Mieszkanie w bardzo ładnej i klimatycznej okolicy Katowic. Samodzielne zameldowanie. Możliwość darmowego parkowania pod samym oknem. Woda bardzo ciepła i super ciśnienie. Gorąco polecam,jeśli wrócę to z pewnością tutaj. Czas który uciekł na szybko 😉

• Pugachova (10/5): Cozy flat with design - Great design, equipped with everything that is needed, very good mattress, soft bedding. Kitchen very good , coffee machine. Location is historical and close to everything we needed. Thank you very much and we hope to come back next year
• Anna (10/5): Było bardzo fajnie, z drobnymi sprawami do poprawy :) - Apartament utrzymany w unikatowym klimacie, na wyjątkowym osiedlu. Darmowe miejsca parkingowe na ulicy, wiele możliwości spacerowych. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, w kuchni wszystkie niezbędne akcesoria do przygotowania posiłków. Domofon był uszkodzony, przez co nie mogliśmy wejść na klatkę schodową. Po kontakcie ze wskazanym numerem telefonu zostaliśmy poinformowani, że możliwe jest wejście od podwórka, jeśli nikt tam nie domknął drzwi. Udało się, ale przez cały pobyt musieliśmy kombinować, bo wejście na klatkę bylo utrudnione (to nie wina właścicieli, zgłaszam jedynie, że taki problem zaistniał). Następnie nie mogliśmy dostać się do apartamentu. Kod, który otrzymaliśmy był zły. Po ponownym kontakcie telefonicznym wygenerowany został nowy kod i na niego weszliśmy. W łazience bardzo ciężko jest wyregulować temperaturę wody w kranie umywalki. Przydał by się WD40, żeby głowica łatwiej chodziła. Inaczej można ustawić tylko albo bardzo zimną wodę, albo wrzątek :(

• Sabina (9/5): Rewelacyjna lokalizacja bardzo zadbany nie brakowało niczego. Polecamy z całego serca😃 - Był bardzo czysty i przytulny nie brakowało w nim żadnych sprzętów. Perfekcyjnie wyposażony Lokalizacja kranu przy umywalce😆ale umówmy się na parę dni jest do przeżycia😄

• Renata (10/5): - Apartament okazał się absolutnie wyjątkowy, bardzo ładnie urządzony, dopracowany w każdym detalu i z niepowtarzalnym klimatem. Czułam się w nim niezwykle komfortowo, a atmosfera miejsca sprawiła, że pobyt był naprawdę wyjątkowy. Zdecydowanie polecam!

W kuchni jest sporo miejsca na zdecydowanie większą. Brak mikrofali. Luźne gniazdka, strach coś podłączyć. Cena ciut za wysoka.
• Domino (10/5): Nikiszowiec - Very comfy place in unique location. We were really delighted to stay there. You can see, you can feel the old days in this area. Personally, I love the brick walls, which belive or not they are not cold - even at the end of December. Beds were big and comfy, blanket in the box - nice touch. Kitchen had everything I possibly would need and jar full of coffee - I love it! Big shout out to Larisa (host's agent), lovely lady who will go above and beyond to make you feel good and looked after. Be careful with the hair dryer. It is very small (too small in my GF's opinion). Watch for your hairs to not get sucked and burn by that yok. I found it funny when I've seen that happening, but that my explain why I had to sleep on the couch that night...

• Malgorzata (10/5): Exceptional - It was an unforgettable experience! Truly a place to remember and come back in thoughts and in real life. If we ever get the chance to come back to Katowice, we would certainly choose this accommodation. It is so difficult to create a unique atmosphere of the apartment and keep it in splendid condition. I know it, because we travel a lot and have wide comparison. This place was simply outstanding in that respect - absolutely lovely design and decorations, top amenities of very high standard. Welcoming letter, Check in experience, cosmetics, everything was perfect. We exchanged nice messages with the owners, they are so nice and helpful. They recommended us a very good restaurant, cafeteria and bakery. I think the best thing is to have a look at the photos -they are very accurate and experience the stay, because it is worthy to visit Nikiszowiec (wow! what an architectural gem!) and this apartment. We thank very much Alina and Tomasz for their hospitality!! Dziekujemy serdecznie! NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. It would probably add to the overall superb experience if there was some indirect light available in the bedroom. The sofa bed was not 100% comfortable, so if you are demanding in that respect it might be a slight disadvantage. Due to a very hot weather it would be nice to have some air cooling device - fan or air condition, but how many days over 32 degrees one gets in Poland? ;)

It has everything you need for comfortable living - coffee, tea, coffee machine, hairdryer, hygiene products, everything is provided. And of course the location of the apartment deserves itself 10 points. Nikišovets is amazing! -

You can find absolutely everything in the apartment! The stay was absolutely comfortable and enjoyable! Highly recommend! -
