Słabo odkurzony apartament, pod meblami wychodzące kołtuny kurzu czy włosów, do tego niestety bardzo słabo działający odkurzacz. Trochę małe wyposażenie kuchni odnośnie gotowania.

• Radek (10/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Najważniejsze atrakcje w zasięgu kilku minut spaceru. Bardzo ważne że jest garaż podziemny i odpada problem z parkowaniem na ulicy (płatne). Jedyny minus to mydło do rąk w pojemniku zamiast płynu do naczyń, ale to zapewne zwykła pomyłka personelu.

• Patrycja (10/5): - Piękne zadbane mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji. Na miejscu wszystko co jest potrzebne do funkcjonowania. Dla rodziny z małym dzieckiem wszystko sprawdziło się naprawdę dobrze. Łóżko duże, można było spać w 3 z dzieckiem. Jedyne co to przydałoby się czasami uprać firanki ;)

Ładny apartament, ale kilka rzeczy do wymiany. - Zapach dymu papierosowego z wentylacji, wietrzenie nie pomagało - Wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego: talerze całe porysowane, kubki ze śladami po herbacie, czajnik do wymiany, patelnia ze zdartym teflonem ale nie było łopatki drewnianej, więc nic dziwnego...generalnie mało naczyń i sztućców. - Kanapa i krzesła wymagają wyczyszczenia. - Wcześniejsze zameldowanie możliwe od godz. 13 za dodatkową opłatą. - Bardzo miękkie łóżko.
• Krotla (9/5): Świetna lokalizacja - Świetna lokalizacja , blisko centrum, a jednocześnie w bardzo spokojnej okolicy. Dużym atutem jest wygodny parking podziemny. Wszędzie można dojść pieszo, co bardzo ułatwia pobyt. Zdecydowanie polecam! Jedynym minusem był bardzo intensywny zapach papierosów w środku możliwe, że ktoś palił wcześniej lub wentylacja nie działa prawidłowo. Do czasu dokładnego przewietrzenia pomieszczenia trudno było tam przebywać. Dodatkowo poduszki mogłyby zostać wymienione na nowe, ponieważ nie były zbyt komfortowe.

Na parterze jest zawsze ochroniarz, który służy pomocą. Podziemny parking jest dużym plusem. W samym apartamencie czysto Firanki do wyprania. Uwaga na śliskie schody na klatce schodowej kiedy pada i mamy mokrą podeszwę.

• Patricia (10/5): Absolut Top! - Sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und hervorragende Lage Es ist relativ hellhörig, denn man hört die Bewohner in den umliegenden Wohnungen sprechen bzw. deren Schritte.

• Aneta (7/5): Dobra lokalizacja, słabe wyposażenie, smród papierosów z wentylacji - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja dla osób chcących zwiedzać starówkę, 10min spacerkiem. Blisko także do różnych sklepów czy galerii. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu, pilot do bramy. Zdalne zameldowanie. Mało talerzy, sztućców. Trzeba wstawiać pustą zmywarkę lub zmywać ręcznie… Wyliczone tabletki do zmywarki czy rolki papieru toaletowego. Z wentylacji (w kuchni i łazience) cały czas wydobywał się zapach a raczej smród palonych papierosów, co dla osób niepalących było nie do wytrzymania. Ciężko było przebywać w mieszkaniu bo zaraz pojawiał się ból głowy :(

• Ron (10/5): Loved our stay here - Onsite parking, easy access, more than comfortable for two people, separate kitchen, lounge, separate bedroom and a huge bathroom. Within walking distance to the old town, museum, post office memorial, the best Hungarian chimney cakes just around the corner and the list continues. We would stay here again, definitely 👍 Nothing to complain about at all, clean, well equipped and it had parking on site !

