• Alexandre (10/5): Excellent séjour marqué par la qualité de service, la gentillesse du personnel, la qualité des lieux - Après un premier séjour de trois jours, je suis revenu pour une semaine supplémentaire et j’ai pu constater la constance de la qualité de service ainsi que le dévouement du personnel. Tout est mis en œuvre pour rendre le séjour agréable mais également pour gérer avec efficacité les situations parfois délicates. Un problème informatique a notamment rendu l’accès aux chambres impossible pendant environ 90 minutes et le personnel présent à la réception est allé bien au-delà de ce que l’on peut habituellement attendre afin de trouver des solutions. Cet engagement est remarquable et souligne sans aucun doute la qualité du management. Mention particulière à Oussam au service entretien, dont la gentillesse, la discrétion et la disponibilité sont remarquables, ainsi qu’à Dylan qui contribue à faire de La Table Sicilienne un endroit chaleureux par la qualité de son accueil et de son service. Le porche à l'entrée du 17 comprend également des places de restaurant pour les 3 repas. Le personnel du restaurant et particulièrement le cuisinier, y fument de nombreuses cigarettes, ce qui est bien désagréable pour les non-fumeurs et autres asthmatiques. Peut-être pourraient-ils aller dans la cours arrière ou s'abstenir ?

Leaving us outside without no possibility to enter in the apartment almost 2h. To get the physical keys they needed the wifi working, which was not working. So i would suggest in the future to have a better redundant system not relying on the internet only.

Il y a des livres et de nombreux détails appréciables. Mention particulière pour l'efficacité et le sourire de Lucas à la réception et de Siryne aux petits-déjeuners qui s'est approprié les lieux et vous reçoit comme la maitresse des lieux. Un détail, la verrerie n'était pas nette et à peine propre.

• Ezer (10/5): A very pleasant stay at a 2-bedroom apartment in the Madelaine - A spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet street, 4th floor with an elevator, located at the heart of the Madelaine neighborhood, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. A modern design and well equipped kitchen. A very useful luggage room for coming before check-in or leaving after check-out times. Really tiny things: the hanger of the shower sprinkler in the master bedroom was broken; a kitchen towel could have been useful. Also, there were some construction/renovation works on other floors during the day (around 9:30-16:30), but that's reasonable.

Está bien cuidado. El personal es super rápido en contestar (vía Whatsapp) y muy amable; tuvimos un problema con la caja fuerte y vinieron a solucionarlo en menos de 5 minutos. El desayuno está bastante bien. Fue más bien un problema nuestro a la llegada, pero fue un poco confuso porque hay dos establecimientos contiguos (15 y 17 de la Rue de Cuamartin). No es barato, pero la relación calidad-precio-localización es muy buena y nuestra experiencia en hoteles de la zona en viajes anteriores fue regular.

• Panou (10/5): Μοναδική πεντάστερη διαμονή στο κέντρο του Παρισιού, σε λογική τιμή για αυτό που προσφέρει!! - Είναι ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο με διαμερίσματα – πραγματικά μην το χάσετε! Φτάσαμε νωρίτερα από το check-in (που ήταν στις 16:00) και μας υποδέχτηκε ο Αμπλήν (ελπίζω να το γράφω σωστά!), ο οποίος ήταν εξαιρετικός. Περιμέναμε στη ρεσεψιόν και ούτε που καταλάβαμε πώς πέρασαν δύο ώρες, χάρη στην ευγένεια και τη φιλοξενία του. Μπαίνοντας στο δωμάτιο, μείναμε κυριολεκτικά άφωνοι από την ομορφιά του και την καθαριότητα του!!! Έλαμπε! Πρόκειται για έναν πανέμορφο, ολοκαίνουργιο χώρο με σαλόνι και κουζίνα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένα. Ο καναπές μετατρεπόταν σε πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι, όπου κοιμήθηκαν τα παιδιά, ενώ το υπνοδωμάτιο για εμάς ήταν απλά ονειρικό – δεν ήθελα να σηκωθώ από το κρεβάτι! Τα σεντόνια ήταν πεντακάθαρα και το μπάνιο άστραφτε – πραγματικά υποδειγματική καθαριότητα. Η τοποθεσία είναι μοναδική, δίπλα στην Όπερα, με σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνο και ό,τι χρειαστείς ακριβώς από κάτω. Σε ασφαλέστατη περιοχή, το οποίο με δύο παιδιά ήταν η πρώτη μου σκέψη!! Γυρίσαμε απ το θέατρο «ο Βασιλιας των λιονταριών» 23:00 χωρίς να φοβηθούμε καθόλου!! Το οποίο ήταν επιση δίπλα όπως και η γκαλερί Λαφαγιετ!! Το δωμάτιο διέθετε ακόμα και τζάκι όπως ήταν παλιά τα παριζιανικα σπίτια!! Όλα ήταν άψογα! Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη! Ήταν όλα υπέροχα!!!!

Metrô, restaurante, lojas, mercados e padarias muito próximos. Falta espelho para as mulheres. Só tem um pequeno espelho no banheiro. • Elena (8/5): A cosy nest in the central Paris. - Location is wonderful, the street is quiet, we slept wonderfully. The apartment is freshly renovated and is modern. It is equipped with utensils and we lacked nothing. Separating toilet from the shower was brilliant though both spaces are small. Breakfast was rather good- we had enough of everything every morning. Apartment is smaller than its image on photos, we were two friends and it was just right for us. I cannot imagine six or even four people in it.

