Location excellent and everything you need (shops, eating places, park, bus, metro) very close. I appreciated the excellent support from the customer support team and also that I could checkin almost 1 hr early and checkout 1hr later. I wish I knew that there is no natural light - all windows are overlooking the inner space between buildings/walls and this made it difficult for me as I needed to work during the day. Very disconnected from the outside, no clue how the weather was or getting fresh air and overall this dimmed the experience for me. If you only go to sleep there, is ok The table was different than photos

Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti accolti con grande disponibilità e gentilezza: un ringraziamento speciale a Cornelia, che ci ha fornito spiegazioni chiare e dettagliate, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. La posizione dell’appartamento è semplicemente eccellente: in soli 2 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Piazza dell’Università, punto di partenza ideale per numerose escursioni. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano anche luoghi iconici come il Gran Caffè Van Gogh, il ristorante Caru cu Bere e il Monastero di Bucarest, rendendo tutto facilmente accessibile senza bisogno di mezzi. Di fronte all’appartamento è presente un mini market e, a pochi passi, diversi punti vendita, tra cui Luca, molto comodi per qualsiasi necessità quotidiana. L’appartamento, pur essendo compatto, è perfettamente organizzato: per noi tre non mancava davvero nulla. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente caldo, accogliente e molto pulito, che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. L’unico piccolo dettaglio è l’assenza del balcone, ma durante il nostro soggiorno a marzo, con il riscaldamento sempre acceso, questo non ha influito minimamente sul comfort. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca una soluzione pratica, curata e in una posizione strategica, con un’ospitalità che fa davvero la differenza.

• Podaru (10/5): Sejur perfect. - Am primit răspunsurile la momentul potrivit. Cazarea arată IMPECABIL. Curățenia este extraordinară, liniștea e liniște. Totul a fost în regulă. Nu am nimic negativ de adăugat.
• Ohad (9/5): מיקום מצויין ודירה חדשה ונעימה. - המיקום היה מושלם - שקט אבל קרוב למרכז העניינים ולעיר העתיקה. הדירה חדשה והכל נקי ומאוד נעים ומטופח. גם זרם המים במקלחת היה מצויין והמיטות היו נוחות. היה מאוד נוח שהכניסה היא עצמאית עם קוד ולכן לא היינו מוגבלים בשעת ההגעה או העזיבה עם צורך לתאם שעה מדוייקת. היינו עם רכב ומצאנו חניה ברחוב כל ערב בקלות קרוב לדירה. התשלום על החניה ברחוב הוא מ 8:00-20:00 ואנחנו שילמנו 30 ליי ליום שלם (אפשר גם 5 ליי לשעה אם לא רוצים ליום שלם). הפתיע אותנו הצורך לשלם פיקדון של 250 יורו כערבון על הדירה. זו פעם ראשונה שאנחנו נתקלים בצורך זה בבוקינג. זה היה התנאי לקבל את הקוד לדירה, כשעלות השהות בפועל היתה פחות מעלות הפיקדון שביקשו. בלילה הראשון היה חסר ספוג לשטיפת כלים שהביאו לנו למחרת. למרות בקשתנו שיתלו את הספוג על ידית הדלת, נכנסו לדירה כשלא היינו בה וזה נתן הרגשה לא נעימה של פגיעה בפרטיות. אין כספת בדירה ואין דרך להבטיח שאם משהו בעל קוד נכנס עצמאית לדירה שחפצים בעלי ערך יהיו מוגנים.