• Bartłomiej (10/5): Przemiło spędzony czas - Lokalizacja petarda. 10 min pieszo od Neptuna ( w lewo i prosto:). Mieszkanie bardzo schludne i rewelacyjnie rozmieszczone. Dzieciaki w salonie, rodzice w sypialni. Pralka i zmywarka. Kuchnia super ustawna i śniadanka jedliśmy wspólnie przy kuchennym stole. Naczyń jest dla 4 osób, ale wystarczająco. Bez szaleństw. No i sauna dla całej rodzinki. Szacunek za to, że wynajmuje się ją na wyłączność w recepcji. Genialne. Podziemny parking przypisany do mieszkania.

• Dominika (8/5): - The apartment is modern, very nice and really well equiped. Self check in was very easy based on provided information and apartment is clearly marked. The location is excellent, everything is close by - the historic centre, train station, also the riverside. There are also grocery stores nearby. The mattress was quite soft for our taste and the pillows were too low. The bedroom curtain does not block out the light well enough - there are two street lamps opposite the window and the room was too bright at night. The biggest downside is the building itself - the walls are very thin, so any noise from neighboring apartments can be heard easily. The smell of cigarette smoke constantly spread into the apartment through kitchen ventilation, opening the windows did not help.

• Stela (9/5): - Místo blízko centra. Apartmán byl dostatečně vybaven, trochu měkké matrace. Předání instrukcí k ubytování proběhlo až ve 14.00 v den příjezdu. Jelikož v zahraničí nemáme data, museli jsme pro instrukce najít restauraci s WiFi. (Instrukce nemohly být poslány SMS.)

• Elena Monica (8/5): Ottima posizione e istruzioni chiare - Gli appartamenti sono situati in posizione strategica. 10 minuti di passeggiata lenta fino alla piazza del Nettuno (ci si arriva in 5 minuti se si cammina veloce) e la stessa distanza dalla stazione centrale (per noi era fondamentale perché dovevamo prendere il treno per Malbork e Sopot). L'appartamento è molto pulito e le istruzioni per arrivare e prendere le chiavi sono chiarissime. Dopo il check in online si apre una smart chat per comunicare ogni cosa con i gestori. Tutto avviene online e quindi non ho visto chi gestisce la struttura. La palazzina è tranquilla e con il portiere presente tutto il giorno e disponibile anche a prenotare taxi. Le foto sono fedeli. C'è lavatrice, phone, lavastoviglie, microonde, bollitore acqua e macchina per il caffè americano. Noi siamo stati 4 giorni ed eravamo in 3, avremmo gradito qualche prodotto in più per il bagno (4 shampoo/doccia da 15 ml in totale) anche perché viaggiando con il solo bagaglio a mano non potevamo riportare via eventuali prodotti acquistati. Stesso discorso per la carta igienica. Per soggiorni brevi sarebbe bello trovare queste piccole cose in più. Altra nota, ma solo per chi viaggia in estate, manca l'aria condizionata. Per noi non è stato un problema perché la temperatura era calda ma non tanto da doverla accendere (23-24 gradi), in piena estate potrebbe essere invece necessaria perché l'appartamento è molto luminoso ed esposto al sole.

Coffee machine is there but not one filter for make a coffee. Washing machine is there but not one capsule for washing your clothes. I understand that you don’t have to place whole box of filters or capsules but it would be nice that you put just one for example. Toilet seat was broken and glued, lamp was with spiderwebs, dead flies behind the sofa. Sofa was with a lot of white stains especially pillows. So it was ok, but i think owners could do better.

• Filip (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice appartent, great communication with host, great location - near to city centre, but not directly in it. Arrival was little bit messy. You recieve detailed information via e-mail and WhatsApp and they are always online to help, which is great, just information in instructions were little bit misleading (stating two adresses where to come - even they are close to each other).