Given the property’s prime location and price point, I believe the breakfast experience could be elevated to better match expectations. As the hotel features a restaurant, it would be a wonderful touch to offer guests the option to order freshly cooked eggs in the morning — whether an omelette or sunny side up. Having a cook dedicated to that simple addition would make a significant difference and truly enhance the overall guest experience.

I would stay again :) A bit of stuffed smell inside the building because it is old. Opening the window the fresh air had a bit of smell again - not a huge deal or deal breaker though.

• Aline (6/5): Appartement propre et bien situé. Dommage que la qualité du service ne suive pas. - L’appartement était très propre dommage que ça ne soit pas le cas pour le reste de l’immeuble. Trop de codes différents pour accéder à l’appartement. La photo ne correspondait pas à l’appartement que nous avons eu. Le personnel du petit déjeuner n’était pas franchement accueillant. Aucune info sur l’organisation du petit déjeuner. On a fini par savoir qu’il serait disponible à partir de 7h30. Malheureusement à notre arrivée à 8h00 il a fallu attendre que madame finisse ses préparatifs, puis qu’elle prenne des photos pour nous autoriser à nous installer, puis qu’elle commence son omelette pour avoir enfin l’ensemble de notre petit déjeuner. Nous étions présents pour le travail, donc nous n’avions pas beaucoup de temps…

• Hend (10/5): LOVED IT ما افكر بمكان غيره بباريس - الشقة ممتازة ونظيفة وفيها حمامين منفصلين عجبني هالشي واحد منهم للشاور بس والحمام الثاني فيه bidet (هوز) قليل تلقى باوروبا هالميزة. اللوكيشن ولا غلطة كل شي تحتاجه حولك ومجمع printemps 3 دقايق مشي منه. الامان جداً عالي المبنى تدشه بسكيورتي كود والاصنصير وحتى باب الشقة. اعفونا من مسؤولية المفتاح. Location perfect, cleanliness perfect, security perfect and bathroom bidet! would def book it again! Its a little smaller than expected in space but its alright.
• Federica (8/5): Consigliabile per la posizione ma da migliorare nei dettagli - La posizione è magnifica, vicino ai migliori punti di interesse della capitale. L’appartamento è spazioso e ben congegnato negli spazi interni. La biancheria da letto e del bagno di buona qualità. Purtroppo le dotazioni di cucina erano scarse per essere destinate a 4 persone per 5 giorni. Mancavano le pastiglie per la lavastoviglie, bicchieri in vetro per l’acqua, una pentola per la cottura. I materassi sono molto scomodi e deformati, andrebbero sostituiti.

• Grace (6/5): Overpriced for one night - Location was good No reception or 24 hour security. No television in the bedroom. Located on a busy street so bin collecting glass bottles woke us quite early.

• Ambra (8/5): Bene, con qualcosa da migliorare - Appartamento ottimo per una famiglia Un wc per 5/6 persone è troppo poco; Dovrebbero migliorare la pulizia: nel cassetto ho trovato un cotton fioc usato; il personale del bar fumava all’interno dell’atrio dell’ingresso; la colazione era povera e il personale poco pulito: toccava i croissant con le mani.
• Kumiko (9/5): ロケーション最高！ - ロケーションが良い。スーパーマーケットが徒歩2分。鍵がコード式なので便利。朝食のスタッフCelineはいつも笑顔で真面目な仕事ぶりでした。部屋に洗濯機があるのは良かったです。 ８泊したので、1回のクリーニング無料でつけていただきましたが、シーツの交換は別料金でした。結局別料金でシーツの交換、タオルの交換を利用しました。せめてタオルの交換は3日に一度はしてもらえると嬉しいです。 お湯はタンク式で何人か連続でシャワーを使用すると冷たくなるので、バスタブがあったのにお風呂のお湯をたっぷり溜めることはできず残念でした。 また、1階がレストランの建物の奥に入ったところがエレベーター入り口で、ちょっと薄暗い感じでした。スタッフは隣の新しい建物の1階にしかいません。

• ya-ping (3/5): 電梯只到五樓！要扛行李從狹窄的樓梯到六樓是要命！幸好第一天隔壁櫃檯一個服務人員好心來幫我們提上去 - 位置離巴黎歌劇院與拉法葉百貨、春天百貨走路五分鐘就可以抵達，非常近！ 地板整個都是傾斜的，走去房間要睡覺一直往一邊歪掉！躺到床上更明顯床尾高於床頭！！！我身體158走廊都要怕撞到頭！！！馬桶尿騷味好重！！！也沒有清潔劑可以自己清潔！！因為沒有落水孔！！只找到廚房有洗碗精用了廚房紙巾沾洗碗精擦拭還是一樣非常臭！！浴室的電暖也是壞掉了，洗個澡感覺很冷！！留言給飯店說要來處理也沒有！！問可以付費升等去別的房間嗎？就都不回應了！！ 三人一個晚上快要新台幣15000

• othmane (7/5): Une légère déception à la vue de ce que nous aurions pu avoir. - L emplacement est parfait et le personnel agréable en particulier celui du restaurent très avenant. Rien à dire L appartement attribué était le 301 sur cours était peu lumineux et plutôt sombre. Aucun tapis au sol, une table presque collée au mur, une circulation peu commode, un long couloir étroit deux personnes ne peuvent marcher côte à côte. De grosses rayures noir au sol sur le parquet rendent le visuel désagréable et non conforme au standing. Nous avons néanmoins aperçu avant notre départ celui d en face le 302. L expérience aurait été très très différente. Lumineux tapis au sol, spacieux, un grand dressing, un beau volume plutôt très bien équipé et décoré
