista stupenda di Santorini - Struttura con camere moderne, vista stupenda( anche se l’hotel affaccia sulla strada e quindi non è a picco sul mare) e ottima posizione a fira, a due passi dalla città Hall da rimodernare, con uno stile un po’ vecchio che cozza con le camere moderne. Sconsigliato il rent scooter e quad che consiglia la struttura, disonesti.

• Diana (9/5): Agradável - Muito perto do centro. Remodelando a pouco tempo, boa decoração. A vista do quarto era incrível. O pequeno almoço é top e variado. Um enorme surpresa e conta com opções gregas top. Apesar de ter um ótimo ar condicionado o facto da cama ser no topo da mezzanine, o ac não estava bem localizado no quarto e lá em cima junto da cama era muito quente. Muito difícil para dormir com calor uma vez que o ac praticamente só arrefece a parte de baixo. Deveriam também melhorar as janelas a nível de insonorização tendo em conta que está localizado junto a uma estrada de muito movimento inclusive a noite.

• KoalaHudson (8/5): Lovely and friendly place for couples - Lovely and small, not lots of people and crowding around the pool. Breakfast selection was OK. Location for walking into town is excellent, not even 10 minutes. Really friendly staff, from reception through to the cleaners. Not having a poolside bar for drinks and snacks is the only thing we felt the hotel was missing. There was a power outage a couple of times and there didn't seem to be any back up generators. None of them lasted longer than about an hour though. There aren't enough parasols around the pool. The 3 that are there were very heavy to put up and almost impossible to move around due to concrete bases. No rubbish bin in the room, only the toilet bin in the bathroom.
• CLEMENTINE (9/5): Impeccable ! - Le personnel donne beaucoup de conseils pour pouvoir profiter de Santorin. nous n’avons pas aimé notre première nuit car des clients de l’hôtel ont fait énormément de bruit autour de la piscine et cela donnait sur la chambre. Néanmoins le personnel s’est assuré que le lendemain les clients seraient bien averti des conséquences, le personnel nous a offert une bouteille de vin pour s’excuser. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la démarche.

Breakfast was a generous inclusion in the price. Choice of various drinks, pastries, fruit preserves and eggs and yogurt absolutely acceptable.