• Tomas (6/5): Great location, but an air conditioner is a must - Place is near the old town, so lots of attractions reachable just in a minutes. The Wi-Fi didn't work for half of the stay, and the coil wasn't heating throughout, so we had to dry our towels on the balcony. It was very hot inside, so I would recommend that the owners install an air conditioner. Since the place is near the old town and it was hot inside, we slept with the windows open, but there was a lot of noise due to the location (old town) so we did not get rested during the night.
• Daiva (8/5): Nice apartment a few steps from the hustle and bustle of Gdansk - New, nicely furnished 1bed apartment in a secured building. Great that there was a lift and an underground parking. Comfortable sofa and an armchair in the living room to relax after a day of walking. The kitchen had all the necessities, including a drip coffee machine (Inc some ground coffee). We found the towels for every member, a couple of dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher, soap and shampoo, and kitchen towel. There was no detergent provided. There was extra bedding ready, too, to be used on the sofa bed in the living room. Tip: there is a great food hall located 7min away from the apartment. We were asked to pay the tourist fee in cash upon checking out, the company had kindly agreed to accept it in euros. The apartment 55 (block B) was facing the main street, which was very noisy: the church bells start at 6am, the drunk people shout at late hours, the motorbikes revving their engines. We couldn't keep the windows open at night due to the noise. And that made the apartment stuffy and hot - not even a single fan provided. Our friends stayed in another apartment in the same building, their windows facing an inner yard, and they did enjoy the quietness of the place (and a fan), so it really depends which apartment you get. Finally, we had a delay of a good 10min at the arrival to get the parking remote as the company did not inform the security guy we should get one (I did submit a request for a parking, and checked we were getting one a day before our arrival).

The hood over the stove was a little bit noisy at night (actually, all the time, but during the day you don’t notice it because of the other sounds) and that disrupted the sleep on the couch in the living room during the first night. Later we got almost used to it. We found no shower gels and shampoo in the bathroom

• Linda (2/5): Disappointed - The only thing I can say was the location. I don’t usually have to do this but this needs to be noted. On the night we arrived and entered the apartment we found this very bad strange smell that was coming from the bathroom. It was there during our stay, we stayed for 6 days.. The bed was very uncomfortable and was squeaking in every little move, it was terrible to sleep on and we did not get a good night sleep. We asked the hosts to come and fix it and they sent a guy who we needed to wait hours for and he could not do anything else than report it to the office. I kept sending emails and the answer was that they could not do anything. So we tried fixing the bed, turned out that the mattress was turning down(the soft side down and the back of it up, it is an ikea mattress and is not suppose to turn like this, because the back in not sleep side). They turned it like that because it had plenty of very bad stains on it(insteed of buying a new one) but hopefully they have done that now. The pump in the bed was ruined so that is why it was squeaking. We checked out day early just to get a good night sleep somewhere else. Maybe I would recommend this place for 1 night stay but not longer than that.
• Vita (9/5): Superb - Location, facilities, cleanliness, free parking in garage Breakfast food (half of food not suitable for breakfast, not tasty). Staff ringing doorbell on 5 in the morning when delivering food! And other people ringing doorbell and disturbing to rest.
• Kirsten (8/5): good base to explore Gdansk - really lovely flat, excellent location and easy to follow instructions sent had to purchase toilet roll as 1.5 rolls left for 3 night stay, and coffee too. just would have been nice if that wasn’t necessary as basic stuff was provided.

• Daniel (6/5): Pleasant - Nice modern apartment with a separate bedroom. Location is good, 10 minutes from city centre. Not most comfortable bed. Missing basic equipment like shampoo, shower gel, towel for ground. Owner/apartment manager not so helpful. Not possible to keep luggage there, until next host come. Phone ring 3-5 times every morning. It is really annoying, when you want have sleep until 9-10 oclock.

• Jade (9/5): Lovely central apartment, would recommend and stay again. - Apartment was perfect, really nice decor and all home comforts you could need. it was a little hard to find and at first we wasn’t sure about the neighbourhood as we are new to Gdańsk. But it turned out great.
• Urte (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, everything is very close - sightseeing objects, restaurants, cafes, shops! The room clean and comfortable, there is a parking space in garage, reachable by elevator.

• Simona (8/5): Very good - Perfect apartments for short time accomondation. There is everything you could need. 1. Please change the mattress ASAP! Very uncomfortable and squeaky. 2. I recommend to clean the apartment thoroughly before the arrival of guests, do not leave the toaster or coffee pot uncleaned.
