- Blaise (10/5): Easy to access very clean with all you need to stay for a few nights and not feel like you’re in a hotel but in your own - Easy access. Clean and spaciouse. The mattress was too soft. Think about getting a memory foam mattress.

- Ulrike Moerschner (10/5): - Wir hatten ein Appartement zum Park, das war sehr angenehm. Die nächste S-Bahn ist Gunnersbury Park, das ist ein kleiner Weg von 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Man ist schnell in Kew Gardens, Richmond und London.
Sehr gut war die voll ausgestattete Küche, das hat den Aufenthalt sehr erleichtert. Die Kopfkissen haben mir echt Probleme gemacht, aber das ist natürlich bei jedem anders

- Alina (7/5): A good clean property overall with some cons - Clean property and useful instructions provided to access it. Cutlery, pots etc provided. There are appliances including washing machine etc which is nice. Lights not working in living room area. During the 1st shower the water was hot initially but after less than 10min it became icy cold and had to rinse my hair from shampoo with cold water. Did have the courage to attempt taking a shower next morning due to this issue. Not much going on in the area; there is a co-op, pizzeria and fast food with chicken burgers nearby. It’s far from city center yet expensive.

Appartement is ruim met digitale tv heeft alle faciliteiten (er is ook yoga en een sporthal) voldoende parkeergelegenheid en snel internet. Beetje jammer dat ik de sleutel moest ophalen/wegbrengen in een ruimte met afvalcontainers en de schoonmaakkosten waren wat aan de hoge kant.

Не хватает уюта: плед, коврик на полу, тапочки для гостей (например как в отелях), в ванной на месте держателя для туалетной бумаги - ободранная стена. Неплохо бы постельное белье заменить на хлопковое - на синтетике спать не очень комфортно. И самое главное - окна, жалюзи приходится держать закрытыми, т.к. вид на окна соседей и некомфортно что за тобой наблюдают, текстильные шторы в данном случае дают больше уюта и комфорта.

Kitchen equipment good
Shower and bathroom clean with toiletries - spacious and powerful shower The outside areas was just a little in need of painting along the corridors but inside apartment was clean and comfortable.

- Sharon (10/5): Perfect - This apartment was perfect. For 5 adults, it was quite spacious. The beds were super comfy. Bright, clean, good amount of kitchen storage with plenty of plates, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. Facilities were amazing. Downstairs pool table, tennis table, and lovely seating area. This was communal, however, not busy at all.The conciergee for security made the whole place feel safe. Located very close to kew Bridge Station. For convenience, there is a small supermarket, reasonably priced. Communication with the host was excellent and extremely frequent. Bedrooms are quite small, but the beds were so comfortable.

Nice shower Hi.
My adult daughter and I stayed 5 nights in room 16. There are a few things that can be improved.
1. The whole apartment smells like a garbage bin all the time. My daughter thought it was because the room is directly above the garbage collection area in the parking garage. Regardless, for this alone, this apartment is not fit to rent. No renter would tolerate this. Apart from the unpleasant smell, there are probably health concerns that the authorities might be interested in.
2. Netflix was advertised as a feature and indeed it was a feature we appreciated when we selected your apartment. Unfortunately it was not working at all during our stay. In fact the TV did not work at all. None of the other streaming services worked. Nor could we connect our devices via Bluetooth or via a cable. We were visiting London for medical appointments and needed the relaxation of a movie in the evenings. Instead I received a sarcastic tearful emoji after one of my texts reporting the situation. I took this as very disrespectful.
3. We remove our shoes in the apartment. The floor is very dirty to the point I doubt it has been wet mopped in months. Our socks were filthy dirty from walking around the apartment.
4. AC is advertised. It is hardly functional. At a time of the hottest days of the year, a person needs the AC to cool the apartment so sleeping is possible. The apartment was cooler than outside, but not cool enough to consider the apartment to be supplied with AC. I suspect the inside temperature was 27C.
5. Many minor things - washer didn’t work and it was advertised; sink in the bathroom didn’t drain properly even after it was ‘repaired’; we had to buy replacement garbage bags; I had to manage 7 doors while I have a walker. This was not mentioned when the apartment was assigned and I didn’t think to ask if there were significant disability ‘barriers’ to get to the apartment. This should be up to the landlord to ask.

- Krystyna (10/5): Bardzo przyjemny apartament, udogodnienia przewyższły oczekiwania, siłownia, taras n dachu, czytelni - Blisko autobus, do metra spacer. Rolka ręczników papierowych byłaby bardzo przydatna.
- Danyah (1/5): nightmare! - We made our reservation in this building through Booking.com (Chiswick Parkside Apartment).
We arrived at this apartment, and it was a huge shock for us. The pictures and the listed specifications did not match reality at all! I have no idea how Booking.com allowed these apartments to be listed on their site.
As for the building, that’s another story altogether.
When we arrived, we discovered that anyone could enter the building, even though the listing clearly stated that access was restricted to residents with a special key (fob).
The building was dilapidated and in very poor condition on the inside.
Right as we got there, one of the residents was fighting with the concierge, which frightened our children. My husband asked me and the kids to wait in the lobby while he went to get the key — which, according to the person in charge of the apartment, was located in the garbage room!
Only one elevator in the entire building was functioning. We had to wait a long time to go up.
And then, the people we saw in the building looked like something out of a movie — drug users, drunk people, unstable individuals.
One of them started smiling at us in a very creepy way, and I told the kids not to look at him.
When we got into the apartment:
• The air conditioning was not working (completely broken).
• There was only a fan, and the apartment was stuffy and airless with no windows.
• We opened the terrace door just to let some air in while we decided what to do — but then we noticed someone staring at us continuously from the opposite side.
• The apartment was also unclean.
There was no proper phone signal, and we couldn’t contact the person in charge.
Then someone started screaming hysterically, and the voice kept getting louder and closer. The kids got really scared.
We calmly asked them to leave the apartment and the building with us as quietly as possible, so we wouldn’t be noticed.
We truly felt scared and unsafe.

- Martyna (10/5): Lovely views and good location - Everything was perfect. I loved being literally right next to Gunnersbury park and going on walks around the park and the lake at my doorstep. I also enjoyed having access to a free gym in the building and the co-working areas helped me get some work done and being productive while travelling. Also it was nice to have a rooftop to lounge on sunny days. I love staying with Sleepy Lodge and will definitely stay again.
